Jim Ross, Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler welcome everyone to SummerSlam! They hype the fact we will see Owen Hart taking on The Undertaker, Yokozuna will return into in-ring action against Bret Hart and the British Bulldog, Shawn Michaels will defend his title against the winner of the 2995 SummerSlam Cup Battle Royal and the 1995 King of the Ring winner, Sione will challenge Mr. Perfect for the World Heavyweight Championship here tonight! Syxx © w/ Brian Lawler defeated David Kash w/ Chavo Guerrero Jr., Corazon de Leon and Rey Misterio Jr. w/ Billy Kidman in a Fatal Four Way match in 12:36 when Syxx defeated Corazon de Leon by pinfall with a Moonsault. Syxx makes defence number 2 of his WWF Cruiserweight Championship title. (C-)

Sean Mooney interviews Tatanka and the Youngbloods other known as the Native America about their match against Crush and thd the Smoking Gunns tonight. They promise a win tonight against them. (D+)

Crush and The Smoking Gunns (Bart & Billy Gunn) w/ Tamara defeated Native America (Tatanka, Chris Youngblood and Mark Youngblood) in 12:47 when Billy Gunn defeated Mark Youngblood by pinfall with a Gunn Slinger.(C+)

Sean Mooney interviews the Intercontinental Champion, Shawn Michaels with Triple H and Norton at his side tonight. HBK says that HHH and Norton will make sure he doesn't have to defend his title tonight against just another random person. HBK says he wants to compete with other wrestlers that are on his level. (C+)

Vader won a battle royal in 19:53. The other members of the 'final four' were Norton, Jim Neidhart and Faarooq Asad, with Norton being the final elimination. Mabel got the most eliminations over the course of the match. Vader wins the WWF SummerSlam Cup title and to earn a shot at Shawn Michaels later tonight. (B-)

Vader announces he's back with the WWF and he's coming for Shawn Michaels and the Intercontinental Championship tonight! (B)

Sean Mooney interviews Jeff Jarrett, Jarrett says tonight he's going to end the undefeated streak of Ken Shamrock and take his spotlight back. Jarrett is the next big thing around here not Shamrock! (C+)

Sean Mooney interviews Paul Ellering and the Legions of Doom about their match tonight. Ellering says that Hawk and Animal are ready to become four time World Tag Team Champions and to make sure the Steiner Brothers don't wrestle in the WWF again. (B-)

Ted DiBiase and the Million Dollar Corporation come out and say that Rick Rude doesn't have a team tonight and they should be awarded the match. Rick Rude comes out saying that he has a team and its team that will make sure the Million Dollar Corporation becomes the Hundred Dollar Corporation. Rude introduces NJPW legends, Jushin the Thunder Liger and Mitsuharu Misawa. (C+)

Jushin Thunder Liger & Mitsuharu Misawa w/ Rick Rude defeated Million Dollar Corporation (Irwin R. Schyster & Bam Bam Bigelow) w/ Ted DiBiase in 13:19 when Mitsuharu Misawa defeated Irwin R. Schyster by pinfall with a Tiger Driver. (B-)

Sean Mooney interviews Bret Hart, he says that Yokozuna has been a thorn in his side since he started wrestling. Tonight, he ends it once and for all. (B-)

Yokozuna w/ Mr. Fuji defeated The British Bulldog and Bret Hart in a Triple Threat match in 13:39 when Yokozuna defeated The British Bulldog by pinfall with a Bonzai Drop. (B)

Sean Mooney is backstage with the Two Cool Dudes, Razor Ramon and Diesel. They talk about how the Natural Disasters kept attacking them every week but tonight the Bad Guy and Big Daddy Cool came to fight. It's time to beat the respect into the overweight slobs. (C+)

Two Cool Dudes (Razor Ramon & Diesel) defeated The Natural Disasters (Typhoon & Earthquake) in 12:33 when Diesel defeated Earthquake by pinfall with a Jacknife Power Bomb. (B-)

Sean Mooney interviews the Steiner Brothers tonight, Scott says they are gonna retire the Funk Brothers and beat the hell out of the Legions of Doom. They want their World Tag Team titles back tonight! (C+)

Jerry Lawler announces its time for the King's Court, he talks about his guest tonight and brings out the returning Sycho Sid. Sid comes down to the ring and Lawler backs away from him a little bit before asking him where Sid was. Sid said he stepped away because he knew he had some problems with voices telling him what to do but he knew he had to come back and make sure all is right in the WWF. Lawler asks what his plans are now that he's returned. Sid says its to win the World Heavyweight Championship of course and that he's going to dominate all that gets in his way and it starts tomorrow night on RAW. Sid says that this show is over because he's waste enough time answering questions that are meaningless and that everyone knows that answers too. Lawler looked confused as Sid walked away. (A)

Sean Mooney interviews the World Tag Team Champions, The Funk Brothers. Terry says they didn't come to lose the titles tonight and they came for a fight. They didn't win the titles and the WWF tag team classic to fail. Tonight they are gonna beat the hell out of the Legions of Doom and the Steiner Brothers. (B-)

The Funk Brothers (Terry & Dory Funk Jr.) © defeated Legion of Doom (Hawk & Animal) w/ Paul Ellering and The Steiner Brothers (Rick & Scott Steiner) in 13:31 when Terry Funk defeated Hawk by submission with a Spinning Toe Hold. The Funk Brothers make defence number 1 of their WWF World Tag Team Championship titles. (B)

Sean Mooney interviews Lou Albano and King Sione backstage. Albano says he is the best at what he does and it shows, tonight not only will Sione remain the king of the WWF but he will be the World Heavyweight Champion as well. Albano leads kings and champions. (C+)

Shawn Michaels defeated Vader in 14:13 by pinfall with a Sweet Chin Music following interference from Norton after HHH distracted the referee. Shawn Michaels makes defence number 5 of his WWF Intercontinental Championship title. (B)

Sean Mooney interviews Owen Hart. Owen says he's going to show everyone he's not scared of the Undertaker and that he's hear to beat him tonight. Owen says after he's done with the Undertaker he's going back after the World Heavyweight Championship. (B-)

Owen Hart defeated The Undertaker w/ Paul Bearer in 17:42 by submission with a Sharpshooter. (A)

Sean Mooney interviews the World Heavyweight Champion, Mr. Perfect about his match with King Sione. Rick Rude shows up and wishes Perfect the best of luck in his match. Perfect says he don't need luck and that this match will go down just PERFECT with him retaining the title tonight. (B)

Main Event

Mr. Perfect © defeated King Sione w/ Lou Albano in 21:40 by pinfall after Sione missed the Kick of Fear and turned into the Perfect-Plex. Mr. Perfect makes defence number 5 of his WWF World Heavyweight Championship title. (B-)

Jim Ross and Vince McMahon welcome everyone to RAW! Mr. Perfect makes his way out and comes down to the ring. He celebrates beating King Sione last night. Perfect gets a microphone and says that he did what everyone didn't think he could do and that was beat the monster and the king in Sione. Lou Albano and King Sione came out from the back and down to the ring cutting Mr. Perfect off. Albano says that the King wants a rematch at the title tonight and that he'll get it one way or another so Perfect should just do it the easy way and accept the challenge. Mr. Perfect smiles and laughs before accepting the challenge for tonight. King Sione went for the Kick of Fear but Perfect ducked under it and rolled to the outside pointing to his brain. Sione was already angry. (B-)

Nation of Domination (Ahmed Johnson, D-Lo Brown and Kama Mustafa) w/ Faarooq Asad & Clarence Mason defeated Jim Duggan, Barry Windham and Justin Bradshaw in 7:48 when Ahmed Johnson defeated Barry Windham by pinfall with a Pearl River Plunge after a distraction from Faarooq Asad. ©

the Nation of Domination and Clarence Mason stand in the ring. Mason has an envelope in his hands and calls out Tim Talon to the ring. Talon comes out and down into the ring as Faarooq looked pissed at him. Mason says in this envelope you will find the court papers and that Mr. Talon has been served by the Nation of Domination! NOD laughed in the ring, as they got out and left with Mason. Talon just shakes his head. ©

Sean Mooney interviews Vader and asks him how if feels to be back in the WWF. Vader says it feels great but last night just made him angry. He had HBK right where he wanted him and was about to take the title until Triple H and Norton got involved. HBK and HHH showed up and Vader stepped into them but HBK told him to back off. Vader asks where Norton is and HBK says he wasn't here tonight because HBK gave him the night off for being a great bodyguard. Vader looked at HBK and said then he'll just beat the hell out of HHH instead. Vader walked off. I guess we have a match! (B)

Vader defeated Hunter Hearst Helmsley w/ Shawn Michaels in 7:59 by pinfall. (B-)

After the commercial we see Jeff Jarrett in the ring, he says that last night was a fluke loss against Ken Shamrock and he wants a rematch soon. He's gonna show everyone what he's really made of tonight! (B-)

Jeff Jarrett defeated Local Talent: Scotty Zappa in 2:52 by pinfall with a Flying Dropkick. (C-)

Sean Mooney interviews Mr. Fuji and Yokozuna backstage about winning at SummerSlam. Mr. Fuji says that Yokozuna is back to claim his spot at the top of the mountain again and that hes the real monster. The British Bulldog is gonna feel it again tonight. (C+)

Yokozuna w/ Mr. Fuji defeated The British Bulldog in 8:28 by pinfall with a Bonzai Drop. (B-)

The Steiner Brother, Rick and Scott make their way down to the ring. They both get microphones and Scott talks about how the Legions of Doom stopped their plans on becoming World Tag Team Champions again and they are getting sick of it. The LOD need to leave the WWF and let the real tag teams go at it. Rick tells Scott that the LOD are just scared that they know the Steiner Brothers are the best tag team in the WWF today. This brought Paul Ellering and the Legions of Doom down to the ring. Ellering says that Hawk and Animal have a problem with that statement that Rick just said and that they are the best tag team in the WORLD today and they are here to prove it. LOD attack the Steiner Brothers. Sending Rick to the outside and the LOD hooked up Scott for the Doomsday Device but Rick pushes Hawk off the top rope making him land throat first on the guard railing and Scott slipped off the shoulders behind Animal, Animal turned around into a huge belly to belly suplex that sent him to the outside. The Steiner Brothers laughed as Ellering checked on Hawk on the outside. (B-)

Sean Mooney interviews the Cruiserweight Champion, Syxx with Brian Lawler backstage. Syxx talks about retaining the title last night all by himself and that people doubt him. Syxx says he is the best champion of all time. Corazon de Leon comes up and challenges Syxx to a title match next week. Syxx says as long as Leon puts his mask on the line in the match. Leon says no and Syxx says no title match. Leon finally agrees to the match for RAW next week. (C-)

Two Cool Dudes (Razor Ramon & Diesel) defeated The Knight Brothers (Dennis & Marcus Knight) in 7:55 when Razor Ramon defeated Marcus Knight by pinfall with a Razor's Edge. (B-)

Two Cool Dudes celebrate after the match, Razor Ramon gets a microphone and says that the Bad Guy and Big Daddy Cool have proved every week they should be World Tag Team Champions. Razor challenges the Funk Brothers to put the titles on the line. Terry and Dory Funk Jr. come out from the back and down to the ring. Terry says that they will agree that the Two Cool Dudes have proved themselves but Terry doesn't think they can hang with the two boys from Texas that will give them stitches from being too hardcore. Razor and Diesel laughed. Diesel pulled the microphone from Razor and says that they aren't scared and want a title shot. Terry says if Tim Talon agrees to the match, they can have a title shot against them. All four men got face to face. (B-)

Sycho Sid defeated Jim Neidhart in 7:59 by pinfall with a Chokeslam. (B-)

Sean Mooney is in the back with Paul Bearer and the Undertaker. Bearer says that Owen Hart picked up a cheap victory and caught the deadman off guard. Undertaker wants a rematch next week on RAW! (B)

Main Event

Mr. Perfect © defeated King Sione w/ Lou Albano in 14:37 by pinfall with a Perfect-Plex. Mr. Perfect makes defence number 6 of his WWF World Heavyweight Championship title. (B)

The Heavenly Bodies (Jimmy Del Ray & Tom Prichard) w/ Stan Lane defeated Aldo Montoya & Mike Maraldo in 6:30 when Jimmy Del Ray defeated Aldo Montoya by pinfall with a Moonsault Bodyblock. (C-)

Stan Lane says that the Heavenly Bodies won't be forgotten, they will rise back to the top and win the World Tag Team Championships. (D+)

Brian Lawler defeated Billy Kidman in 6:21 by pinfall with a Top Rope Legdrop. (D+)

Brian Lawler keeps beating on Kidman after the match is done, Rey Misterio Jr. runs down and runs Lawler off. Rey checks on Kidman with Lawler grinning ear to ear. (D)

Mabel defeated Doink The Clown in 5:55 by pinfall with a Big Splash. (D+)

Pierre comes down to the ring, says tonight he makes his mark and defeats the undefeated, Ken Shamrock! (C-)

Jim Duggan has test positive for steroids at RAW. Talon have him a Stern Warning. As it is part of the three strike rule. On the fourth you will either be fired or have a choice to go to rehab.

Speaking of rehab, Marty Jannetty is slated to return to the ring very soon, as he was just released for a six month stunt in rehab which he went by his choice.

Samu has re-signed a contract with the WWF.

Stevie Ray and The Gambler have re-signed a contract with the WCW.

Keiji Mutoh (The Great Muta) and Akira Taue are both in bidding wars between NJPW and AJPW. As Mutoh is with NJPW and Taue is with AJPW. We will keep you posted if either or jump ship or they stay with their respectful companies.

WWF has decided to send Bob Holly down to WCPW and will start with them at the top of the month.

WCPW held their big show for the month on the saturday before SummerSlam it was called The Enemy Within. Results were:

Christian defeated Christopher Walker to retain the WCPW Middleweight Championship.

Susan Green defeated Malia Hosaka by DQ

Terri Powers defeated Amy Lee

Ice Train defeated Fatu and Matt Hardy in a Triple Threat

Mike Antony defeated Ludvig Borga for the WCPW League Championship
