One of the more notable aspects of this match is that the ball tends to change court depending on who is in the ring, when it is TK Cooper, Rob Lynch and James Davis are easily able to take back control, however the skill and agility of the iWA World Champion, Travis Banks, is too much for the Riots at times. The finish of this match came when Travis almost shattered Rob Lynch's jaw with a shining wizard and was sizing him up for the Airplane Spin Drop. To his surprise, his partner TK Cooper tagged himself into the match and called for the Super Kick, channeling Shawn Michaels as he tuned up the band. James Davis drags Travis out of the ring and sends him shoulder first into the steel steps! TK Cooper spots this out of the corner of his eye and the momentary distraction allows Rob Lynch to take advantage and drop him with a Spinning Tombstone Piledriver for the victory. The Riots have their redemption!</div></div><div></div></blockquote> As the Riots are celebrating their hard fought win, Travis Banks is holding himself up using the barricade and he is staring daggers through TK Cooper, who himself is nursing his neck in the ring. The Riots leaves and Travis slides into the ring to talk to his partner. After a few choice words, the tension seems to subside and the Power Trip walk to the back together as a unit. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43272" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;">Candice LeRae & Cheerleader Melissa vs Legacy:</div> Another grudge match here in the second match on the card. This match has been built around the dastardly underhanded tactics of Saraya Knight and her poisoning of the mind of young Xia Brookside. Candice and Melissa were on top of their game here tonight but their inexperience as a unit let them down on occasion. The mentor/protege duo of Brookside and Knight also put up a good showing for themselves. The finish of this match came when Saraya locked Candice in the Knightmare! In the middle of the ring and the ropes seeming miles and miles away, Candice somehow dragged herself and Saraya across the ring to get her hand on the bottom rope. Saraya is fuming! She takes out the referee with a vicious forearm and sends him flying out of the ring. She looks around, Melissa unconscious on the outside, as is the referee and Candice writing around in agony in the ring. Saraya then locks eyes with her protege in the corner, she orders Xia to do something and after a moment of hesitation, Xia hops off of the apron, goes under the ring and pulls out a steel chair. She stares at the chair for a second and Saraya demands that she hands it to her. The crowd chants no but reluctantly Xia agrees. Saraya now is as dangerous as ever, with a battered Candice LeRae barely able to crawl let alone stand and a steel chair in hand. Suddenly she calls Xia into the ring and hands her the chair. Xia stares at the chair and tries to reason with Saraya, telling her that they dont need to resort to this to win. The veteran isnt hearing any of it! This woman has made her career on taking shortcuts and getting the job done by any means necessary and so is adamant that Xia does as she is told. But Xia still cant find it in herself to do it. Using the ropes, Candice has managed to just about find her way back to her feet. Saraya yanks the chair from Xia's hands and almost crushes Candice's skull with a sickening chair shot, LeRae flops lifeless on to the mat! Blood is pouring out of Candice's head at a rapid rate and Brookside is horrified. The veteran Knight throws the chair to the outside and goes out to retrieve the referee. She rolls his body into the ring and makes the cover on Candice for the pinfall.</div></blockquote> <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43272" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;">FAI Womens Championship:</div> No DQ Match: Dahlia Black © vs Kay Lee Ray: Almost immediately these two come to blows with Dahlia not even waiting for the official ring announcements to finish to attack the challenger. Dahlia stomps on Kay Lee before deciding to go get a kendo stick to do some extra damage. She unleashes shot after shot to the exposed skin on the back of Kay Lee Ray. Each shot echoing through the arena with Kay Lee's cries in pain making even the most hardened fan cringe. Dahlia takes a moment to gloat and we see the damage done to the back, the challengers pale white skin now a glowing red. The Scot tries to crawl to safety however one more shot to the back from the kendo stick stops her in her tracks. Dahlia begins to get more creative with her weapon now, locking in a camel clutch using the stick to choke out the challenger. Kay Lee Ray tries to scratch and claw at the champions hands to break the hold but it does no good, however it does relieve some of the stress on the neck to allow her to breathe. Kay Lee tries to fight to her feet, making to one knee! Slowly rising up but Dahlia breaks the hold and hops off to unleash one more vicious strike to the back. The champion makes the cover. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KICKOUT!!!! Dahlia Black looks more annoyed than shocked that Kay Lee Ray had the audacity to kick out. Dahlia goes back in search of another weapon under the ring but the fans booing starts to get to her and add to the champ's frustration. She talks smack back to some of the fans in the front row before looking again for another weapon. The distraction gives Kay Lee Ray time to recover. Kay Lee bounces off the ropes and flies through the ropes!!!! CHAIR TO THE HEAD!!! Dahlia pulled a chair up at the last minute and caught Kay Lee in mid air! Kay Lee Ray is caught up the ropes and Dahlia Black unleashes hell upon her, raining down on her with shot after shot with the steel chair! She rolls the challenger back inside and covers. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KICKOUT!!!! Now Dahlia is starting to get really ticked off, she goes back to the steel chair and rams the edge into the small of the back, pushing down all of her body weight into Kay Lee Ray's lower back. At this rate, the challenger will be lucky if she can walk out of this building tonight. She tells Kay Lee to give up while she has the chance and demands the ref ask if she quits. He does and Kay Lee shakes her head defiantly! Out of frustration, Dahlia winds up and slams down with one last shot to the back before setting the chair up. Dahlia picks up the challenger and drops her with a vicious looking backbreaker on to the steel chair, bending the seat and rendering it completely unusable. Kay Lee Ray is writhing around in agony on the mat but Dahlia no longer looks interested in winning this match, she wants to inflict pain, she wants to humble Kay Lee Ray and make sure she never comes crawling back ever again. Dahlia stops for a moment to survey the carnage and take in the damage she has caused, bringing a smile to her face, before going in search for another weapon. Kay Lee Ray has managed to crawl to the corner, and pull herself up. Dahlia retrieves a trash can from under the ring, before spotting that Kay Lee Ray is back on her feet, albeit with the support of the ropes. Dahlia looks pissed and it is made even worse when Kay Lee Ray challenges her to bring it on. Dahlia is like a woman possessed! She drops the weapon and goes on the attack using her fists, beating the holy hell out of Kay Lee Ray. She beats her down into a seated position in the corner, with a cut now starting to form on the cheek of Kay Lee Ray, just a few inches below the left eye. Dahlia picks up the trash can and places it over Kay Lee's face. She looks across the ring with evil intentions and begins climbing the opposite turnbuckle. She is standing on the top rope, across the ring from Kay Lee! COAST TO COAST!!!! KAY LEE RAY MOVES!!!! Dahlia Black crashes and burns, slamming down on the back of the head, whilst Kay Lee Ray escapes from what surely would have ended this contest. The crowd rallies behind the challenger who is now edging ever so closer to the kendo stick that Dahlia used to punish her in the opponent stages of this battle. Kay Lee reaches the stick as Dahlia begins to stir. She shakes off the cobwebs to see her opponent standing over her, using the kendo stick to hold herself up. Slowly realising what situation she finds herself in, Dahlia tries to plead with Kay Lee Ray who has no time for it and unleashes a hard crack across the chest of the champion! She goes to town on Dahlia and the crowd chants her name louder and louder after each strike! Kay Lee Ray is running on pure adrenaline but after a minute or two she can no longer stand unassisted so stops the onslaught. She opts to set the stick aside for a moment and brings the fight to the ground, mounting Dahlia and raining down on her with lefts and rights! Theres only so many clubbing blows to the head that the champion can take and she tries to wriggle free but Kay Lee changes position to keep herself in control of this bout. It becomes clear quickly that Kay Lee's game plan has changed to trying to keep this fight close, as allowing Dahlia too much space will be a detriment due to the wear and tear done to her back. Fearing that she may lose control of the champion, Kay Lee tries to lock in a guillotine!! She wrenches on the neck, trying to pull Dahlia's head off of her shoulders!! However, Dahlia is able to find the kendo stick close by and rattle it off of the back of Kay Lee Ray! The hold is now broken, and the champion now manages to gain some space to recover before laying out Kay Lee Ray with that running knee to the temple!!! ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KICKOUT!!!! KAY LEE RAY KICKS OUT!!! NOBODY HAS EVER KICKED OUT OF DAHLIA BLACK'S RUNNING KNEE!!! Kay Lee Ray just doesnt know when to quit and for the first time, the FAI Womens Champion has a look of doubt on her face, seemingly questioning if she can actually beat Kay Lee Ray. The fans are ecstatic! Chanting Kay Lee Ray's name, while Dahlia Black sits motionless in the ring, trying to think of what to do next. Little does she know, she is giving the challenger more time to recover. Dahlia looks to the outside at the commentary table. She glances at Kay Lee Ray and back to the table then nods her head. She strikes Kay Lee a couple of times before dragging her to the outside of the ring. To soften her up, she grabs her by the tights and launches her back first into the barricade! Now turning her attention to the announce table she picks it apart and prepares it. Turning back to Kay Lee she bounces her head off of the table before setting her up. She punches her a couple more times, slides back into the ring and climbs to the top rope. Just for a moment however she stops, and looks back into the ring at the trash can from earlier, remembering the last time she went high risk. This doesn't stop her however as she ascends to the top rope, takes a moment before leaping through the air....KAY LEE RAY MOVES AGAIN!!!!! Just in the nick of time, Kay Lee Ray moves off of the table and the champion once again crashes and burns, this time however doing a great deal more damage to her body. Kay Lee rests against the steel steps and watches on as the champion tries to crawl out from the wreckage. She looks under the ring and finds a pair of brass knuckles!!!! She shows them off to the crowd and slowly slides them on to her hand. Kay Lee Ray pulls herself up using the bottom rope and stays leaning against the ring to relieve the pressure on her back. Stalking her prey, she waits for Dahlia to stand before shattering her jaw with a bone crunching punch that would make Conor McGregor proud!! She stumbles and again falls back on to the edge of the ring for leverage. A cut now starting to form on the face of Dahlia Black as both of the competitors in this one find themselves wearing the crimson mask. Kay Lee slowly, briskly walks towards the limp body of the champion, picks her up and throws her into the steel steps. She follows it up by sandwiching her hand between the steps and the ring and dropkicking the steps!! Kay Lee has found a second wind it seems!! The challenger is back in control of this contest and is just punishing the champion. She continues to work over and put further pressure on the right hand alá "The Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne. Kay Lee finds another steel chair and wedges the hand inside before stomping on it repeatedly! A sick smile spreads across the face of Kay Lee Ray, she is loving this! After each move, she does take a few moments to rest and take the pressure off of her back, however this does allow Dahlia to recover also. She launches the champion shoulder first into the steel ring post, and she lets out a loud cry in agony, echoing throughout the arena. Dahlia tries to crawl away, however she can only use one hand as the other is currently out of action. Kay Lee Ray picks up a kendo stick and stalks her prey, using the stick as a walking stick, that sick smile still on her face, showing off those blood stained pearly whites. Dahlia tries to grab a chair that was discarded earlier, however Kay Lee steps on it, before unleashing a hell of a strike! She batters the champion black and blue with atleast 13 shots!! She throws away the stick and takes a drink from a fan! Taking a big swig then pours the rest of the unknown beverage on to the champion, following it up with a high five with the fan and a kick to the champs head. Kay Lee picks up Dahlia and rolls her into the rin-SUPER KICK FROM TK COOPER!!! Of course! We were wondering how long it would take before the other half of the South Pacific Power Couple made their presence felt. TK throws Kay Lee Ray into the ring and drags his girlfriend's lifeless body on top of her! ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KAY LEE RAY GETS THE SHOULDER UP!!!!!!! TK falls to his knees in disbelief, Kay Lee Ray is super human! Forget Gal Gadot, you're looking at Wonder Woman right now! Blood now covers a large majority of the ring, it's looking like the set of a Quentin Tarantino film by now. TK Cooper lines up another Super Kick, Kay Lee Ray slowly rises back to her feet but ducks and low blows TK Cooper to the delight of the fans who are now chanting "f**k off TK!" at the New Zealander. Having dealt with the boyfriend, Kay Lee Ray now looks back at the girlfriend who is still yet to move. Kay Lee slowly rises to her feet again and picks up Dahlia Black. She tries to get her in position for the Gory Bomb but her back gives way and she collapses under the pressure!! Not willing to be defeated by her injuries, Kay Lee yet again stands and tries to lift Dahlia Black up in position. However she is almost decapitated by TK Cooper who runs through her with the FAI Womens Championship!!! TK again places Dahlia on top of Kay Lee. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! TWO AND A HALF!!!! THREE!!!!! WINNER and STILL FAI Womens Champion: Dahlia Black</div></blockquote> TK Cooper picks his unconscious wife up off of the floor, Dahlia Black isnt even aware that she won this match!! The fans boo and jeer the South Pacific Power Couple as TK carries his girlfriend to the back whilst holding the FAI Womens Championship high above his head. He shouts to the fans "Dahlia Black is f**king unbeatable!!!" and then walks to the back. Inside the ring, medics tend to Kay Lee Ray. She lost a hell of a lot of blood in that match and took one serious beating. She is strapped to a stretcher and is wheeled out while the fans in attendance give her a standing ovation and chant her name. What a classic! Potential Match of the Year no doubt! We cut from the action to see a Rocky-style training montage fit with Eye of the Tiger playing over the footage. We see a woman working a punching bag, taking a zumba class while smoking a cigarette and fist pumping at a rave while holding a can of lager! After a tough and gruelling contest, Big Walter picked up the victory with a Golden Bomb on Trent Seven.</div></blockquote> "Wildcat" Saxon Huxley is out next and issues an open challenge. Huxley claims that nobody in Fight Academy Ireland can come close to him and that he hasn't been given a fair chance in this company. Tonight would be his coming of age moment. It doens't take long before he has a challenger in the form of Will Ospreay! However, Scurll attacked Tucker during his entrance and beat him down using his umbrella. Corvin is enraged at the decision and tries to claim that there is a conspiracy against the Kings of the North. Hendry rolls him up while he is distracted!! ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KICKOUT!!!! Corvin smirks to hide his embarrassment at being caught out like that and Hendry smiles back at him. A loud "Local Hero" chant breaks out as this contest gets underway! Joe Hendry unexpectedly put up a very good showing for himself, taking Corvin to his limit! The finish of the match came when Hendry set Corvin up for the Freak of Nature but Corvin raked the eyes!! Controversial owner of Fight Academy Ireland, Conor McGregor, today has called an announcement at the Gaiety Theatre in Dublin, Ireland. McGregor was joined by a wealth of top international talent and by representatives from PROGRESS, PWG, Pro Wrestling Noah and others as he announced the creation of a Prizefighter tournament. The tournament would bring together 8 of the top talents in the International Wrestling Alliance representing multiple promotions within the alliance. The tournament is scheduled to take place on Saturday 2nd December.

THE RULES:

8 men will be entered into the tournament and will be placed into brackets. The rules are simple, you lose, you're eliminated. The winner of the tournament will go on to challenge the IWA World Champion, Travis Banks at the FAI 17: Happy First Birthday event in January.

On top of this announcement, there was also some more news on McGregor's attempts to monopolise the British Independent Wrestling scene. Following on from his attempts to declare war on IPW: UK, Mark Dallas and Insane Championship Wrestling have officially left the International Wrestling Alliance. Sources close to Dallas have told me that Dallas tried to reason with Conor and show him the error of his ways. In addition to this, he also tried to tell Conor what happened whenever Vince McMahon killed the territories decades ago. A source close to Conor told me that the final words Conor shared with Dallas was "Suck these big Irish balls" before he hung up the phone. As expected, Conor McGregor has officially declared war on Insane Championship Wrestling which was something that McGregor was already preparing for. As you may remember, he purchased the Scottish Wrestling Alliance earlier this year. In terms of popularity in Scotland, Fight Academy Ireland rank nowhere near ICW and Conor knows that. It is believed that he wanted to wait another year before declaring war so that FAI could build up some popularity in the region, however he felt he needed to act whenever ICW left the alliance to band together with IPW: UK in the Real Quality Wrestling Alliance.

Much like when he declared war on IPW: UK, Conor has decided to raid the ICW roster however has not fully decided on who to sign. The fact that the ICW Zero-G Champion, Ryan Smile, is in the Prizefighter tournament is interesting because I'm going to guess that means Smile is now an FAI guy, and so will be leaving ICW. This will be a big blow for ICW as Smile not only holds a title but also is regarded as a future star on the UK scene. In addition to that, Kay Lee Ray, Joe Hendry, Trent Seven and Session Moth Martina are all members of the ICW roster. One must wonder how this one will play out in the coming weeks and months

<div style="text-align:center;">FAI presents THE BIG SCRAP #5 Location: Olympia Theatre, Liverpool, England Rating (Viewers): 0.18 (18,600 viewers) The Big Scrap kicks off with the Fight Academy Ireland Champion, Damien Corvin and his henchmen, the FAI Best Mates, Bonesaw and Dunkan Disorderly, collectively known as the Kings of the North. Damien is looking badly beaten up, however his grin stretches from ear to ear after his successful title defence last night. Damien Corvin: Isn't the most beautiful thing you've ever seen in your whole life? Corvin holds up his title, and the Best Mates do the same while the fans boo and jeer. Damien Corvin: Myself and the Kings of the North have dominated Fight Academy Ireland, we have run this company from day one. We laid the foundations and we built this empire. Just under one year gone and I dont think there's any wrestling promotion in the UK, hell, there is any on the entire planet that has as much buzz as Fight Academy Ireland. And you wanna know why? It's because of Bonesaw. It's because of Dunkan Disorderly. It's because of Damien f**king Corvin. And what infuriates me, is that you fans don't respect us, the fans at home don't respect us, and as he proved last night..Conor McGregor does not respect us. I understand that it must be hard for him to see 3 guys walk in to his own promotion and steal his spotlight. We have built this company from the ground up and we the Kings of the North, we stand atop this kingdom. The question now is...who can beat us? Bonesaw: Moustache Mountain? McGregor takes his shades off and tosses them aside as the smug grin on Corvin's face quickly evaporates and is replaced with a look of shock. Corvin shakes his head. Conor McGregor: At Fight Academy Ireland's first birthday show, in 9 weeks, it will be you, defending your championship.....against me. The fans lose their mind as Damien Corvin is speechless, as is Bonesaw and Disorderly. McGregor fakes a punch and Corvin leaps out of his skin, which causes Conor to laugh. Tucker now has Marty were he wants him and is teeing off on his nemesis. He grabs Scurll's head and bangs it off of the hood of the career repeatedly, leaving a large dent. Following this, Tucker picks up The Villain and powerbombs him through the windshield!!!!! FAI presents THE BIG SCRAP #6

The Prizefighter Spotlight:
The GymNasties vs The Uptown Funkers (Ryan Smile & Will Ospreay):
The Funkers worked well as a tag team in this bout against the 'Nasties, and it only took them 6 minutes to take home the victory. The finish came when Ryan Smile hit B. Cool with the Six Star Frog Splash for the pinfall!

Following the match, Ospreay and Smile dance in the ring to Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars, however it becomes a bit of a dance off, with both men trying to one up the other. Out of nowhere TK Cooper comes flying in and takes out both men with a springboard cross body! He follows it up with a Super Kick to Ospreay, and then narrowly escapes before Ryan Smile could get his hands on him. TK will meet Ryan Smile in the opening round of the Prizefighter tournament and so is looking to make his mark felt on the debutant.

A promo video for Matt Riddle airs, hyping up that he will be making his Fight Academy Ireland debut next week in a Prizefighter spotlight match.

Toni Storm vs Xia Brookside:
Toni Storm has been very impressive in FAI, coming close to winning the Womens Championship on multiple occasions. But Xia has also enjoyed a good rookie year under the guidance of Saraya Knight. A huge upset in this one however as Toni Storm was setting up for the Piledriver, however Brookside rolled her up and escaped with a surprise victory!

Xia quickly scurries out of the ring and Toni is in utter shock. Saraya appears from behind the curtain and is quick to take all of the plaudits. The referee raises Xia's hand in victory, but Knight demands her hand be raised too, and the ref complies. Suddenly the Session Moth Martina appears from out of nowhere and jumps Saraya! This is payback for last week!! Instead of helping her mentor, Xia stands and watches on for a few moments before attempting to pull Martina off of her. The referee and Xia are able to break up the fight and push the Session Moth away but the damage has been done. Martina bust the veteran, Knight open after smashing her head off of the steel steps.

Martina walks to the back as we go to a replay of Tucker's vicious assault on Marty Scurll backstage last week. The commentators tell us that Scurll was taken to hospital and thankfully there was no serious injuries present. Tucker will also be here next week!

The Prizefighter Spotlight:
HC Dyer vs TK Cooper:
Yet again, another squash match, TK made quick work of Dyer here after a Super Kick at the 4 minute mark. Cooper looking good heading in to the tournament.

Following the match, the FAI Womens Champion, Dahlia Black, climbs into the ring, still showing signs of the brutal No DQ match she had with Kay Lee Ray two weeks ago. Before Dahlia can speak, she is cut off by the owner of Fight Academy Ireland, Conor McGregor.

Conor McGregor:

Dahlia, Dahlia, hold your horses, nobody cares about what you have to say. Listen, I respect what you did at the Pay Per View, but we have a problem. There's no number one contender, and to me that calls for action, which is why, next week, we will see the Session Moth Martina take on Saraya Knight.....AND....Xia Brookside!

Dahlia and TK are in the ring and they are not happy, TK is shouting that Conor is abusing his power

Conor McGregor:

Oh and another thing, I dont like what you did to Will Ospreay and Ryan Smile earlier in the night, so next week, the Uptown Funkers get a shot at revenge when they take on the South Pacific Power Trip!

TK and Dahlia are furious as Conor walks to the back. We immediately cut to a training montage for the FAI Champion, Damien Corvin, ahead of his match against Conor McGregor in January. Corvin looks fit and ready for the biggest match of his life!

After both teams have made their entrances for the main event, we are shown a promo package for the Top Lads debut, ending with the words "Remember Our Names" on the screen. This does nothing but irk the teams who now are ready to tear each others heads off

FAI Best Mates:
Kings of the North vs The London Riots:
Two of the hardest hitting tag teams in the entire division going head to head here. The Riots got their chance after a very impressive victory over TK Cooper and the IWA World Champion, Travis Banks, at FAI 16: Fright Night. These two teams beat the hell out of each other for about just under 20 minutes before suddenly Rob Lynch iss blindsided by Big Walter and Axel Dieter Jr!!!

RingKampf are here and they are going to town on the London Riots! Bonesaw and Dunkan Disorderly are running for their lives to avoid the wrath of RingKampf. Dieter Jr. is stomping a mudhole in James Davis, whilst Walter delivers a thunderous Golden Bomb to Rob Lynch! Dieter and Walter take turns in throwing the limp, lifeless bodies of the Riots out of the ring before shaking hands. The show goes off the air with the image of RingKampf standing tall, with the Kings of the North on the ramp looking terrified.

Axel Dieter Jr: Last week, we ruined the main event between the Kings of the North and the London Riots. What we did was not a cheap move, it was a warning. RingKampf refuses to be overlooked, what we have done in this company since our debut is dominate, and we have even beaten the London Riots before! Big Walter: RingKampf refuses to wrestle in a Fight Academy Ireland ring until we get what we deserve. And until we get what we want, we will ruin every Best Mates title match. The crowd cheers and applauds Tucker. Tucker: But it wasn't enough. Marty Scurll, I dont know why has taken it upon himself to take me out at every avenue, at each chance that he gets, whenever my back is turned, whenever I am concentrating on something else, Marty suddenly appears. And I've come to the conclusion, that this company is enough for Tucker and Marty Scurll to compete on the same roster. Because I know, he knows, we all know that we will fight forever and this feud will never end. But that's not what I want, that is not what I signed up here for. I came to win titles, and aslong as Marty Scurll is around, blindsiding me every chance that he gets, that is not going to happen. So what am I gonna do? I could walk, I could leave Fight Academy Ireland and I can go elsewhere, instead I'm going to face this problem head on. This company is not big enough for the both of us and so I am challenging Marty Scurll to a match at FAI 17: Happy First Birthday! Tucker, Marty Scurll, loser leaves Fight Academy Ireland match! The fans chant no at Tucker but he sets the microphone down and walks to the back. We fade to another promo package for McGregor/Corvin showing the two mens training routines prior to the match. It also announces that in 3 weeks time, Corvin and McGregor will come face to face to sign the contract. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43272" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;">Winner Becomes Number One Contender for the FAI Womens Championship:</div> Saraya Knight vs Session Moth Martina vs Xia Brookside: Dahlia Black is out on commentary for this one! Xia and Saraya team up early in this one to take the match to the Session Moth. Saraya is out for blood as she beats Martina from pillar to post, smashing her head off of everything; the post, the barricade, the steps, everything in sight! Saraya eyes up the announce table and tells Xia to strip it down while she continues the beatdown on Martina. Saraya then sets Martina up on the announce table and tells Brookside to climb to the top rope! Shades of the Dahlia Black/Kay Lee Ray match here, however this time Martina doesn't move and the table explodes underneath the weight of the two women!!! Saraya helps up Brookside and the fans chant "Holy Shit!" Knight has a smirk on her face as she helps Xia into the ring, not before turning to Dahlia at the now destroyed commentary table and motioning for the title around her waist. Saraya slides into the ring and is now face to face with Xia Brookside. The two circle each other but rather than locking up, Knight stops in her tracks and with a grin on her face, demands that Xia Brookside lays down. Xia looks devastated, like she is fighting a battle within herself. She slowly drops to a knee, however jumps right back up, telling her mentor that she cant do it. Saraya tells her again, however this time it is much more stern. The fans rally around Xia, chanting her name in unison. Saraya Knight: Dont listen to them! I got you here not them!! Brookside's eyes tells the entire story, with a single tear rolling down her cheek as she drops to a knee.....and then drops the other knee before yet again bouncing back up again. Saraya this time is pissed and slaps her! BROOKSIDE DROPS HER WITH A FOREARM!!!!! The Waterfront Hall in Belfast explodes!!! Every fan in the building is on their feet and Saraya Knight is stunned! Brookside leaps on her mentor teeing off with rights and lefts, raining down punches on her. The fans chant her name and are fully behind her now. Xia attempts to set up for the Knightmare but Saraya scrambles across the ring and under the bottom rope for safety! She wont get much rest time though as Xia immediately launches through the ropes with a suicide dive, sending Saraya crashing into the barricade! She rolls her into the ring and makes a cover. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KICKOUT!!!! The Session Moth is dragging herself towards the ring now, trying to get back into the action after being taken out by Legacy earlier in the match. Xia spots her and slides out of the ring to take her on! However, Martina grabs her and launches her into the steel steps and knocking her out momentarily. Martina slides into the ring and has a face off with Saraya Knight, before the two go to town on each other with forearm after forearm and the fans boo each shot Saraya hits and cheers each shot Martina hits BOO! YAY! BOO! YAY! BOO! YAY! BOO! YAY! BOOOOOO! The veteran brawler, Saraya Knight, unsurprisingly gets the better hand of the stand off, sending Martina crashing back into the ropes who bounces back with a vicious clothesline turning her inside out!!! Martina looks at the top rope and the fans in the building start to stir! She climbs up and connects with the Frog Splash!!!!!! KICK TO THE FACE BY XIA!!! Xia knocks Martina loopy and quickly locks her in the Knightmare!!! Martina has nowhere to go!! She's stuck in the middle of the ring! Saraya Knight is completely out of the picture after the Frog Splash!!! MARTINA TAPS!!! XIA BROOKSIDE IS NUMBER ONE CONTENDER!!!</div></blockquote> Dahlia Black enters the ring as Brookside is celebrating and holds the title up in her face. Xia glances at the title, and then right at Dahlia, as the fans chant her name. We go to a commercial break with the image of Xia and Dahlia staring each other down with the title in the air. The logo for the International Wrestling Alliance is on the screen, and out walks....Jim Smallman? The co-owner of PROGRESS Wrestling is here on FAI television but why? Jim walks to the ring as the fans chant his name. He takes a microphone from ringside and calls for the music to cut. Jim Smallman: Aw'right Belfast, what the f**k is happening?! A loud cheer erupts around the room Jim Smallman: As some of you may well know, my name is Jim Smallman and I am one of the co-owners for PROGRESS Wrestling, but I am not here on behalf of PROGRESS, I am here on behalf of the International Wrestling Alliance. We recently got together and a vote was cast to declare the first ever president for the IWA. I am pleased to announce that from this point forward, I, Jim Smallman, have been officially declared the first ever President of the IWA. And with that in mind, I thought it would be right, to come to Fight Academy Ireland, one of the fastest growing promotions on the planet to make this announcement. Another "Jim!" chant breaks out Jim Smallman: Conor McGregor is caught up training for his championship match in January with Damien Corvin, however earlier this week, myself and Conor met up to talk about business and we have created some matches for next weeks card. First and foremost, is the tag team division. Now I am a huge fan of tag team wrestling and I love the division that has been put together here in FAI. Go Shiozaki & Matt Riddle vs Jimmy Havoc & Zack Sabre Jr.
A terrific opener to kick things off in this Prizefighter spotlight match between 4 of the hottest independent wrestlers on the planet today. It was Riddle and Shiozaki who picked up the victory after Riddle hit Havoc with the Bro 2 Sleep for the pinfall. Riddle is one of the favourites to go all the way in the tournament and you can see why with this showing.

As Riddle and Shiozaki are celebrating, we fade to an interview with Tucker, who will take on "The Villain" Marty Scurll in a Loser Leaves FAI match at the Happy First Birthday event in January.

Tucker:

This is without doubt the biggest match in my life. Not only is it against arguably one of the best wrestlers in the world, not only is it on a huge card with a massive main event that will bring in fans from outside of the wrestling world. This match is it. This is make or break. This is when I find out if I can cut it at this level.

When I was born I was given 24 hours to live. Doctors told my parents that I wouldnt make it, that I wouldn't make it through the night. Fast forward 27 years later and I feel on top of the world, I've never felt better. That is what gives me the edge over Marty Scurll. I've stared death right in the face and came out on top, so the idea of fighting Marty Scurll in a high pressure situation does not scare me on bit. When, not if, when I defeat Marty Scurll and I come out on top, I'm coming for whoever holds the gold, because that's why I'm here. I dont want to just be happy to be here, I want to be the best and to be the best you have to win titles.

Almost instantly, every team goes after the Top Lads, Devlin and Sebastian, due to how much trash they talked during the last month of vignettes. However it doesn't take long before it devolves into an all out war between all 6 teams. With each team fighting for a match on the biggest card of the year for a shot at gold, each man goes above and beyond the call of duty to win the match for his team. At one point, TK Cooper eats a vicious Seven Stars Lariat from Trent Seven, and rolls under the bottom rope to safety. Jordan Devlin launches Justin Shape over the top rope, however Justy is able to hold on much to the delight of the fans! However their delight is short lived when Sebastian suddenly knocks him off the apron with a forearm! He leans over the ropes and shouts "Suck my c**k!" at the fans in attendance.

ELIMINATED: The GymNasties

Sebastian and Devlin high five and turn around to see the London Riots staring right at them. The cocky grins evaporate and are replaced with a look of fear and dread. Remember, the Riots were screwed out of the titles a couple of weeks ago by RingKampf and they are looking to take out their anger on FAI's newest signings. Lynch takes down Sebastian and Davis goes after Devlin and they beat the hell out of them Top Lads. On the other side of the ring, the Uptown Funkers are teaming up on Travis Banks, the IWA World Champion, who looks to be in grave danger. Smile and Ospreay try to lift Banks over the ropes, but TK Cooper slides back under the bottom rope, saves his partner and Super Kicks Will Ospreay over the top rope to the floor!

ELIMINATED: The Uptown Funkers

Cooper laughs in the face of Ryan Smile, who he will meet this Saturday in the Prizefighter tournament, and flips him off. Smile has had enough and grabs TK and sends him over the top rope and crashing to the floor as well!

ELIMINATED: The South Pacific Power Trip

Travis Banks tries to pick a fight with Tyler Bate, however two referees enter the ring to tell him to leave. He's confused before he is told that TK was eliminated. Banks sighs and looks to the ground, before accepting it and walking off. Banks and TK have an argument as they walk to the back, perhaps analysing what went wrong tonight as they action continues in the ring. Moustache Mountain and the London Riots are the only two teams left standing and square up to each other, the two teams that were the favourites going in to this match now sizing each other up. Each man looks to the left off them to see Jordan Devlin and Sebastian helping each other to their feet, before looking back at each other. They nod and then begin to gang up 4 on 2 on the Top Lads. Trent Seven hits Devlin with a Seven Stars Lariat, before Tyler drops him with a Tyler Driver '97. Meanwhile the Riots team up to hit the GBH on Sebastian! The two teams then pick up the unconscious Top Lads and dump them over the top rope.

ELIMINATED: The Top Lads

It's now down to two teams left! Moustache Mountain and the London Riots are the only teams that stand in each others way to a shot at gold. The 4 men start going blow for blow with each other in the ring until both teams are completely exhausted and all 4 men collapse in a heap. IT'S RINGKAMPF!!!!!! BIG WALTER AND AXEL DIETER JR. ARE HERE!!!! Walter and Dieter beat the hell out of all 4 men and the fans rain down on them with boos. They take their time decimating both teams, savouring every single move, relishing the opportunity to inflict punishment. Walter picks up Trent and Dieter picks up James Davis. They both nod and toss both men over the top rope, with them both hitting the ground at the same time.

ELIMINATED: Moustache Mountain AND The London Riots

Axel Dieter Jr. takes a microphone from ringside as the fans hurl insults at him.

This happens until we get what we want!

Dieter Jr. drops the microphone and the two men hop the barricade and exit the building. We are taken backstage to see the IWA World Champion, Travis Banks and his partner, TK Cooper, standing by with an interviewer. The interviewer asks Travis if there is a man in the Prizefighter tournament that he would prefer to fight, and how he would feel if TK Cooper won.

Travis Banks:

You know I've thought about it long and hard. Ever since it was revealed that TK would be in the competition, I've known it's a possibility. And to be honest, I would love that. Myself and TK, we grew up together, we trained together, we made it together. We have taken the independents by storm. And there is truly nobody else I would rather defend my title against than my best friend. Yeah we fight some times, we had a little argument leaving but that's what happens. We live for success and to lose, hell yeah we get mad about it. It happens, brothers fight, but I still love him and I hope he goes in there, kicks some ass and I hope that it's Travis Banks taking on TK Cooper for the IWA World Championship at Fight Academy Ireland's first birthday.

TK and Travis hug each other and we go to a commercial break.

As this match starts, a loud "Xia" chant breaks out and the young rookie is lapping it up at ringside. A slight smile stretches across her face as the chants angers Saraya. She demands that Xia leaves ringside so that she can concentrate which causes the fans to boo her. She forces Xia to walk to the back, which she reluctantly agrees to, before getting back into the ring. The finish came when Dahlia accidentally knocked down the referee and then the two women tried to hit a clothesline, however it only resulted in both women being laid out! The crowd are brought to their feet when Xia Brookside emerges from backstage carrying a steel chair and slides into the ring. Saraya is slowly coming around and orders her to hit Dahlia. Xia nods and sizes up the champion. Dahlia is using the ropes to help her back to her feet as Saraya taunts her. XIA HITS SARAYA!!!!! XIA BROOKSIDE HAS JUST LAID OUT HER MENTOR!!!! The crowd erupts and the fans in attendance are jubilant after Xia finally broke the spell that Saraya had on her. Dahlia is stunned too and slowly covers Saraya. Xia hasn't moved a muscle, still stone faced, staring down at her bloodied mentor as the referee comes around. He counts the pin and Dahlia Black retains her title!!

Dahlia quickly hurries out of the ring and still Xia's eyes doesnt leave Saraya. The show goes off the air with the fans chanting Xia's name, with her emotionless staring at the fallen Saraya.

This victory grants me an opportunity at the Bruiserweight, Pete Dunne, for the PROGRESS Championship. Now I want to switch focus to another tournament that's happening this week, and it's the IWA Prizefighter tournament to crown a number one contender to challenge me for my title. Some of them might be great wrestlers, they might be some of the best wrestlers on the planet...but I'm THE best wrestler on the planet! I proved it today when the Natural Progression Series, I've proven it for the last year where I've dominated the IWA, and I'll prove it again when I beat the winner of the Prizefighter in January!

However just while Ospreay is building momentum, Dahlia Black pulls the ropes down and causes the Englishman to fall out of the ring, crashing to the floor. From this point on, it is all TK Cooper and the New Zealander goes to work on the right leg of the Aerial Assassin. The finish of this match came when Ospreay was making his comeback. He was taking the fight to TK and almost knocked him out with a spinning heel kick. Ospreay rolled to the edge of the ring and the fans got excited in anticipation for whats coming. Dahlia Black tried to grab Ospreay's leg but the referee caught her and told her off. Ospreay attempts a springboard but his right leg gives out! He lands back on the edge of the ring nursing his knee. He tries to slap some life back into his leg, before attempting a second springboard! SUPER KICK! TK COOPER NAILS OSPREAY WITH A SUPER KICK! Ospreay went high risk and crashed and burned! Cooper makes the cover and takes the pinfall victory!</div></blockquote> What a shock! TK Cooper, a man considered an outsider by the bookies beforehand, has just handed Will Ospreay his first singles defeat in Fight Academy Ireland! What a night this has been for TK Cooper, but can his momentum push him on against the tournament favourite, the King of Bros, Matt Riddle. We cut backstage to see IWA President, Jim Smallman, leaving the doctors room before being stopped by an interviewer. The interviewer asks Jim for an update on Riddle. Jim Smallman: What TK Cooper did earlier to Matt Riddle is a disgrace, it could've put Matt in danger, it could've put this tournament in danger because we wouldn't have had a final, but thankfully, Matt will be able to compete in the final against TK Cooper. He may not be 100% fit, but if I know Matt Riddle, that will only drive him to fight even harder to succeed. We fade to a commercial for the next episode of FAI presents THE BIG SCRAP. Heavily advertised on the show is the contract signing for the FAI Championship where Conor McGregor and Damien Corvin will go face to face in a battle of wits. Also announced is that McGregor and Corvin will be appearing at two press conferences prior to the bout; One in McGregor's home town of Dublin and the other in Corvin's home town of Belfast. Moments before the final begins, we see both competitors doing their final preparations in their locker rooms. Riddle heavily bandaged up over the shoulder, stretching to work some strength back into his arm. On the other hand, Travis Banks and Dahlia Black are giving TK Cooper some final words of encouragement. As TK's music hits, Travis, TK and Dahlia share a group hug, before TK and Dahlia begin their long walk to the ring. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43272" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;">The Prizefighter Final:</div> Matt Riddle vs TK Cooper: Much like in his semi-final bout, Riddle tried to end this one early! Flying at TK with the double knees, however when he attempted a Bro 2 Sleep, Riddle's shoulder gave out, allowing Cooper to wriggle free and deliver elbow after elbow to the back of Riddle's head. Cooper delivers powerful blow after blow to the back of the head and then tries to end it there and then with a pinfall. ONE!!!! KICKOUT!!!! Riddle was able to get the shoulder up easily, TK's going to have to do some more work before he can knock out the former MMA fighter. TK tries to set up a Kimora Lock and after some struggling is able to lock it in tight! The look on Riddle's face tells a thousand stories, the pain and anguish gushing out of him. Riddle tries to drag himself and TK towards the ropes, but as each second passes, the more pain he feels. He gets inches close to the ropes but TK breaks the hold and delivers even more vicious elbows to the injured shoulder of Riddle! The King of Bros is in grave danger here as TK does even more damage to the injured arm! Dropping knees and elbows on it like it was Ric Flair's jacket. TK takes a momentary break to ask Dahlia Black for a kiss. The FAI Womens Champion swoons, slowly climbs on to the apron and kisses her boyfriend for support. The fans boo TK and in his usual style, he flips them off for having the audacity to boo him and his girlfriends public display of affection. TK's arrogance may prove to cost him as he turns into a left hand from Riddle! Riddle's MMA background proves useful as he is able to switch his style up from orthodox to southpaw. Rather than attempting punches, Riddle is now having his way with TK, firing off kicks with both legs. Riddle backs TK into the corner and follows it up with those devastating double knees from earlier! He goes for the cover. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KICKOUT!!!! He's going to have to do some more work to soften up Cooper before he can claim the victory. Riddle locks in a body scissors on TK and aims for his head with lefts, trying to avoid using his right at all costs. He fires off punch after punch and it seems to be having effect, until TK targets the right arm again! Headbutting it multiple times until Riddle is forced to break the hold! Riddle tries to crawl to safety, trying to protect his arm from further damage but TK is straight on him! Again firing more strikes away on the arm. At this point, Riddle's arm is practically useless, all it is is dead weight that is weighing him down. TK picks Riddle up and tosses him to the outside, but as he goes to follow him the referee holds him back so he can check on Riddle's health. While the referees back is turned, Dahlia Black nails a devastating running knee to the head of Riddle! That move has put away just about every single woman who has come through Fight Academy Ireland. The referee begins his count. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! THREE!!!! Still no sign of movement from Riddle.... FOUR!!!! FIVE!!!! SIX!!!! The King of Bros begins to stir, shaking the cobwebs off and crawling slowly towards the ring SEVEN!!!! EIGHT!!!! Riddle pulls himself up to a knee via the ring apron.... NINE!!!! TK Cooper launches himself through the ropes and crashes into the American with a suicide dive!! Riddle crashes shoulder first into the barricade and lets out a loud, pain filled scream around the arena. Cooper picks Riddle up by his tights and throws him into the barricade, he follows it up by firing him shoulder first into the steel steps! And back into the barricade! Cooper is now doing a lap of the ring firing Riddle into the barricade at every turn! TK Cooper is out for the kill and as the referees count reaches 8 he rolls his opponent under the bottom rope. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! THR-KICKOUT!!!! TK is shocked! He is in the face of the referee screaming at him that it was 3! He cannot believe that Riddle got his shoulder up in time and neither can Dahlia Black! She climbs into the ring and slaps the referee! The referee is angered and ejects her from ringside, however the Womens Champion fires at him with a vicious forearm, following it up with a running knee to his head!! Dahlia plants a kiss on TK and leaves ringside, while the fans boo and jeer he-BRO 2 SLEEP!!!!! MATT RIDDLE JUST DROPPED TK COOPER WITH A BRO 2 SLEEP!! It took everything out of him and he collapses on top of TK holding on to his injured shoulder. There's no referee but the crowd chants the count for Riddle. ONE!!!! TWO!!!! THREE!!!! FOUR!!!! FIVE!!!! Finally here comes another referee in to count the pinfall! ONE!!!! TWO!!!! THRE-KICKOUT!!!! TK COOPER GOT A SHOULDER UP WITH A MILLISECOND TO GO! Riddle is shot, you can see it on his face, he just gave his best shot and TK still kicked out. Riddle starts punching his injured shoulder to breathe some life into it, and stalks TK, who is now using the ropes as leverage back to his feet. TK stumbles right into the clutches of Riddle who lifts him up on his shoulders! Riddle's injury causes him to hesitate for a second, but hesitation is costly when you're in the ring with a world class competitor such as TK Cooper, who takes full advantage of it. TK rolls off of Riddle's shoulders, SUPER KICK!!!! TK falls on top of Riddle and the referee counts it ONE!!!! TWO!!!! THRE-KICKOUT!!!!!!!! The building comes unglued and TK Cooper is in shock! TK's mind is racing, he doesn't know what to do when suddenly....the shocked expression on his face melts away, to be replaced with a smirk. He looks back at the fallen, beaten and battered Matt Riddle, and holds his arms out, before signalling for the Bro 2 Sleep. Riddle gets back to his feet very slowly, with TK Cooper stalking his prey like a vulture. Riddle turns right into the clutches of a waiting TK who lifts him up on his shoulders. He blows a kiss to the hard camera and launches him off of his shoulders, but Riddle lands on his feet!!! And hits TK with a Super Kick of his own!!!! Almost in slow motion, TK Cooper falls through the ropes and crashes to the floor. Riddle scrambles to catch him before he falls but he's unable to stop him falling! Riddle screams out in frustration and slaps the mat before going after him. On one arm, Riddle tries to lift the 198 lbs dead weight of TK Cooper. It takes a while but he eventually gets him on to the apron and rolls him in. Riddle slaps his arm a few times to put some life into it again and crawls into the rin-SUPER KICK!!!! TK Cooper drops Riddle with the kick and Riddle crashes down to the mat! Cooper drags him away from the ropes and hooks the leg! ONE!!!! TWO!!!! THREE!!!!! WINNER and THE 2017 PRIZEFIGHTER: TK Cooper</div></blockquote> TK Cooper has done it!!! What a night!!! The outsider has stolen it! Dahlia Black hurridly runs to the ring and into her boyfriends arms!! The two makeout and flip off the fans as the boos rain down upon them! Jim Smallman makes his way to the ring and presents TK with a trophy! He is quite clearly disgusted at how TK went about winning tonight with a brutal assault earlier in the night, but Cooper does not care. Smallman quickly leaves the ring, and suddenly the IWA World Champion and the other third of the South Pacific Power Trip, Travis Banks, climbs into the ring. Travis and TK stares each other down for a moment before embracing each other and celebrating TK's monumental win. Travis holds up TK's arm in victory and the pride is beaming out of him. Travis requests a microphone from ringside and calls for TK's music to be cut. Travis Banks: 23 years old....this boy is 23 years old and he's taken the world by storm! This last year has been OUR year! Be it me winning the IWA World Championship and winning the PROGRESS Natural Progression Series, or Dahlia becoming the number one woman in British Wrestling, or you winning the first ever IWA Prizefighter competition! The South Pacific Power Trip runs British Wrestling! The South Pacific Power Trip runs European Wrestling. The South Pacific Power Trip are the baddest bastards on the f**king planet! I dont care who it is that walks out of Fight Academy Ireland's first birthday as tag team champions, because we are coming for ya. I dont care if its the Kings of the North, RingKampf, the London Riots, Moustache Mountain, I dont care if its all 4 of them at once. The Power Trip is coming! We run FAI, and there's not a damn thing that anybody can do about it! Travis and TK hug again and TK takes the microphone. TK Cooper: Travis man, I just want you to know...I couldn't have done this without you. We as a unit are the best team on the planet, we can beat everybody and anybody, and you have made me the wrestler and the person that I am today. I know I speak for myself and Dahlia, when I say...I hate your f**king guts... Travis' face drops and he stares in confusion at TK as Dahlia Black delivers a low blow to him from behind! Travis falls to his knees and Dahlia nails him with a running knee to the back of the head! The South Pacific Power Couple have turned on Travis Banks!!! TK and Dahlia kiss each other as Travis tries to get back to his feet. TK goes to the corner and tunes up the band alá Shawn Michaels. Travis gets back to his feet and is immediately met with a jaw shattering Super Kick!! TK and Dahlia have mega heat now! The fans are out for blood and start throwing things into the ring while the Power Couple makes out in the ring. The Pay Per View goes off the air with the two kissing while Dahlia holds up her title while TK holds up Travis' IWA World Championship.</div>

A little OOC note here:

That was a hell of a show there, TK Cooper went from autopushing as a midcarder to becoming the second most popular guy on the roster, behind Travis Banks. He's at 40+ pop in every region of the world now thanks to that show. I'm currently directing a film which will be in production until 11th August, and then I will be editing it for a few weeks after. I will still post these, but maybe twice a week, or atleast when I have time because occasionally I am in a creative mood and just want to write every night. Anyway, hope you all are enjoying the diary! I'm 3 shows away from the end of 2017 and I'm loving every second of this save!

WWE World Heavyweight Champion, AJ Styles has officially jumped ship from World Wrestling Entertainment and signed for New Japan Pro Wrestling. AJ's new deal is said to be worth around about $33k a month, with creative control, hiring veto and wage matching thrown in with it. It is believed that WWE had lowballed him, offering him $25k a month, which he was already earning on his previous contract. There is talk that Conor McGregor and Fight Academy Ireland had offered AJ $7,500 per appearance with creative control and wage matching, which AJ had previously agreed to. However, once New Japan came in, FAI decided that they could not compete with that offer and withdrew their offer.

This move will surely worry WWE with multiple big name contracts coming up in the next few month. Talent will now be aware that the WWE is not the only place that they can make big money.

****UPDATE****

After a very busy month of shooting and editing, my film is coming together quite well and I have more time on my hands. My laptop was playing around on me a little too but that's been fixed. Now that my schedule is a lot lighter I'm going to get back to this, but I apologise for the long break. I have played some time ahead and there are some big things coming including a HUGE game changer in the coming shows. The next write up will be done either tonight or tomorrow, however I just wanted to let it be known that this isn't finished.

FAI presents THE BIG SCRAP #10

Location: Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield, England

The show kicks off with a recap of what happened at the Prizefighter event with TK Cooper taking the final leap from the midcard into the main event with huge victories over big names such as Go Shiozaki and Matt Riddle. And of course, we get a lot of focus on the aftermath of the final match. A brotherhood torn apart, one of the top tag teams on the independent scene, the South Pacific Power Trip exploded as TK Cooper and Dahlia Black turned on Travis Banks. TK got one whiff of gold and allowed his greed to blind him in his attempts to take the IWA World Championship from Travis Banks. We are also informed that there will be an appreciation night for TK Cooper to kick the show off.

We see the IWA World Champion, Travis Banks, stepping out of his car and walking into the building ahead of tonights show. Travis is walking with a purpose, before he is stopped by security. Travis is informed that in the interests of keeping the IWA World title match at FAI's First Birthday safe, Travis cannot enter the building tonight incase he seriously harms TK Cooper. Travis tries to argue but is informed that IWA President Jim Smallman said that if Travis lays a finger on TK before the match, he will be stripped of his title and will be banned from competing for it ever again. Travis is angry but eventually walks away before any trouble could break out.

Back in the arena and the music of the South Pacific Power Couple hits and out comes the FAI Womens Champion, Dahlia Black and the number one contender for the IWA World Championship, TK Cooper. Dahlia and TK are hated by the fans in attendance and a loud "**** You TK" drowns out the music. TK and Dahlia lap it up, and start making out in the ring as Dahlia holds up her title and TK flips off the fans. Ringside is decorated with TK Cooper memorabilia, framed pictures of him beating up Matt Riddle, Go Shiozaki and of course, Travis Banks. There are balloons surrounding the ring and a large box in the ring. Dahlia calls for the music to be cut and it is.

Dahlia Black:

Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for the number one contender for the IWA World Championship and the man who is going to absolutely destroy Travis Banks at Fight Academy Ireland's First Birthday. My man, my boyfriend, the Prizefighter! T! K! COOPER!!!!

The fans boo as TK and Dahlia kiss once again in the middle of the ring.

TK Cooper:

Ever since I almost kicked Travis Banks' head off of his shoulders, all I have heard about is how we were like brothers. Best friends, trained together, eat sleep, breathed as a unit. Well guess what...myself and Travis, we were never ever friends. Not brothers, not pals, not buddies, not friends, Travis Banks used ME to get to where he is. Before I came along, Travis Banks was nothing more than a bum who struggled to get himself booked on any card outside of New Zealand. Before I came along, Travis Banks was still working a 9 to 5 job to pay the bills. Before I came along, Travis Banks was a nobody! And you know what, I was fine with that, I was fine with doing a little bit of charity work to give this man a personality and to help him pay the bills through wrestling, I was fine with doing that.

A loud Travis Banks chant breaks out, interrupting TK and only adding to his frustrations.

TK Cooper:

You know the timing of that chant is very fitting. Its fitting because this is MY moment, this spotlight is on ME and once again, Travis Banks tries to upstage me. Just like this past Sunday was my moment and could Travis Banks like a nice person, like a friend, like a brother would do. No, Travis Banks did what Travis Banks always does and he stole my spotlight, he tried to ruin my moment, just like you are right now by chanting Travis Banks' name.

The chant grows louder and louder and causes TK to shut his mouth again. Dahlia leans over and kisses her man to calm him down and it seems to work as his trademark s**t eating grin spreads across his face once more. Dahlia takes the microphone from him and makes her way towards the large box, covered by a tarp.

Dahlia Black:

If you people could please stop chanting the name of that loser Travis Banks, the South Pacific Power Couple are having a moment! This is TK Cooper Appreciation night, this is about TK Cooper not about about Travis Banks!

The fans boo and eventually quiten down to the delight of Dahlia.

Dahlia Black:

Now, I worked long and hard on finding the perfect gift for my man to commemorate his amazing success. So without further ado....

Dahlia motions for the tarp to be raised.....ITS KAY LEE RAY!!!! KAY LEE RAY WAS IN THE BOX!!!! The fans erupt and the Power Couple are in shock!! Kay Lee Ray is holding a kendo stick and security swamps her! But she fends them off one by one with the kendo stick. Dahlia and TK bail to the outside as Kay Lee batters the security team! She sends them flying then proceeds to break all of the framed pictures of TK from Sunday night as Dahlia Black is in tears on the ramp, crying out "I worked hard on this!! You ruined everything!!" Kay Lee opens the ropes to welcome Dahlia into the ring but she is hiding behind TK Cooper shaking her head and clutching her title as we go to a break.

Moustache Mountain & Tucker vs Kings of the North & Marty Scurll:
Scurll quickly leaves the match as he wants no part of Tucker which leaves his partners at a disadvantage. Scurll instead watches the match for the ramp, taunting Tucker at every chance he can get. It doesnt work however as the finish of this match saw Tucker hit Bonesaw with a Super Kick and Bate follows it up with a Tyler Driver '97 for the pinfall! Big win for the faces!

Following the match, we get a highlight package of Damien Corvin training ahead of the biggest fight of his life against Conor McGregor at FAI's First Birthday. He truly is in the shape of his life and has gone back to his roots of training in John Bosco boxing club. Corvin is a heavy hitter with a background in boxing, he will surely be looking to use his massive size advantage and power to overcome the smaller McGregor.

The GymNasties knock on Jim Smallman's door and the IWA President calls them in to his office. The trio walk in and Justy takes a seat while Sammy D and B. Cool stand behind him.

Jim Smallman:

.....What?

Justy:

Listen, Jim, I dont believe we have been properly introduced. I am Justy, this is Sammy D and B. Cool and we are the GymNasties.

Jim is confused as to why Justy is in his office.

Justy:

Basically we got off on the wrong here in Fight Academy Ireland and are slow start allowed us to be lost in the shuffle when Conor started hiring in imports from around the world instead of making use of the great local talent he has at his disposal. I'm here on behalf of the 'Nasties to say, we want a second chance. You give us an opportunity and I guarantee you will not regret it!

Jim Smallman:

Okay look guys, I like your attitude, coming in here and trying to kick start your career rather than waiting for an opportunity. So I'll tell you what, next week, you got it. I'll give you a match, but on one condition. If you lose, you're out of a job. Nice meeting you, but I have business to attend to so please, on your way.

Justy and the Nasties are shocked, a look of regret and fear crawls across their faces as we go back to ringside.

Bea Priestley & Saraya Knight vs Session Moth Martina & Xia Brookside:
Bea and Martina are in to kick this one off but the focus of the match is largely on the two on the outside, Saraya and Xia, who's relationship completely deteriorated last week when Xia cost Saraya the Womens title. It doesnt take long before Saraya sneaks around the ring and pulls Xia off of the apron and attacks her from behind. Saraya beats her from pillar to post as a punishment for what transpired last week. Saraya throws her in to the steel steps and then proceeds to slam her head off of the steps over and over and over again until she is a bloodied mess! Saraya wipes the blood off of Xia's forehead and wipes it on her chest, wearing it as a badge of honour. EMTs come down to the ring and Saraya watches with pride as her former protege is carted out, repeatedly shouting in her face "This is all your fault!" Getting back to the in ring action, the Session Moth is in control of the match, but Saraya is soon tagged in and the fresh veteran takes the fight to the fatigued party girl. Saraya takes out her anger and frustration on Martina, and the crowd rallies behind the outnumbered Session Moth. A loud Martina chant breaks out and it brings some adrenaline to her as she starts firing off with lefts and rights, launching Saraya off of the ropes and meeting her with a headscissors sending her back into her corner and tagging out immediately! Bea Priestley is in now and Martina is in her second wind, taking it to the her! She whips her into the corner and follows it up with a splash and then a rather rated R bronco buster to the seated Priestley! Martina turns and is immediately struck down with a vicious clothesline from Saraya! Almost ripping her head off in the process! Saraya drags Bea to her corner and tags herself in, before locking Martina in the Knightmare and forcing her to tap out.

Post match, Saraya refuses to break the hold. Wrenching it in tighter but here comes Xia Brookside back out to make the save! Bea Priestley tries to stop her on the ramp but she is stopped with a spear! Xia follows it up by throwing her into the steel steps, knocking her unconscious. Saraya and the bloodied and battered Xia share a staredown before Xia slides under the ropes and the two come to blows! Xia and Saraya are raining down on each other with punch after punch and the ring soon floods with referees to break it up! Saraya is pulled to the outside by the referees and the two are finally separated. That doesnt last long though as Xia goes up top and wipes out everybody with a diving cross body! She slides back into the ring and celebrates while Saraya scurries up the ramp.

Prior to the main event, we are informed that Jim Smallman will open next weeks show with an announcement regarding the FAI Best Mates match at FAI's First Birthday!

Top Lads vs Uptown Funkers:
A great bout here between two excellent tag teams. The Top Lads pick up their first victory as a unit when Devlin nails a beautiful moonsault on Ryan Smile for the pinfall.

And now, it's the moment we've all been waiting for, McGregor and Corvin for the first time since this blockbuster main event was announced face to face in a Fight Academy Ireland ring. It is time for the contract signing for the FAI Championship match at FAI's First Birthday. Jim Smallman is out first and he introduces the two fighters, first Corvin and then McGregor. Corvin is looking jacked, probably in the best shape he has ever been in. McGregor signs the contract almost instantly but Corvin hesitates.

Conor McGregor:

What's tha matter? Have ya only just realised whatchu got yaself in for? You sign on that dotted line and you sign away your title. See its a 50/50 for ya, on one hand, I change your bum life. You earn the biggest paycheck you've ever earned in your life when ya fight McGregor, but you're walking a broken man. You sign that contract and I'll have ya finished inside 4 minutes.

Corvin picks up the microphone and tries to speak but a loud Conor chant cuts him off

Damien Corvin:

You truly are a deluded man. You may be a great fighter, maybe the greatest MMA fighter of all time, but this is my ring. You have never fought a guy like me, 6 foot 3, 225 pounds of pure muscle. Speed, athleticism, power, I have all the advantages over you. The highest weight you've fought at was 170 and you tapped like a b*tch.

The crowd applauds Corvin's insult

Conor McGregor:

I'm a b*tch? You're the one who cant have a fight without ya two little juiceheads runnin' around at ringside.

Damien Corvin:

This is the extent of what people get with Conor McGregor. I respect you, you're a great showman, a circus clown, but thats all you are. You're catchphrases, you're punchlines, you cant leave a mark on the champs face, I'm not even sure that those little arms are even long enough to reach my head.

Corvin signs his name on the dotted line and the match is official. Smallman calls both men up for a staredown and for some photos with the title in the middle. ROYAL MUTILATION!!!! Damien Corvin just planted McGregor into the mat with a Royal Mutilation! He lifts up the owner of the company and powerbombs him through the table as the fans boo and jeer. Corvin takes his title and the show goes off the air with the image of a fallen Conor McGregor on his back with the FAI Champion standing over him with his title raised in the air.
