Rating: PG-13 (language, violence, partial gore)

Production Cost: TBD

Marketing Cost: TBD

TALENT CASTING

Director: As the initial director of The Walking Dead TV Series, we feel that Frank Darabont would be best suited to direct this movie. We would also like to extend the offer to Marc Forster who we here at DS Productions praise for his work on World War Z.

Lead Role: Shane Walsh

An ex cop for King County, Georgia, Shane Walsh was once a man of upstanding morals. He fought for his county and upheld the rules to the utmost degree. After the dead began to rise, his entire outlook on the world changed. Shane grieved over the loss of Rick and took control of a small group right outside the city. After Rick's return, jealousy pushed him further and further away from Lori, his desire. After things came to a heated confrontation, Shane now realizes the man he has become due to his near death experience. He now has a mission, and that is to regroup with the others and make things right.

There is only one man to fill this character's shoes and that is the insanely talented Jon Bernthal. We here at DS Productions commend his work and would be extremely honored to work with him.

Major Role: Morgan Jones

A stranger to Shane, but not for long. A man who came across Rick in the early days of the apocalypse. Now, many months after seperating from Rick, he finds Shane all alone, starving, and decides to take him in. However, when Shane inquires Morgan about his past, it sets him off and leads him on a rampage that he may be too far gone to come back from.

Approach Lennie James. Once again, there is only one man to fit this character's role and it is him. We commend him for his work and would love to work with him.

Major Role: Alicia Berry

A mother who has survived the apocalypse for as long as it has been around because of her sole purpose of looking out for her daughter, Kate. She meets Shane and develops feelings for him, however Shane's thoughts about relations are unclear as he knows that love was the initial start of his downward spiral, however Alicia tries to break down his barriers to find the good inside of him.

Contact Cobie Smulders and Allison Williams.

Minor Role: Kate Berry

The daughter of Alicia. A young, timid girl whos life was ripped away at the hands of the apocalypse. Now, she relies on her mother for protection and is still trying to adjust to the insane world everyone now lives in. She wants to fight and defend herself, but the terrifying truth about everything overcomes her courage.

Contact a handful of caucasian female actresses in the area with previous experience in the horror/suspense genre between the age of 9-12.

Major Cameo: Rick Grimes

Shane's former partner and best friend who has been the target of Shane's redemption mission from the start of the movie. Rick is an intelligent and courageous man who is the leader of a group of several surivors at a prison.

Come on. Nobody but Andrew Lincoln can play Rick Grimes.

Semi/Major Role: Phillip Blake AKA The Governor

A sick and twisted man who is leader of a town called Woodbury. He is at war with Rick's group and will do anything and everything to get the upper hand over his enemies. He has an interesting encounter with Shane that will determine how much of a changed man Shane really is.

Contact David Morrissey. Tell him we are willing to offer him more screen time with the Governor, and this time, he actually gets to be alive.

Minor Role: Officer James Ruben

A fellow King County cop that would work alongside Shane in a flashback scene. He is tough, take no BS type of guy and is a loyal officer to the force.

Contact Matt Cedeno, Tom Everett Scott, and Joseph Gatt (little Z Nation nod. :p)

Celebrity Cameo:

Contact John Cooper from Skillet about being a walker. We promise him he gets to kill one person in the movie.

Also contact Skillet about the soundtrack for the movie. We ask them to lay down their terms for 2 or 3 songs that we would be able to use for the movie, as well as the permission to use "Would It Matter" as we feel that song would fit the movie perfectly. If they agree to let us use the song, we think a few more around the same theme would be perfect. Due to the genre of our film, we are looking for something along the lines of ballads and semi dark with very powerful lyrics, maybe even some screams if it is okay with John. We would love for Jen to sing co-lead on at least one of the songs as well.

Also tell them it would be an absolute honor to work with them, as I, Dave Scott, founder and CEO of DS Productions am a huge fan of their music.

I think you first need to get the License from the creators or they might sue you.

@russelRules What will be Marvel conditions to me to do an Agents of Shield movie and them to keep the continuity in check by retaining the same actors?

Lynch Him!

By Sriram Raghavan

Vicky Kaushal as Rajbir Singh

John Abraham as Anthony Davis

Saqib Saleem as Nayeem Sethi

Amitabh Bachchan as Mr. N

He wakes up with back of his head still hurting. He sees just black darkness of his rag and he feels his hands tied back up with rope, his legs chained and his mouth gagged. He understands he has been kidnapped and tries an unsuccessful attempt at breaking his binds with internally shouting with his full force for help. After few unsuccessful attempts he lies down afraid. After few seconds of pondering he stops thinking and hears the water droplets dropping from the roof near him after a good couple hours of rain. He smells the rustiness of the place he is kept at. The smell of waste, piss, alcohol and many other things he cannot imagine. After few hours of lying down he hears steps coming towards him. They come and open his legs chains and opens his hand ties. That moment he tries to wriggle his way out of them but before he can stand he is thrown down the floor by two people, he couldn't move for a few seconds after the impact but before he get control of his body he feels somebody holding his leg and starts dragging him like he is a doll. The force with him captor was dragging him he felt every up and down present on the floor, getting burns everywhere. After what felt an eternity his captor stops and throws him vertically then take his hand ans ties them up with what he felt was chains. Finally his rag was removed we saw it is Rajbir Singh behind the rag. He sees two masked man standing in front of him. Behind their back he notices four other men doing the same with two other men. The masked men come forward and removes his gags. Rajbir realizing his positions asks "What do you want?, What do you want from? What are you doing to me? Do you need money I can provide you with loads of money?" while he was painfully screaming it, He notices one of the other tied men is freed from his gag. He looked in his early 20's, fair and a bit scrawny. The other guy shouts " Free me! Leave me", He sounded like he thought himself as a superior from his tone. A jab from the masked men knocked him out seeing this Rajbir also stopped shouting with fear gripping him. Lastly the other tied man was also freed from his gag and he was silent, he tried to adjust himself to make himself more comfortable with the situation. He was a man in his mid-30's, dark and well built. Rajbir sees his surrounding and comes to the conclusion he is in an old warehouse. All the masked men left the room.

After some moments of silence, Rajbir breaks the silence by asking the well built guy in a very afraid voice " Who are you?" to which he replies " I am Anthony, Anthony Davis. You?". " My name is Rajbir Singh" Rajbir replied. "Why do they have kidnapped us?", Davis replied "Don't know"." What will they do to us" once again Rajbir questioned. " Maybe Ransom" answered Davis. In the meantime the other guy waked up murmuring " He will pay for that". Rajbir seeing him wake up introduced himself and Davis and asked " Who are you?", the guy replied " You don't know me? I am Nayeem" shouted Nayeem to which Rajbir and Davis both gives a puzzled look. Nayeem seeing their reaction shouted " I AM NAYEEM SETHI. FILM STAR" they both nodded." What shit place they have kept me" complained Sethi. Rajbir seeing Nayeem's priority decided he might not be of that much help and asked Davis " Where do you think they left?". Davis after looking here and there, said " To watch us" pointed towards the cameras present everywhere in their room. Davis lies down and tried to relax seeing that Rajbir did the same where as Sethi stood up and walked to see the extent of his chains and used his full strength to break the chains away from wall but was unsuccessful after few minutes of roaming here and there, he also sat.

Few wide shots showcasing the trios silence and emptiness of the barn which only contained the three, some cameras and a big old steel box. The silence is broken down by the voice of few cars coming around their barn. Joy came in the heart of Rajbir and Sethi hearing the voices of the car thinking they will be rescued. They came to their senses and started shouting for help. Davis also became intrigued and stood up and tried to find a way to see outside form the barn. But their shouts of help were ignored, After continuously shouting for 15 minutes they shouts lacked the joy and were filled with desperation. Because of continuously shouting Rajbir was engulfed in coughing and seeing that Sethi also decided to give it a rest. They once again went into their silence.

After hours of silence passed, They were greeted by a husky voice saying "Wake up my sleeping angels" to this they all sit up and listen. "You all can call me Mr. N, I will be your host for your stay. I have seen that you have not introduced yourselves to each other properly. Let me do it for you. First let me introduce you Rajbir Singh, He works at the Wall Street printing dollars. His fame to claim is he is a doting brother to a lovely sister. Next is Anthony Davis, he owns one of the largest estate in the state, which was given to him after his grandfather's death. Finally our star of the night Nayeem Sethi, man he has acted in so many straight-to-DVD films you can't even count. Now he has set his sight on the big screen he has filmed a scene in the next "TREK WARS", You are playing a Stormt..". "Why are You keeping us here?" Anthony intervenes. "Always to the point" Mr. N replies. "We are here for Justice, One of you has committed a grave crime, The one needs to be punished". Rajbir chimes in "Who has done what?". Mr. N says "Murder, One of you has taken a life of another human being and hence needs to die". Rajbir once again shivering says "Murder! so take the man who has did this crime and punish him why did you took me I don't even kill a mosquito". Anthony nods his head in denial and shock. "That's the problem Mr. Rajbir we are not sure who has done the crime, hence you all are here to help us decide who has done the crime and to deliver the punishment." Sethi gulps and says "Punishment?" to which Mr. N replied "Yes Punishment. Our Institution believes in "Eye for an Eye" so the murderer has to die and the remaining two shall deliver the punishment and after you kill the murderer you will be freed". Sethi starts laughing and tells mockingly "Mr. N, go and tell your producer he is gonna face the wrath of my lawyer when he hear this. I am fed up of this hidden camera bullshit TV shows". Rajbir puzzled asks "Hidden cam-ee-ra Shows?" to which Sethi replies "This is one of the hidden camera shows like where they try to fool you and then show you are on TV". "Oh! you are so smart, Sethi. Go" Mr. N replies.

Suddenly the doors open and two masked men come in front of Sethi to which Sethi replies "Open me you idiots". Mr. N says "Who do you think is behind the masks, Mr. Sethi? Jimmy Fallon or Kevin Hart. Boys why don't you show him". The masked men took their hands towards the corners of the mask to pull them out but then they start thrashing Sethi with kicks and punches. Mr. N once again on the mic "Do you think this will happen on your shows? This is real Sethi. Don't try to mock me again I don't want to hurt anybody. The thing is simple find the killer and kill him but both the other two men should vote for the same man to be killed or else I won't provide you the means to do the job and to give you some incentive, Boys." then four more masked men enter the room, Each pair attending one of the three they start taking out two injections and dose all our hostages with this two injections while them shouting and resisting. "The first one is for your energy guys. You three haven't eaten since you came here and the second one is just a poison which will first put you to sleep and then kill you in 2 hours. Okay will see you again". All the three lose their conscience.

We see a silhouette of a girl running and Rajbir running behind her but after some time Rajbir loses her from his sight and starts shouting her name "Ria" and then he wakes up shouting her name in the barn. "Your sister name?" asks Anthony to which Rajbir nods. "Good. You two are awake now you two can decide who wants to die between you two. It can't be me as I didn't killed anybody and I am a star." says Sethi. Anthony angrily shouts "WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT UP?" while he was saying that small notification alerts come form each of them, they check their pockets and find a phone which was showing some information. "Before you try to start calling somebody let me tell you it won't work the phones can only be remotely controlled and will only show screens which I want to show to you. So let's begin" Mr. N says.

The first of the file sent was named "Anthony Davis". It contained a link detailing a fight, a legal fight between Anthony and his neighbor Mr. Smith over land problems in their estates. Second thing in the file contained some questions which can be asked by them to Anthony. Seeing them Sethi started "What was the land problem?" " He was claiming ownership to some of my land" Davis replied. "Was it settled?" chimed Rajbir, "Yes, the court gave it to me rightfully" Davis answered. "Did it went smooth?" Sethi again questioning. "They were hiccups, we each landed some blows on each other" Davis answered. "This one is a bit weird. Do you have a very large carpentry workshop in your estate just for you personal use?" Rajbir asks, "Yes, I do" Davis answers again. Rajbir gulps seeing the next question and asks a bit afraidly "Can the machinery in it cut a human body into pieces that can be easily disposed?", Anthony angrily sees Rajbir and replies " I don't know I have not tried it." Sethi looked like he was now a bit comfortable where as Rajbir tried to distance himself from Davis. The next thing on the file was another newspaper link showing that a missing complaint has been filed for Mr. Smith and after 30 days of searching they declared possibly dead after finding a blood dried finger in his estate which was after some test was confirmed to be his. Sethi jumped saying "See Rajbir he is the murderer now let us go Mr. N". Rajbir in horror asked " Di-did you do this?" to which Davis replied "Why would I kill him? He had a lot of enemies and the police has already cleared me." "The police can be bought." Sethi says. "Let's not waste time Rajbir." Rajbir is clearly panicked. "What are you thinking? Come on name him." Sethi shouts. "Can I have a moment please I like to think" Rajbir replied and went into silence. "Good don't make him pressurize you into making a bad decision" said Anthony.

Suddenly their phones buzzed again this time the file which came was named Nayeem Sethi. "There is nothing to read here" Sethi says after seeing the file name. A video opens up showng two men beating another man. The camera then zooms up showing the man to be beaten up was Nayeem and the two beating where some one time famous actors. They were shouting "You want to become an actor huh? Act yourself out of this beating, You can't do that huh? You brown should not be out here go and act in your gutters where you belong" and the video ended. "I told you nothing to see there" Sethi answered while a tear came out of his eyes. "What happened?" Rajbir asks Sethi, to which he replied "Same old things". The next thing in the file was a news article covering the death of the two actors who were beating Sethi. It told that they were first drugged and then they were brutally beaten to death adn their murderer is still at large. "Now, I see why you were in a hurry to convince Rajbir to chose me as a murderer as you are the one who has murdered this two people" said Davis. "I didn't killed this two” retorted Sethi. “Then who did?” asks Rajbir, “Their Lifestyle, They were known bullies in the industry everybody knew they spend more than they earn and were in trouble with a lot of loan sharks. One of them might have delivered them what they deserved.” said Sethi to which Rajbir gives him a look. “Yes, I don’t have any remorse for their soulless bodies.” Sethi answered to that look. “That’s not enough, you can still be involved” Davis said. “You both can be the murderer, How can I chose one?” while Rajbir was saying this he was interrupted by another buzzing sound coming from their phones. The moment the buzzing sound came Sethi jumped on his phone to see what came now. They all recieved the third file named Rajbir Sethi. Rajbir face turned blue and started frowning and slowly opened the file maybe knowing what was in the file. A video opened up it contain 20 to 25 people protesting, Rajbir was one of them. A lady comes in front and starts saying we want justice for our children, the police are not doing their job properly, if they were doing it properly we would not have 5 children molested going through therapy. Then some other adults while crying said I want justice for my daughter and in that that crowd Rajbir comes in and said I want justice for my sister and the video stops on the crying face of Rajbir.

Rajbir starts crying, “I am sorry” said Davis and then start scrolling the file it contained a news article reporting that when the police raided a house to knab a known molestor but instead they found his dead body who was clearly murdered by being choked by a wire, his private parts were also mutiliated which lead the police to think that this crime was commited in vengeance. The address of the molestor was given to the police by Rajbir Singh brother of a victim who has put his all to get the molestor.

“How did you get his address?” asked Davis, “My sister Identified him and then I found him leeching in some playgrounds and followed him to his house. I was angry, I wanted to do something on my own but I couldn’t do it and I gave the address to the police, but they found him dead, I cried that day thinking why I didn’t do it, I should have punished him for what he did to my sister, Today also I carry the guilt.”. “So who do you think killed him?” asks Sethi. “Someone brave enough to do the job. I was not the only one whose life was disturbed by that man they were other parents who put their 100% to find him. Everybody did except for the police.” replied Rajbir.

Both Sethi and Davis cleared Rajbir thinking he doesn’t have it to kill a man and then start playing the blame game with both pointing finger towards each other.

“Looks like you all have read and watched the files, now it’s time to make the decision. Take your time but let me warn you three slept and wasted a huge amount of your two hours.” Mr. N chimed in.

“Rajbir, you have to make the decision” said Davis while coming forward. “Trying to coerce him, He is the murderer Rajbir, see through him” Sethi retorted. Suddenly Rajbir rose up and said “Mr. N I chose Sethi, Davis is the murderer.”. Davis gets angry and tries to break his chains. Two masked men enter the room and threw keys towards Sethi and Rajbir and then open the chest present in the barn and left. After some time both Sethi and Rajbir freed themselves and saw that a knife was present in the chest they took it knowing they have to use it to kill Davis. Rajbir picked it up and gave it to Sethi saying “I can’t do it.”. Davis is on beast mode grunting and trying to break his chain when Sethi tries to stab him he is pushed back by Anthony to which Sethi asks Rajbir to help and Rajbir grabs Davis legs and Sethi stabs him but Davis wouldn’t go down with out giving a fight suddenly Rajbir’s phone started buzzing he saw that it is getting call and answer it while Sethi was engulfed with Davis. “Hello Rajbir, It’s N. Man, Sethi is so full of surprise he had no qualms killing a man” by this time Sethi grabbed the upper hand and was stabbing Davis with all rage multiple times.. ” I called you to give a new tidbit I was just scrolling thtough my Twitter and guess what I found out. Mr. Smith the neighbor of Davis is alive he faked his death to claim a Billion dollar insurance, As we are speaking he is being taken by FBI. Oh! that leave us with a problem that means Davis was not the killer that means your freedom is still a question. Rajbir be carefull you are with a murderer who is in rage.” Rajbir gets tensed..”Rajbir I am here to help you, look around you, Do you see that wire on your left pick it up” Rajbir picks the wire.

Man, I'm getting off to a rough start this time. I have plenty of material but so far all of it's feeling too flawed.

Remember, one of our new features is 'Act of God'. So if you feel like something needs work, you have the right to PM anyone currently in this game (including me) to see if they can give you a hand.

In other news: Lynch Him has become the first movie to be released, I will be reviewing at the movie as soon as possible; as I am doing so, the 'Estimation Evaluation' mini-game is now open to anyone who wants to participate!

One can estimate it's own movie?

I'll likely have "Fake News" posted this afternoon. One question: With regard to the minigame, how are movies being scored this time around? Still the same 1-5 rating system, or are we using a different model?

Yes, we will be using the 1-5 rating system as we've always have. The model of reviewing may be different, but the rating system will stay the same.

(deep breath)

Let's go!

- - - - -

MOVIE DETAILS

› Title: "Fake News"

› Genre: Raunchy comedy

› Duration: 1 hour, 36 minutes

› Rating: R

› Plot: Our movie opens with National News Network reporter Natalie Crosby in the field, standing in front of the White House and fiddling with her earpiece and microphone. She tries in vain to communicate with the newsroom, which is scrambling to fix an array of technical issues that can only happen on live television. Somehow, and like the true pro she is, Natalie recognizes when she’s being thrown to, and she picks up her end of the broadcast flawlessly while the crew, led by veteran news director Richard Fox, looks on in admiration…until she wraps up and the audio crew forgets to cut her mic, thus picking up her throwing an expletive-laced temper tantrum as she storms off the scene of her report.

Upon seeing her phone and that she’s trending on Twitter, she rolls her eyes, but she’s met by longtime friend and former colleague Tim Hartman, who’s come to pick her up. The two head to the station, where Fox is celebrating his retirement from many years of exceptional service piloting the NNN news department. He calms Natalie down, and both she and Tim give speeches on the impact of Richard’s work.

After the party, Natalie, Tim, and Richard go out for a drink, at which point Richard offers Tim his job. Tim declines, saying that he enjoys working normal hours for good money. Richard then brings up how it must be nice for Tim to see his family often, and Tim lets slip that he and his wife are in the process of divorcing. He bolts, leaving Natalie and Richard behind. Natalie asks her mentor for one final piece of advice, and he imparts a simple piece of wisdom: “Never stop being you.”

The next week, Natalie shows up for work, only to see that the bullpen of news producers has been cleared out. Confused, and seeing someone in Richard’s old office, Natalie walks in, and it’s there she meets Will O’Meara, who has been hired as the new NNN news director. He explains that he fired half the staff, and that the station is going in a new direction with its format, one that favors more sensationalist reporting than hard news, and he sends Natalie to cover an impromptu college pool party at American University.

Disgusted, Natalie goes to cover it, and is met by a producer holding a skimpy bikini for her to wear. She refuses, and tries to hold a stiff upper lip while she reports. Suddenly, though, as she’s wrapping up, we see a man groping females. She confronts him on camera and winds up chasing him through the party, which contains plenty of scantily-clad college students, drinking games, and general mayhem, but ultimately, she chases the harasser into the waiting arms of local police that have arrived at the scene. Those at the party praise Natalie as a hero, but when she gets back to NNN headquarters, she finds out Will is livid that she disobeyed orders to eschew hard news. Despite her dedication to her craft, Will fires her on the spot.

Natalie calls Tim, who meets up with her as soon as he can. He’s not at all surprised by Will’s antics, and he reveals that Richard was getting heat from the higher-ups at the network for a decrease in the station’s ratings advantage over its rivals. Natalie continues downing scotch as fast as it can come to her, and she takes comfort in the station giving her a hefty severance check due to her many years of service. It’s at this point Tim has an idea: Why doesn’t Natalie use that check to start her own media company?

Later that evening, Natalie sobers up and begins running the numbers from her house in the suburbs. She envisions her spare bedroom being converted into a studio, with a full camera setup and a dedicated online platform. An evil smile comes onto her face, and she reveals her scheme: Her plan is not to be a legitimate news outlet, but a parody of Will O’Meara’s vision. Tim remarks, “What the hell are you going to call it? Dirty Sexy News?” Natalie jumps for joy…and into Tim’s arms, which leads to an awkward moment followed by his hasty exit from her house.

Meanwhile, at NNN, Will holds a meeting with the remaining staff and gives the rest of his marching orders. Every segment is to be sold to the highest bidder so as to maximize profit, all female reporters are to show off cleavage at all times, and men are to be as loud and brash as possible. This “crash TV” format, Will says, will revolutionize the business and lead to a new era of prosperity for the network, but when he walks away for a meeting, the staff members exchange horrified looks.

Meanwhile, Natalie and Tim are at lunch, and Tim insists Natalie meet someone who he believes would be perfect for DSN. In walks Kimberly Riley, a beautiful recent college graduate. Tim explains Kimberly used to intern for his PR firm, but recently decided to go into broadcasting. Kimberly’s bubbly personality and willingness to do anything to get into the business strikes a chord with Natalie, who hires her on the spot. Kimberly asks if Tim and Natalie are an item, and that spurs a solid minute of awkward stammering between the two.

That night, Natalie goes to a comedy club, alone. It’s a seedy establishment, but she’s seeking someone who isn’t well-known and who does not have a filter. While most of the acts are painfully bad, she strikes gold by stumbling upon headliner Joe Kirkland, who proceeds to insult every member of the row closest to the stage in such a way that most of the audience walks out in a huff. While some of those in attendance are horrified, Natalie is grinning ear-to-ear. She approaches Joe, and after dispelling Joe’s fear that she’s his long-lost daughter from a one-night stand with a one-legged blonde woman, he accepts the job offer that she puts forth.

One week later, Dirty Sexy News is ready for its launch. Natalie plays the “straight woman” as chaos ensues around her, with Kimberly playing the role of “resident ditz” while Joe lets fly with a string of expletive-laced tirades about everything from the role of the milkman to how his mission is to break down the culture of “safe spaces” in American society. This sets off a firestorm on social media, and Will, seeing this as a personal affront, vows to put DSN out of business, one way or another.

His plan becomes clear, as he “randomly” runs into Joe at the bar he headlines at. He offers Joe a job at more than double what Natalie is paying him, but makes the mistake of badmouthing her to him. Despite his many character flaws, he’s fiercely loyal, and unleashes a loud, angry rant while walking in such a way that Will is forced into the arms of a bouncer. With that failing, Will then attempts to recruit Kimberly as she reports from a protest at a retirement home. To his dismay, though, Tim is there, and he threatens Will with physical violence if he ever gets close to another DSN employee.

With those plans failing, Crosby being touted as a mixture between “accomplished journalist” and “expert in irony,” and NNN ratings beginning to fall further, Will becomes much more irritable in the office, snapping at anyone within shouting distance for the smallest perceivable slights. Upon seeing Kimberly on his computer screen modeling a short dress made out of snake skins, a devious smile comes to his face.

The next day, Kimberly is reporting from a robbery where the bandits were allegedly menopausal women wearing two-piece bathing suits. As she wraps up, a man posing as a shopper comes up from behind and unties her top, revealing her assets for the world to see. The DSN cameras quickly cut back to Natalie in the studio, and she’s shocked to the point of being speechless. Joe, however, is not, and spends an awkward, full minute reacting as you would expect an older, unfiltered man to react in such a situation. Natalie storms off the set in tears.

She meets up with Tim at a dingy, dimly-lit bar, and she’s literally crying into her drinks. In her drunken stupor, she reveals that Kimberly, who feels humiliated and like she’s ruined her career, has quit, and confides in Tim that she’s thinking of shutting the operation down. Suddenly, though, the TV showing NNN goes into an extended report on the incident, and both Natalie and Tim deduce that this was, in fact, the work of Will O’Meara. Tim attempts to talk Natalie up, and Natalie responds by affectionately attacking his face with aggressive tongue kisses.

They go to the ground, the scene fades to black, and we fade up the next morning, with Natalie on one side of a double bed. Tim walks in with breakfast and headache medicine, and Natalie comes to her senses. Most notably, she realizes her clothes are still on from the previous evening. She asks if she and Tim had sex, and after Natalie realizes they didn’t and throws a rant about how she wasn’t even good enough to get picked up at a horrible bar, Tim tells her that there was no way he could take advantage of her in that setting. He also urges her to sober up fast, because thanks to his PR work and extensive celebrity contacts, he’s got a plan to get even with Will.

Back at NNN, ratings news is in, and the previous day’s events led to the station’s highest ratings in months. Will is downright jolly at the news, and he sits down to an email that raises his eyebrows. He gets on a phone and dispatches a camera crew to the Lincoln Memorial, where Madonna is holding a press conference to announce a new coffee table book featuring exclusive nude pictures of her. When asked which reporter will cover it, Will thinks and says he’ll handle it himself.

It’s a mob scene at the venue, and the starting time for the press conference rolls around. However, when Madonna walks out, so too does Natalie Crosby. The two deliver a speech about the virtues of treating others the way you’d like to be treated, and instead of photos being shown, surveillance video from the store Kimberly reported from the previous day is broadcast, revealing Will O’Meara paying off a random bystander to rip off Kimberly’s top. The crowd turns to O’Meara, who backpedals and backpedals and backpedals…all the way into a pond of water, further humiliating him.

The repercussions are severe and swift. The next day’s edition of The Washington Post shows a headline saying Will O’Meara has been fired from his leadership post. The mood at the NNN headquarters is downright jovial, and Natalie Crosby is immediately welcomed back (thus disbanding Dirty Sexy News). In a shocking twist, her first meeting upon being re-hired is with Richard Fox, who firmly chastises her for the existence of DSN. Natalie apologizes for disappointing her mentor, and then asks how Tim got the surveillance tape. As it turned out, the story of the robbery at that business was planted by O’Meara, and Fox knew because he had him tailed from day one (in Fox’s words, “I couldn’t let him go unwatched”). Natalie redeems herself by stating the error of her ways, and Richard proceeds to offer her the head job at NNN, running the newsroom just as he did. She quickly accepts, and Fox says it comes with a caveat: That she make a phone call she knows she has to make.

Later that night, Natalie takes a familiar seat behind the anchor desk and delivers a monologue about how many in the media (herself included) had abused its power by prioritizing ratings over the responsibilities that come with the job. She apologizes and introduces NNN’s new lead anchor: Kimberly Riley (this time appropriately-dressed), who expresses her gratitude at being involved. She then introduces a special musical guest who is there to debut a new single: Madonna. Natalie gets off the desk, walking to Tim and Richard and watching the performance from off-screen.

Satisfied that he’s leaving the company in good hands, Richard leaves the building for the final time, on his own terms. Natalie and Tim finally address the tension that’s been building between them, and Tim asks her to coffee. She says yes before he can finish asking, and when the song ends, the two begin to walk out of the building. However, a receptionist grabs Natalie, saying that President Trump has just unleashed a Twitter rant directed at foreign soccer players. Wearing a meek smile, Tim urges her to go cover it, and the movie ends as she gets on the phone to her camera crew.

Fake news

Best case : 4.2

Worst case : 2.7( (raunchy comedies don't sit well with critics)

Probable : 3.3 ( It knew what it is and how to play it's cards)

I'd be okay with that. I initially came up with the idea and roles in the last game when I had a lot more money to play with. Having to downsize the star power of the cast was a challenge, but I was happy with the people I got.
