I simply converted this mod awhile back and have been having an extreme amount of fun playing this on TEW2016 which FINALLY allows proper use of alliances and their champions! In terms of playing an alternate reality but with real life wrestlers, this mod in my opinion is among the best TEW's modding community has produced in the entirety of its existence. I hope I didn't offend by not seeking permission to upload someone else's work beforehand! Even if converted, I hope I'm not stepping on any toes here if I'm unknowingly breaking forum-etiquette! If you would like to play as one of the three Developmental Promotions (NWA:NY, TCW, ACW) you can technically do so by going into the editor before setting up a game and changing the promotions relationship with its parent company to "Working agreement." You won't get the benefit of having access to the parent company's talents being sent down. This is a straight conversion from TEW 2005. Izzy has spent a ton of hours looking it over and fixing errors, however there are bound to be a couple that pop up. Please post any strange occurances you get in here so we can fix them in future updates. I have done a ton of work on Hall of Immortals, Year End Awards, Dojos, and narratives as they aren't features in TEW 2005. The game is meant to be played with Regeneration of Workers off, and New Worker creation turned on. I'll be releasing a random people picture pack down the road to allow users to easily give randomly generated workers a face. I've tweaked some settings with various companies, but the shows and their product settings are giving me poor ratings.</p><p> </p><p> I'm no slouch at this either. Much easier to book as a pure company than NJPW in this game. I've been getting solid B's with them. From looking at a list of their highest-rated matches their aces apparently are Masahiro Chono, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Kensuke Sasaki, Shinsuke Nakamura, Satoshi Kojima, and Jushin Liger.</p><p> </p><p> WCCW: The overall storyline with WCCW at this point in time is that the company is entering a transitional time of needing new blood. You have over stars in the company without a doubt, but chances are when you start a new game quite a few of them will be either be leaning towards or are already experiencing "Time Decline". It's up to the player to book around this by keeping the ones in "Time Decline" away from the main event scene unless absolutely necessary and find the "Next Big Thing" inside or outside the company for your old workers to put over for the better future of the company. The workers that constantly put on great/good matches for the matches are Rocky Johnson Jr, "Stunning" Steve Austin, Brock Lesnar, Dustin Rhodes, "Superstar" Cody Rhodes, and Mean Mark Callous(aka Undertaker).</p><p> </p><p> ECW: I've noticed that too. If you find it too restrictive one way to remedy this is to either change the product in-game or through the live editor. Your reaction goes right along the storyline for the company's state as well, as Paul Heyman is increasingly trying to stray away from the hardcore stigma and focus on molding new and younger stars. There are a slew of guys that you can use and book successfully in this company, but the most important two by far are CM Punk and the reigning NWA World Junior Heavyweight champion Matt Sydal. The latter is on an Open contract and it's advised that you lock him down right away!</p><p> </p><p> NWA:UK: Never played as NWA:UK but looking through history in a previous save they're meant to be rated lowly in the initial stages. In a couple of my past saves where I would run a non-NWA company, I found myself snagging Chris Jericho and thus causing him to vacate the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Afterwards I was surprised each time to find the strap would be placed on NWA:AA's Austin Aries and he would proceed to see his popularity skyrocket as he traveled and defended the title.
