Rare Kuma
http://i.imgur.com/FBs9kPF.jpg http://i.imgur.com/5YiZcCK.jpg December 24th, 2015. The Apache Chief, also known as Jim Little Bear, was in his office. He had just planned out the next few months of AWF storylines with Pasqual Grenier, when he received a phone call that his secretary told him was 'urgent'. “Hello? Yes, Jim Little Bear here... pardon me? No, the Awesome Wrestling Federation isn't for sale. I bought it in October... I have the contract signed by Ezekiel Trillion himself. He's in federal prison now, anyway, so you can't talk to him about it. Look, I'm sorry, I already turned down Shane Allman, Derrick Moore, I even turned down Chaperone! what makes you think I'll sell to you?” Apache Chief nodded, again and again. Then he heard some words that made him reconsider. “Wait... you're willing to offer that much? Are you serious?” “Yes. I'm even willing to share ownership of the company if that's what you want.” Apache Chief took a few seconds, his head whirling with thoughts, but then he nodded. “We'll discuss this in a few days. Merry Christmas.” January 1st, 2016. The wrestling world was shocked when the news broke. The Apache Chief had sold off the AWF to another buyer, under the belief that it would be under more stable ground. Who was the new owner of the AWF? None other then the son of Turner Paige himself.... http://i.imgur.com/Fh2k6DO.jpg (OOC: I've decided to try getting into the diary game again and seeing if I can do a consistent ThunderVerse diary: I'm going to book a month in advance at least, so some things will be set in stone while others can be influenced. )

While the last AWF show of 2015 had El Angel win a tournament for the belt, Paige believes that the belt is a distraction. Nothing is confirmed yet, but there are some feelings that Angel might receive a push for the United States title instead once the Rollins/South feud is over.

* Seven Brandt, Layla Fyre, Nathan Jordan and Mike Frobel have all been contacted regarding possible contracts. All four will be put straight to the main roster. Brandt could be a big star for the company if they know how to use him, although right now the plan is to put him with Cross. While Fyre is a good signing for the Starlets division and her work in AMAZON has been outstanding, Jordan still needs to work on his promos and has his size working against him, especially with how well he's been doing in Japan, and Frobel, while he could get a push on size alone, probably doesn't have the charisma to stand out and may be reluctant to leave Russia.

* There have been talks about promoting several FAW talents to the main roster, as Paige is looking to build some new stars. Wide shots of the crowd cheering follow, as Thomas Aria and Mr Wright introduce us to the show.

Thomas Aria: “We are here in the Union Centre with thousands of excited fans, ready for AWF action! In tonight's episode, we've got three championship matches, including the main event, where Silva Dolla puts his AWF World Championship against the line against Patriot! I'm your host, Thomas Aria, and this is my partner, Mr Wright!”

Mr Wright: “That's right Tommy, my boy Dolla's gonna whoop that punk's ass, he's been unstoppable lately! Dolla Club, fo' life!”

Thomas Aria: “I disagree with that, they're low lives who spread fear and violence across the AWF! Me and the AWF fans are sick of their tactics and-”

Suddenly, the dark urban beats that announce Silva Dolla's theme start playing. The audience reacts in a mixture of boos and cheers, and the camera had to cut away quickly from a group of cheering fans. The AWF champion walks out with swagger, holding the title belt over his shoulder. His trademark cap reads 'Dolla Club 4 Life', and accompanying him is Tyrannus, glaring at the audience. Tyrannus simply stomps on Dolla's left.

Thomas Aria: “This man has all the talent in the world, but he threw it away to become what he is today. He may be our champion, but he is not what a champion should be.”

Mr Wright: “What're you talking about? Ever since he stopped trying to be a boy scout, he's been on the top of the mountain! He's an incredible athlete!”

The three get in the ring, Tyrannus glaring at the audience while Fury hands a mic to Silva Dolla, who holds his hand up in a silencing gesture. The audience only gets louder, and Dolla shakes his head before he speaks anyway.

Dolla: “Shut the hell up now, and listen to what I've gotta say!”

He doesn't give the audience time to react before he goes on.

Dolla: “Now, y'all saw what I did to Timmy Hawk three nights ago. I proved he wasn't ready to get a title shot, when he fell for the simplest trick in the book! Tyrannus threw him through the stage in front of all the rednecks in the Space Centre, and sent him to the hospital! What this means, is that because he was too stupid to see the signs, me and my boys at the Dolla Club made sure he had to spend New Years in a hospital bed, screaming in pain!”

Footage of Tyrannus' vicious attack on Hawk plays, including slow-motion shots of Tyrannus powerslamming Hawk through the LCDs.

Aria: “Sickening.”

Mr Wright: “You don't mess with the Dolla Club.”

Dolla: “Now with Tim out of the way, the powers that be made me defend my title tonight, because apparently it was that, or get suspended and be stripped of my title! It's been known throughout the years that the AWF's got a bone to pick with me, because it took me eight years to even get close to the World title, and now that I've got it not once, but twice, they're desperate for a 'proper' champion, someone who smiles, shakes hands, kisses babies, and I tell you, he ain't just kissing babies!”

Before Dolla can rant on however, the music of Timothy Hawk comes on. The audience gets very loud, while women and children are loudly cheering, the men in the crowd are more mixed. Hawk walks out, arm in a cast, mic in hand.

Hawk: “Dolla, I'm going to make this short, but sweet. The reason you attacked me was because you know you can't beat me! Every time we've met in the ring, you've never been able to beat me man-to-man, one-on-one. In 2014, there was the guys from PWSUX, and last year, it was the Dolla Club!”

Dolla: “Oh, so you're gonna say that this match didn't count, because you were stupid enough to get clocked by Ieshia or that Garrett South didn't deserve the belt because he was smart enough, as smart as a redneck from Kansas can be anyway, because he had the foresight to use the belt on you? I know your game, Hawk!”

Hawk pauses, but he smirks.

Hawk: “Yeah, let me tell you something! While I'm not cleared to wrestle for the next few weeks, I've been told by a certain someone that on New Year, No Limits, I will be up against Tyrannus in my return match!”

Aria: “What an announcement!”

Tyrannus cracks his knuckles, and Hawk glares at Dolla and Tyrannus. He walks towards the ring when suddenly, Mo Fury sails over the guard rail, battering Hawk with lefts and rights! Dolla and Tyrannus join in, and the two take a few minutes to beat down Hawk to a mixture of cheers and boos. Hawk is left on the outside of the ring, beaten, as Dolla Club walk to the back.

Aria: “What a horrible way to open the show!
