With so few workers available, of course I'm not looking to bury anyone, but SB is quite bitter and would consider destroying EWA's stars that also work for him if the company was heading towards bankruptcy anyway. Kind of his last act of suicidal vengeance. Makes for an interesting narrative.</p><p> </p><p> Show will most likely be posted on Monday, thanks for your predictions everyone. Scheming Behemoth comes out to the ring with a microphone in hand and he looks to be in a foul mood. He addresses the recent hostilities between EWA and UEW, then runs down both promotions in a furious rant. He says EWA is an insult to fans' intelligence and an insult to the wrestlers who put their bodies on the line. For UEW, he says they are the wrestling equivalent of a grandfather telling the same story nobody wants to hear for the millionth time. Scheming Behemoth says EEW is the underground revolution in Europe and tonight will show just why.</p><p>

Fans are completely oblivious as to who the newcomer is, which adds to the awkwardness of her looking like a fish out of water. When Tomoko's music hits, the crowd breaks into a "Tomoko's gonna kill you" chant, adding to the already menacing atmosphere. The bald Japanese worker looks calm as always, confident in her ability to control the match and does just that, countering every move Runcord throws at her to a standoff. The American tries again to bring the offense and this time Tomoko gets serious, wrestling her to the mat as she gracefully transitions from one painful hold to the other. There's a comedy moment when the referee points out to Tomoko that internal bleeding doesn't count, her cue to go outside the ring and bring a hammer wrapped in barbed wire, which she adds to her submission style for extra pain, grinding Eve Runcord's skin till it bleeds. Exhausted and horrified by her bleeding, the newcomer is unable to do anything but scream as she stares at her bloody hands before Tomoko locks up the Crossface Chickenwing to force a submission.</p><p>

<strong>Winner: Tomoko</strong>, by submission in 10:28</p><p>

<strong>Grade: </strong><strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">D-</span></strong> 39</p><p>

<strong>Comments:</strong> <em>Another new face, clearly something's been going on between us and QAW. Eve was the cheapest talent I could get, my best alternative to hiring Monster Ishimura for another night and she put up a much better match, even if Jeri Behr had to comment that she's clumsy and will end up hurting someone. Tomoko on the other hand seems to be finding her footing as the no-nonesense wrestling machine, her Performance skills were significantly better this month and she managed to get the fans more engaged with the story being told in the ring.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Aud D'Hoffryn and Machiko Matsuda start the match, with Aud's hard hitting style giving her a clear advantage over her high flying opponent. Unable to pick up the pace, Matsuda tags her partner in. Meanwhile, Jeri Behr has been busy digging up weapons from under the apron and sliding them into the ring, so when MAYA enters, Aud is already holding a hammer. She swings and misses, providing MAYA an opening to dive for a hold and get behind her. Aud fights out of the hold with stiff elbow shots to her opponent's jaw, then whacks MAYA with the hammer. Realizing her technical prowess won't save her, MAYA tags a reluctant Matsuda back in. Jeri Behr asks for a tag and gets it, meaning the two high flyers are in the ring. They hit the ropes and leapfrog over each other a few times, then Behr puts the breaks with a dropkick. Steel chair in hand, Jeri Behr hits her opponent twice before MAYA rushes in to break the pin. Aud D'Hoffryn rushes in and brawls MAYA to the outside, where Behr quickly joins them with a Moonsault over the top rope that catches both women. Matsuda climbs to the top turnbuckle and hits everyone at ringside with a crossbody and from there on, it's a free for all brawl outside the ring. Blood flows, barriers are bent and even the ring announcer's microphone is used as a club. Just before a very slow ten count reaches its end, Aud hastily rolls MAYA into the ring and pins her for the victory.</p><p>

<strong>Winners: The Valkyries</strong>, by pinfall in 14:53</p><p>

<strong>Grade: </strong><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">E+</span></strong> 33</p><p>

<strong>Comments:</strong> <em>Worst match of the night, apparently there's hardcore fans that can have too many violent spots thrown in a single bout. Maybe they were being smarky and thought I was trying to hide someone's incompetence and they wouldn't be that wrong, given how Jeri Behr blew all of her spots besides that Moonsault to the outside. I scolded her for it once the show was over but she didn't really seem to mind, having picked up a significant victory over a team that outperformed both her and her partner.</em></p><p> </p><p>

A video of Shiori is played on screen. She is dressed in a skin tight bodysuit as she goes around an industrial background, complete with sparks and chickenwire like some early MTV videoclip. The montage shows Shiori in an equal mix of sexy and badass as she poses with swords, guns and even suggestively almost licks some barb wire.</p><p>

Karen Bilous vs Thea Davis</strong></p><p><strong>

<a href="</strong><a href="http://photobucket.com/" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://photobucket.com/"</strong></a><strong> target="_blank"><img src="</strong><a href="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Karen%20Bilous.jpg" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Karen%20Bilous.jpg"</strong></a><strong> border="0" alt=" photo Karen Bilous.jpg"/></a> </strong><strong><span style="font-size:36px;">vs</span></strong><strong> <a href="</strong><a href="http://photobucket.com/" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://photobucket.com/"</strong></a><strong> target="_blank"><img src="</strong><a href="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Thea%20Davis.jpg" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Thea%20Davis.jpg"</strong></a><strong> border="0" alt=" photo Thea Davis.jpg"/></a></strong></p></div><p></p><p>

There's already a lot of history between the two women, as they are the top two contenders for the EEW World Title of Zofia Jankovic. The match starts with a very slow pace as the wrestlers circle the ring and size each other up. When they finally lock up, it's unclear who has the upper hand as every move one makes, the other counters. Karen is the first to change the game, hitting Thea with a knee to the gut while they're grappling. Bilous presses her advantage and brawls her opponent to the ring, but Thea is no pushover and uses her size to power out of a tough spot. As momentum shifts back and forth, it is clear that Bilous relies on punches, kicks and knees while Davis prefers to go for power moves, especially variations of the powerbomb and chokeslam, which make good use of her height. With both of them bleeding by now, every time it's the same story: one gets a slight advantage, chains a few good moves together but only gets a two count, then the other wrestler tries to outdo her in a similar sequence that ends with a two count. This slowly builds up to the two women trying to hit their finishers to no avail. Karen Bilous finally seems to figure out the way, leaning backwards so she can get her opponent into the Butterfly Lift-Lock. Thea Davis tries to hold on and lean back to throw Bilous off her center, but the veteran has the footwork to maintain the hold despite those efforts, ultimately forcing her opponent to tap out.</p><p>

<strong>Winner: Karen Bilous</strong> by submission in 21:19</p><p>

<strong>Grade: </strong><strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">D+</span></strong> 53</p><p>

<strong>Comments:</strong> <em>I can't really decide if this or the main event was match of the night. I had Thea Davis protected in her loss and despite limitations, the chemistry between these two took the match to another level. It's obvious there's a feud waiting to be worked here, my only question is do I have them fighting over the #1 contendership or do I take the title off Zofia and add it to this mix?</em></p><p> </p><p>

Higa vs Zofia Jankovic ©</strong></p><p><strong>

<a href="</strong><a href="http://photobucket.com/" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://photobucket.com/"</strong></a><strong> target="_blank"><img src="</strong><a href="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Fuyuko%20Higa.jpg" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Fuyuko%20Higa.jpg"</strong></a><strong> border="0" alt=" photo Fuyuko Higa.jpg"/></a> </strong><strong><span style="font-size:36px;">vs</span></strong><strong> <a href="</strong><a href="http://photobucket.com/" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://photobucket.com/"</strong></a><strong> target="_blank"><img src="</strong><a href="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Zofia%20Jankovic.jpg" rel="external nofollow"><strong>http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Zofia%20Jankovic.jpg"</strong></a><strong> border="0" alt=" photo Zofia Jankovic.jpg"/></a></strong></p><p><strong>

</strong></p></div><p></p><p>Like the match before, this one starts with both competitors circling the ring and sizing each other up, waiting for an opening to strike. Zofia's strength lies in brawling and while Higa isn't exactly the barroom brawler type, she is able to stand toe to toe with the champion and fight back with some teeth shattering puroresu strikes. With Zofia swinging off target more than once, Higa is able to grab her arm and apply a basic armlock, which quickly evolves into more painful submissions focused on the champion's arm. Higa takes the match to the mat and works Zofia's arm, taking out much of her offense in the process. While she's not bad on the technical side of things, Zofia is no match for Higa so she forces a rope break instead. Jankovic rolls outside for a break, but Higa is in pursuit and crashes onto her with a missile dropkick. Crawling on the floor, Zofia grabs a steel chair from under the apron and when Higa closes in, slides it out to slam her in the head. Comfortable with weapons, Zofia regains control of the match and slugs Higa with everything she can get her hands on, making her bleed as much as she can. Rolling her back into the ring, the referee counts to eight before Higa somehow gets back on her feet. Jankovic has a cheese grater in her hand and goes to add a few more cuts on Higa, but the Japanese is able to grab her wrist and twist it in a painful fashion that forces her to let go of the weapon. With her opponent's wrist in one arm and the grater in the other, Higa sadistically cuts Zofia's arm, then wrings her head into a vice like grip that allows her to get closer and use the grater on Zofia's face. Possibly inspired by Shiori's previous video, Higa tries to mimick her in licking the blood off the grater. While she's busy with that, she never notices Zofia coming off the ropes and the champion is able to hit the K.O. Head Kick with enough momentum to send the weapon straight into Higa's face and knock her down for the ten count.</p><p>

<strong>Winner: Zofia Jankovic</strong> in 20:53</p><p>

<strong>Grade: </strong><strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">D+</span></strong> 53</p><p>

<strong>Comments:</strong> <em>When it comes to slowly building a match to a big finish, Higa is a true artist. I let her know too, praising her for a great performance even if it'll probably boost her ego and cause more trouble backstage. Zofia on the other hand was really off her game and was criticized for it. I can't have the champion put up performances like that so she better shape up or say goodbye to that big shiny belt.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Eastern European Alliance and Queens of American Wrestling ended rumors last night by announcing the formation of Girl Power Alliance, an arrangement meant to promote growth, cooperation and talent development between all-female wrestling promotions. Not a lot of detail has been disclosed so far, but EEW officials have confirmed that Talent Trades and Alliance Loans will take place when they announced that QAW stars Alexis Lee Littlefeather and the young tag team of Ava Anderson and Lily Snyder will make an appearance in the promotion's next show titled "Festival of Violence".

Where is Shiori?

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Shiori%20Jippensha.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Shiori Jippensha.jpg"/></a>

Shiori's video shown during EEW's Back from the Dead event has been a smash hit on the Internet, but the fact of the matter remains that the talented superstar from Japan did not have match during the show and is not in the card for the upcoming Festival of Violence either. Neither her nor EEW officials were available to comment, but there is a lot of speculation regarding her continued absence from the ring.

Show Stealers

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Karen%20Bilous.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Karen Bilous.jpg"/></a> <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Fuyuko%20Higa.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Fuyuko Higa.jpg"/></a>

They may not be in the main event, but there is a general consensus that the Last Blood match between Karen Bilous and Higa will be more than just exciting, it might end up as match of the night. The two women are skilled and popular already, but the timing of it all makes the outcome of this bout crucial. Bilous has been on shaky ground, losing as many matches as she's won, which wouldn't be that bad if her losses hadn't come when the EEW World title was on the line. The Ukrainian superstar looks to make a statement, a big win against rising star Higa that would put her in the title picture as the clear number one contender. Her opponent on the other hand has been steadily climbing the ranks but also couldn't get the job done when she faced reigning champion Zofia Jankovic. One woman's death is the other one's life and neither is willing to give. It's all down to who can bleed the other dry down to her last blood!

<em>Not sure what plans you have for Alexis - when QAW was a small company, Alexis was good enough to occasionally be in picture for the secondary titles, but more often than not helping put other stars over. I *think* that's what she's here to do as well, so let's go with MAYA. </em></p><p><em>

EEW Presents:

Festival of Violence 2016

Held in Groznyui Hall, Chechen Republic, Russia

Fans in attendance: 9

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Scheming%20Behemoth_alt.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Scheming Behemoth_alt.jpg"/></a>

</center>

Scheming Behemoth comes out to a small but rowdy crowd, microphone in hand. After hyping up the matches scheduled for the night, he drops the bomb by announcing that Eastern European Wrestling will be touring the region in what he has dubbed the "Stay Hungry Tour" with shows on Mondays and Thursdays.

Grade: D- 40

Thumbtacks match

Alexis Ramos vs MAYA

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/QAW/Alexis%20Lee%20Littlefeather_alt4.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Alexis Lee Littlefeather_alt4.jpg"/></a> vs <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/MAYA.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo MAYA.jpg"/></a>

Instead of being announced as Alexis Lee Littlefeather and coming out in a stereotypical Native American outfit, the guest is announced under her real name of Alexis Ramos and her ring gear involves cut-off jean shorts and a ripped t-shirt of Testament, while she also uses their song "

" as her intro music. The match is outright booked as a crowd warmer, with Ramos using her entertainment skills to sell the hits on the thumbtacks while MAYA plays the role of a rough one woman welcoming committee. Though one sided, the fight is pretty entertaining, playing to the crowd's desire of seeing the gimmicky ex-showgirl get roughed up by a resident member of the roster all the way to the final pinfall.

Winner: MAYA, by pinfall in 15:17

Grade: D- 37

Comments: As desired, the match got the crowd hotter for what was to come next. Ramos is pretty good compared to the rest of the roster and could be considered for more appearances in the future, her alternative realistic version was a hit with the fans and could be established in the long run, once they've grown tired of seeing her get beat.

No blood, no pin match

The Valkyries vs Ava Anderson and Lily Snyder

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Jeri%20Behr.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Jeri Behr.jpg"/></a><a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Aud%20DHoffryn.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Aud DHoffryn.jpg"/></a> vs <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/QAW/Ava%20Anderson.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Ava Anderson.jpg"/></a><a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/QAW/Lily%20Snyder.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Lily Snyder.jpg"/></a>

Another EEW vs QAW talent match, Anderson and Snyder are in control for most of it, their teamwork and tag experience proving to be too much for The Valkyries to handle. The duo isolates Jeri Behr and take turns working on her, keeping her grounded in order to neutralize her acrobatic offense. Used to a different sort of audience, the guests try to get some heel heat but the fans applaud violence regardless of who's bringing it so they end up getting cheers. Somewhat dumbfounded, Anderson and Snyder bother too much with the crowd, which allows Jeri Behr to escape their attention. Aud D'Hoffryn gets the hot tag and storms into the ring, clearing house before she ejects Snyder and bloodies Anderson to near unconsciousness before scoring the pin.

Winners: The Valkyries, by pinfall in 15:29

Grade: D- 38

Comments: The chemistry between Anderson and Snyder was a welcome surprise and it outweighed their gimmick issues. There's other girls on the roster portraying similar characters much better and Lily specifically is ill suited to her gimmick. I was also happily surprised by Aud, who showed improvement in her overall Performance skills.

No Blood, No Pin match

Machiko Matsuda vs Thea Davis

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Machiko%20Matsuda.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Machiko Matsuda.jpg"/></a> vs <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Thea%20Davis.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Thea Davis.jpg"/></a>

Matsuda's speed allows her to get the jump on her opponent and she keeps on coming from multiple angles at the start of the match. Her quick pace empties the tank fast and once Thea Davis catches her with a lariat, momentum shifts. From that point on the match is all Thea, with Matsuda occasionally trying to build up steam only to be floored after a couple of moves by her large opponent. Showing she can fly as well, Thea Davis goes to the top turnbuckle and delivers the Flying Elbow Drop, before pinning Matsuda for the three count.

Winner: Thea Davis, by pinfall in 14:47

Grade: D 46

Comments: This one came out surprisingly good considering the style and size mismatch. Matsuda has been working on her performance skills and it s showed in the match, especially when it came to selling Thea's big moves.

Last Blood match

Higa vs Karen Bilous

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Fuyuko%20Higa.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Fuyuko Higa.jpg"/></a> vs <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Karen%20Bilous.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Karen Bilous.jpg"/></a>

Both women seem to be starving for a victory on each other and it looks like they are willing to go the extra mile to get it. From extremely stiff shots to weapon use and bone crushing submission locks, this match is all over the place, but in a good way. Making the most out of both competitors, they work a fast pace and hit the biggest moves in their arsenal, all while bleeding heavily. There's barely a white spot on the mat by the time Higa hits her finisher, leaving Bilous laid out for the ten count.

Winner: Higa, in 14:42

Grade: D+ 52

Comments: This match was supposed to be a total car crash and both ladies delivered big time. Having a victory over Bilous should help Higa establish herself with the fans, which sorts the popularity issue. Dealing with her cancerous backstage character will require more time and more fines, such as the one she got this month for damaging Ava Anderson's rental car and refusing to pay for it.

No Blood, No Pin match

for the EEW World title

Tomoko vs Zofia Jankovic ©

<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Tomoko%20Nagatsuka.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Tomoko Nagatsuka.jpg"/></a> vs <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z115/Scavenger68/TEW/EEW/Zofia%20Jankovic.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Zofia Jankovic.jpg"/></a>

After a string of successful title defenses, Zofia gets a little cocky while in the ring with Tomoko, who she clearly considers an inferior opponent. Calm and collected as always, the Japanese submission machine is unaffected and wrestles her technical style to perfection, putting the champion in a variety of painful holds but never getting the tap out. The shock forces Zofia to switch into game mode and her all-business martial artist style. The initial blows do not seem to hurt Tomoko, who is well versed in the stiff art of puroresu. It is only after Zofia tries a more unconventional brawling style, one much closer to chaotic streetfighting, that she's able to throw Tomoko off her game. Pressing her advantage, Jankovic takes a shortcut or two in working on her opponent, including the occasional illegal choke or eye poke. Sensing victory close at hand, the champion goes fully animalistic, raking Tomoko's face with her claws and biting to draw blood. A stunned Tomoko tries to get the blood off her eyes and Zofia sees her chance to connect with a K.O. Head Kick and pin her opponent to win and retain.

Winner: Zofia Jankovic, by pinfall in 15:30

Grade: C- 55

Comments: Like many others, both women have shown a serious improvement to their Performance game. This is the first ever EEW match to get a grade in the C range and considering it didn't even involve our biggest stars, I'm very confident in what we can do despite our current small size.

Show grade D+ 52

<span style="font-family:'Courier New';">EEW head booker Scheming Behemoth has been vocal in his opinion about European wrestling beasts EWA and UEW, but so far VWA has escaped his criticism. The recent announcement of UEW management about going "head to head" with VWA certainly added fuel to the fire of the promotional war in the continent, though it is still unclear where EEW stands on the issue, if they are involved at all.</span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Disaster struck Japan this month as the country's economy and infrastructure was levelled by a tsunami. As the rescuing turns to rebuilding, we can't help but wonder how that will affect the local wrestling scene, especially the joshi promotions such as 5SSW, hosts to several top tier talent that has also made appearances in EEW, such as Higa,</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">

<span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Alliances work both ways and after some heavy one-sided borrowing, it was QAW's turn to have EEW and 5SSW megastar Higa appear for them as part of the Girl Power Alliance talent trade deal. Higa teamed up with local sweetheart Houston Handley and despite suffering a loss to the team of Eve Runcord and Teresa Perez, she stole the show as fans and critics agreed that she put up the best performance of the night.</span></p>
