Lucas
A friend of mine asked me the question "What show rating do I need to make sure I don't lose pop in a region". So I made him this matrix, created a few of these over the past couple of years but decided I'd save it and upload / share it. http://i.imgur.com/p7Jg9kMl.png (Click to view) There's a description in the image, and it doesn't currently cover importances below 59 / C grade (few regions in mods will go much lower in any case). You can click the image to view the full size of it. Just one note with this: - Numbers are rounded to the nearest value (TEW does use decimal in the editor and a 1-1000 range) - I don't use grades on this, but it is colour coded to match the grades. Anyway, enjoy
Gungner
Well, if you score an 81 rating, you won't lose popularity at all, even if your overall popularity is greater. That is mentioned in the Player's Handbook. So 81 is sure thing.
Lucas
Yep, since 81 is the boundary for global.

I found it useful just to fill it out completely and something I've used since I'm running a regional promotion at the moment in the UK.

Working out roughly when I can expect to hit a size is helpful for sure. Reasonably certain too this helps with modding regions too to get an idea what realistic sizes can be gained.
