DCEnygma
I've been playing my 21CW game for about 3 years in game at this point. I have two A shows (Best of British Wrestling and Confrontation) and a B show (Showcase). I haven't gained any prestige in any of the shows since the start of the game. Showcase I can understand, since I primarily use it as one would for a B show. However, the fact that neither of the A shows have seen any increase (meaning that Confrontation has been at 0 prestige for over 2 years) makes no sense to me at all. Each show has averaged around an 87 rating over the last year, including a 5-week streak of 90+ shows for Confrontation. Is that really acting as intended? I'm the #1 promotion in the world at this point (and have been for about 2 years) and my shows are available globally... shouldn't they have gained something by this point? Does the prestige even matter?
Beejus
Prestige only seems to matter if you have more than one A or B show being booked on the same night. You can set them to ascending or descending order so that one or the other will be shown to the live audience first.

Otherwise, I don't think it's anything. If it plays any importance on TV ratings or attendance, I don't think I've noticed it. Despite it sounding the same thing as event importance, which actually does matter for attendance and buyrate, it isn't.
Gungner
All it really does, is impact which broadcasters are willing to negotiate a deal with that show and the time slot it can get. I haven't really seen TV-shows' prestige rise in the game. Only PPV's...
