MachoManOrton Posted May 27, 2017 Share Posted May 27, 2017 When you have a young prospect with green level skills in one top row, do you obsessively try to train the others to at least average, or accept them as they are even with holes in their game? With a Sports Entertainment company, I worry about top row skills much less than other skills. A more performance based company and I will worry more. </p><p> </p><p> It depends on the worker, their role, and what kind of future I foresee for them.
