How do you build popularity for a company in a new area?

So I'm playing a diary as USPW right? How can I get USPW to expand into Mexico? I'm way too low to get a TV deal down there or a PPV contract. Do I just wait until they're built up enough in the US to have some spillover into Mexico or Canada?

Hire some workers that are popular in Mexico and hold non broadcast events there with the focus on those stars. Usually WWE's technique in real life.

Yeah, you just need to run loads of shows. I'm expanding into the US from the UK and I have an hour long show every week.
