I use my own pic pack, and it depends on who/what you want to book. Fleisch's has good stats but lacks a fair few workers and promotions.

If you open a company on a Fleisch mod that came out before this month then edit the British industry and economy before you start a save because it's inaccurate and your company will make literally no progress

The British economy should be accurate. Its in the toilet and recovering still from the vote. Your choice if you would like realism or not when it comes to how much disposable money you think people have. As for not making any progress my friend has a UK game running with a created company who he has taken from local to regional in 3 years so your statement is false. You dont make huge progress in a short period of time would be a more accurate statement.

Personally if you are looking for thousands of British workers then don't download my mod, download TheWho87 mod as he has more workers and promotions. That's my advice.

In The Toliet?

I don't think you understand much about the economy if you really think the UK's economy is in the toilet. I think your speaking out of turn commenting on it with out any knowledge on the subject. The FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 are at their highest they ever been and the weaker pound(£) means exports are already seeing an increase.

I have several bonds and so as an investor in UK companies and I can assure you right now they are doing quite fine. The UK economy is in fact considered to be strong right now and its growth is higher than anywhere in Europe, so please check your facts in future.

Then you are one of the rich people that are largely unaffected by the basic costs of living increases that have been spiralling upwards ahead of wages for the last 10+ years, lucky you. The average person in the UK is not in your position and the majority of wrestling fans fall into the average person category, so the economy in TEW for the UK should be doing badly.

Whats the best mod to download for current day British real world wrestling? I'm looking for one with good photos and great depth in UK talent. What do y'all suggest?

Coming away from all the politics , I have recently done some cuts and one of my latest updates included quite a few British Wrestlers, my next update is set to feature a lot more british talent from ICW, NGW, WCPW etc. this is all still a W.I.P.

Economy

In the real world the general world economy is down. There are obvious exceptions - Russia & China weren't hit by the GFC and actually improved their overall positions. The countries who went on building sprees to prop up their economy made the right choice (Sweden, Norway, Denmark Switzerland & Australia). It was a high risk choice but ended up keeping their economies active where the countries that chose the turtle tactic were worse hit (most of Europe). South Africa and India are on upswings. Most of Europe is on a downswing but Britain is stronger by far than most as their debt is manageable. Brazil is always fragile despite it's huge potential, most of South America are always in some sort of turmoil.

The US is in potentially enormous trouble economically but is probably so powerful it wont matter - their debt level is staggering and Trump's stated policies wont help that but if they were to experience a depression style collapse it's likely their size would sink most everyone else too which means nobody dares call them out on the debt level - for a long time nobody could call them on it but now China and Russia are at a economic level and own so much US debt that thye could do so if they wanted to prompt a massive shift (at great risk to themselves) - it is likely we will see a financial issue in the next decade though as Republican Free market policies have tended to go hand in hand with dodgy companies doing something truly stupid with increasing frequency since the early 80's. With the Republicans in a powerful position and a somewhat dodgy businessman in charge it's very likely that someone on Wall Street is going to do something staggeringly dumb and greedy that will cause another GFC style event. Not criticising the Republican policies per-se - on paper they are fine - sadly the evidence is that certain unscrupulous businesses use the lack of strong regulatory control (government interference) to do reckless things and inevitably that leads to a financial disaster. The pattern is now firmly established. If you were to invest the best course is always strong blue chip stocks that always end up coming out of those collapses stronger after buying up valuable elements of failing companies. In general as long as Russia and China don't decide to call the US on their debt issues the US will be fine (although somewhat volatile).

In general the British economy would be seen as strong at the moment when compared to the general standard worldwide.

In the C-verse - who knows. China and India don't exist, Western Australia is apparently the home to large metropolises not found in our world etc etc. Who knows how their economy works

TheWho87 has more promotions (but not many more) and workers but, for example, I loaded a save with OTT wrestling today and there's maybe 10 or so workers with no image. Kills the immersion for me. There's also far less detail in terms of bios and, unless I missed them, no Pro Wrestling EVE or Fighting Females UK. Depends what you're looking for really.

I have a limited number of active promotions in my database only to help reduce load time for a worldwide mod, if you wanted to just run the UK region I have 7 active promotions and 24/26 promotions that are closed that with a bit of editing can be activated. On top of that 687 workers who would be active in the region.

I'm working on my pic pack, my biggest issue is I am very picky on what pictures I cut and prefer to only cut posed/studio style pics.

I also do have EVE and Fierce Females in my database, they are just not active.

Sorry for the long kind of off real topic response before.

Like I said in my response who knows how the economy of the game works because the set up doesn't reflect the real world. You can mad the settings for all the regions that are in game however you want but it wont ever reflect reality because it's not supposed too. It's not Total Extreme Economics 2016!
