mikemajestic33
EVOLVE: Evolution of EVOLVE EVOLVE Wrestling has been on a roll recently, bringing hard hitting in-ring action into the fold with good story telling. The great Gabe Sapolsky has taken one step forward in the Evolution of EVOLVE by hiring long time Japanese great Kenta Kobashi in as a backstage hand and road agent. What should be a long time partnership could see Kobashi morph the product into a mixture of the American strong style and Japanese strong style. Also with more true to life story's in the fold we could see what seem to be more personal feuds come out of EVOLVE in the future. Current EVOLVE Champion Zack Sabre Jr. has gone on a bit of a cocky streak as he now holds three World titles, EVOLVE World, PWG World, and RPW World titles. Most of the EVOLVE locker room has noticed this and seek to take at least one of those titles out of his grips in the near future. The Tag Team Champions Fred Yehi and Tracy Williams, part of the Catch Point stable, have been on a roll taking on all comers in defense of their titles but with the recent signing of some of the top tag teams in the independent world their grasp on the titles may be pried off. As EVOLVE grows so does the World Wrestling Network with the announcement that at EVOLVE 80 their will be a tournament to crown the first ever WWN World Champion and Dragon Gate will hold the tournament for the WWN World Tag Team Championships! Big things are coming in for EVOLVE and we could see the ever changing landscape of WWN and EVOLVE morph in to serious contenders in the near future for top independent spots. mikemajestic33
EVOLVE 76 Preview EVOLVE 76: Sabre’s Destiny Saturday Week 1 Mar 2017 Location: Unknown Sammy Guevara vs Stu Grayson Singles Match Hot Opener The young upstart rookie Sammy Guevara comes to EVOLVE with one goal in mind, becoming the youngest EVOLVE World Champion in history. He makes his debut against the former Player Dos, Stu Grayson who is sure to want to transition the right way with a win tonight. Stu Grayson has got tired for the same old song and dance routine and being a fun loving guy and his new change to a more serious approach came with the changing of his name. He refuses to be looked at as the number two player, he always wants to be number 1, no matter what. So who takes the win tonight Grayson or Guevara? Bruiserweight Kings vs The Gatekeepers vs Catch Point © Triple Threat Tag Team Match EVOLVE World Tag Team Championship Match Bruiserweight Kings, Pete Dunne and Trent Seven, make their debut in EVOLVE with the goal of being instant trend setters in the promotion. Not many teams get a shot at the World titles on their first night in the company but EVOLVE management believe they have more then show that they deserve the shot they are getting. The Gatekeepers have been on a streak of good luck wins here recently including a singles victorys last month over Catch Point members Fred Yehi and Tracy Williams. So Catch Point will see two very capable teams take them on this month and try to continue with their hold of World Tag Team titles. Marty Scurll vs Ethan Page Singles Match WWN World Championship Tournament Qualifier Marty Scurll seems to pop up where ever Zack Sabre Jr does. Now a member of the EVOLVE locker room he sets his sights high to become the first man to qualify for the WWN World Championship Tournament. But standing in his way is the always dangerous Ethan Page. Page has seen himself become more violent and angrier over the past couple months, feeling left out of EVOLVE World title contention sees his opportunity at something bigger taking shape at the chance to be in the WWN World Championship Tournament. So which one of these two men will earn their spot in the tournament? ACH vs Cage vs Rocky Romero vs Jason “The Gift” Kincaid Fatal Four Way Match WWN World Championship Tournament Qualifier What should see a great influx of talent for the tournament the second of four EVOLVE wrestlers in the tournament will be decided in this match as ACH battles Cage, Rocky Romero, and Jason “The Gift” Kincaid. With little to no guarantee in this match some of the fastest rising EVOLVE starts battle for their shot to be in the tournament. ACH has been on a roll losing a match for the EVOLVE World Title last month that Zack Sabre Jr. quoted as being the hardest match he has had in the past two years. Cage is a man on a mission and a monster that seems to have just on thing on his mind, GOLD! Cage will look to dominate the much smaller wrestlers in this match just on pure strength. Rocky Romero has the joy of coming off a strong showing in NJPW in the recent past and looks to make his way to being a top contender here in EVOLVE. This is a step in the right direction to be on that way. Jason “The Gift” Kincaid is looking to make one last push towards greatness as newest Authority Figure So Cal Val has said that if he doesn’t qualify for the tournament he will not see his contract renewed at the end of the month. Lots on the line for each competitor here and each looking to make their mark on EVOLVE. Rage, Inc. vs KUSHIDA and Tyson Dux Tag Team Match Rage, Inc. The team of Matt Riddle and Jeff Cobb sees a team of strong men with amateur wrestling backgrounds team up to take on Japanese star KUSHIDA and Canadian Star Tyson Dux. Both teams have little to gain from this match but a good showing could put them in line for a number one contendership match next month. So will the debuting members of the EVOLVE roster get some unlikely success or will the established EVOLVE members Jeff Cobb and Matt Riddle pull out the win? Kyle O’Reilly vs Sami Callihan Singles Match EVOLVE World Championship Number One Contenders Match Kyle O’Reilly makes his debut in EVOLVE a big one as one of the top free agents on the Independent circuit Kenta Kobashi made it a point to bring in O’Reilly with promises of big money and big shots. Kobashi called around to everyone and Sami Callihan was the first one to stand up and say he would take on O’Reilly. With two of the top wrestlers in the independents coming in to EVOLVE and immediately being given a chance to earn a World Title match neither man will be looking to take breaks during this match and it is sure to launch men into championship contention. Zack Sabre Jr. vs Ricochet Singles Match EVOLVE World Championship Match Zack Sabre Jr. defends his EVOLVE World title for the second time as he looks to enjoy a nice long reign. Ricochet looks to cut his reign short though and as one of the hottest stars right now he may have the momentum to do it. With everything hitting at the right time these two men are sure to put on a hell of a contest and with Zack Sabre Jr showing a competitive streak and mean streak unlike anything we have seen from him before we could see something brand new out of ZSJ. Ricochet will look to match the mean streak and take ZSJ to the limit, but which superstar will have more in the tank and be able to pull off the win? EVOLVE 76 Predictions Sammy Guevara vs Stu Grayson Bruiserweight Kings vs The Gatekeepers vs Catch Point Marty Scurll vs Ethan Page ACH vs Cage vs Rocky Romero vs Jason “The Gift” Kincaid Rage, Inc. vs KUSHIDA and Tyson Dux Kyle O’Reilly vs Sami Callihan Zack Sabre Jr. vs Ricochet
