<p><strong>- What was your goal in drafting your roster?</strong></p><p>

Bring a little Sports Entertainment vibe to the Japanese scene and break down the divide of Puro/Joshi in Japan outside of deathmatch companies. Essentially, if NJPW came up with a NXT style product for the Japanese audience.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm still Perf > Pop, but just barely so in product settings. I wanted to grab interesting characters who could still go in the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>- What pick were you most excited about?</strong></p><p>

Top 4 picks of Okada, Nakamura, Omega, and Naito. I thought at best I would get 3 (but planned for 2) of the above + Tanahashi/AJ. Getting 4 is gravy.</p><p> </p><p>

Got my top 2 women in Asuka/Io Shirai to carry the division.</p><p> </p><p>

Later rounds, love my tag scene with Wolves, Bucks, Revival, Briscoes, and SANADA/EVIL (Los).</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>- Are there any picks you regret?</strong></p><p>

Not picking WWE Network. Should of prioritized it earlier as it opens up more trade options, and that's what makes these fun for me.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>- What were some of your favorite picks made by other players?</strong></p><p>

Kijar's whole roster. Lot's of guys who can go. Getting AJ at 8 is a steal.</p><p>

Larrikn with Kento Miyahara, Go Shiozaki, and Katsuhiko Nakajima makes me very, very jealous.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>- What were some picks made that puzzled you?</strong></p><p>

None really stand out. I could debate Larrikn going Tanahashi v Nakamura in Round 1, but getting NJPW's Ace is never a bad pick.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>- How do you see your promotion unfolding once you're able to play it?</strong></p><p>

Will do a full roster preview later, but Bullet Club, CHAOS, Suzuki-gun, Los Ingobernables, and Monster Express/ MAD BLANKEY provide tons of options for stable wars. Have to decide on landing spots for Revival/Wolves/Briscoes in various stables. MY initial thought is Wolves in Suzuki-Gun, Revival as the Heavy tag team in Bullet Club, and Briscoes I'm undecided at this point.</p>

<p>- What was your goal in drafting your roster?</p><p> </p><p>

From the start, I had a tv show in my head. While I was by and large drafting my roster in peace and quiet, rarely interfered by the draft picks of others, the goal was always to draft people who could fill a role, not only on a wrestling roster, but in a tv drama.</p><p> </p><p>

- What pick were you most excited about?</p><p> </p><p>

I don't know if any of my picks were a steal, but that I was able to get basically all the non-wrestlers that were on my radar was nice - Rock, Heyman, JR, Renee Young, Steve Austin and of course, Ultramantis Black. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

- Are there any picks you regret?</p><p> </p><p>

While I was waiting to make my 11th round pick I thought it would be a good time to choose the WWE Network, but when my turn came up, I went to the next name on my list of workers instead and picked Cheerleader Melissa. Big mistake, I feel now. Glad I have her, but having the Network would have been very valuable, and there was no good reason not to make the pick. </p><p> </p><p>

- What were some of your favorite picks made by other players?</p><p> </p><p>

NoLegsGaming had a good touch picking up Becky Lynch, Nikki Storm, Kay Lee Ray and Toni Storm just before I could pick them. I would have liked all of them in my company. </p><p> </p><p>

EVIL in round 37. Michael Elgin in round 39. Xavier Woods in round 27. Jeff Cobb in round 28. Good picks I feel. </p><p> </p><p>

- What were some picks made that puzzled you?</p><p> </p><p>

Nothing in particular comes to mind.</p><p> </p><p>

- How do you see your promotion unfolding once you're able to play it?</p><p> </p><p>

Struggling. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

I've drafted a fantasy heartbreaker, the company I wish existed and was successful, but it probably won't be.</p>

<p>- What was your goal in drafting your roster?</p><p>

To create Lucha Libre heaven</p><p> </p><p>

- What pick were you most excited about?</p><p>

Daniel Bryan, obviously. Also, La Sombra & Kalisto</p><p> </p><p>

- Are there any picks you regret?</p><p>

Maybe not going after Hiromu Takahashi, but I was hoping that he would of dropped</p><p> </p><p>

- What were some of your favorite picks made by other players?</p><p>

Hiromu Takahashi by Tardelli & southside_hitmen getting EVIL so late in the draft.</p><p> </p><p>

- What were some picks made that puzzled you?</p><p>

mikemanwba picking Rezar and then not picking Akam. Is there really that big of a difference between the two?</p><p> </p><p>

- How do you see your promotion unfolding once you're able to play it?</p><p>

As the number one promotion in Mexico. We may be able to expand into America with people like Bryan & Mysterio.</p>

I wanted another big European guy that wasn't already in some kind of stable in wXw or GWF and it popped into my mind that one of the members of AoP was from Albania, and that's Rezar. I could have signed Akam, but then I would have had 2 tag teams in the same stable and they would have ended up taking each others positions as they are all fairly big guys. I'm basically turning Akam from a tag wrestler into a Brawler bodyguard for Axel Dieter Jr while Alexander Wolfe and Timothy Thatcher make up the tag team.</p>

- What were some of your favorite picks made by other players?

Kijar's whole roster. Lot's of guys who can go. Getting AJ at 8 is a steal.

Much appreciated man, those are kind words. :)

- What was your goal in drafting your roster?

To build a roster of people that meet my stat requirements and personal preference requirements. Essentially built around workhorses and people who can just put on great matches.

- What pick were you most excited about?

Getting AJ Styles was something I loved because I really didn't expect him to be available with my late pick. Top it off with Steen, Roode, Joe. That's a big four that I can really get behind and that would be perfect to lead this company. Also happy with the amount of tag teams I was able to assemble, I feel my team roster is second only to southsidehitmen. I basically nailed all my big targets except the Swiss Superman, the Villain, King of the Cruiserweights, and the Time Bomb.

- Are there any picks you regret?

Nope. :)

- What were some of your favorite picks made by other players?

Hiromu Takahashi from Tardelli, mike nabbed Cesaro right before I would've picked him rather than Steen, I think. NoLegs getting the Villain in round 3.

- What were some picks made that puzzled you?

We all had our visions, I can't knock you amazing people.

- How do you see your promotion unfolding once you're able to play it?

I'm hoping NGP puts on the best matches most of the time. It'll be hard to compete with the Puro promotions and Uncrewed in Mexico, alpha.. Just a lot of things to look out for in this wonderful game world we created.

Roster, teams, title belts, events, etc. coming after this shift I have coming up. Great drafting guys.

- What was your goal in drafting your roster?

I went in not really having a plan, I just figured I'd select the best available talent and run with it. I suspected Conor McGregor was going to get a pop upgrade (since we are probably using Sept's RWC) so I selected him 6 because he's young and I could build around him and then CM Punk was an obvious opponent. Brock was still there 3rd round and then so was Randy Orton in the 4th. Pretty quickly it became obvious I was MMA flavoured which led me to a NJPW style American fed. After that I tried to concentrate on guys who could brawl or who had really good mat, chain, submission skills and or big star power and it all kind of fell together.

- What pick were you most excited about?

Strangely The Miz in rnd 6. I have this thing in my head of all these legit hardmen and the Mike working his soft ultra safe style with heavy entertainment mugging. It's so incongruous but that works for me. I'm going to use him kind of like Screamin Norman Smiley in that he's going to be hopelessly overmatched but somehow get wins.

- Are there any picks you regret?

Bray Wyatt in rnd 8. I was thinking take the best available at that point before the real style of the fed had gelled in my head once it did gel Bray really doesn't fit. In the end I traded Wyatt away for Tyler Bate which was okay I guess. Bate is super young and a decent fit for matches with McGregor and Punk but he's not someone that I have a plan for. Also not taking Xavier Woods, I left him thinking he didn't fit all that well but that he would be available late as a solo act he's problematic.

- What were some of your favourite picks made by other players?

So many great visions. Love Southsides roster. Uncrewed had unfettered access to Mexico and picked well. Dr.A and mikemanwba had such clear visions of what they want and stuck to that. The other 4 rosters have pretty clear visions too. I think everyone created something interesting.

- What were some picks made that puzzled you?

Okay I'll give one for everyone so it doesn't seem like I'm picking on anyone.

Gable & Jordan round 5 and 6 by Kijar. It feels a little early for them.

Stephanie by Tardelli in rnd 9 seems a waste as I think she would have been available way later.

Travis Banks in the 13th by mike. I had him on my list and actually tried to work a trade with him in it so no sleight on the guys ability. Rnd 13 is too early for him for mine though. That was probably the time to grab a more popular foreign worker from America to try to get his feds pop and star power up for mine.

Larrikn - he was in a straight up fight with southside. He didn't leave a list and was skipped for his 2nd round pick which gave southside a free hit and that meant southside got Omega and Naito. So less a bad pick more a missed opportunity.

Uncrewed had pretty unfettered access to Mexico and ran with it. I'd have made many of the same choices if I was in the same position. I guess my only criticism would be that from rnd 11 through 15 I might have brought in a few more foreigners who were still available. Given it was unlikely that anyone other than the Japanese feds were going to take anyone significant from Mexico I'd have taken a few outsiders here and then picked up unemployed luchas at leisure in game. The Hardy's, Jay Lethal, Kofi Kingston (and maybe the New Day), The Young Bucks, TJ Perkins, Matt Sydal, Low-Ki and DIY all come to mind as people who could have been had at that point who would work as foreigner in that market. The Hardys against your roster is a thought that's almost too much fun.

Nolegs - Hmmm probably the same sort of thing as Uncrewed. Rnd 11 through 15 might of been the time to bring in some high profile Americans to give your talented guys a pop boost.

Dr. A - Hard to find fault. Taking Ronda Rousey whilst Asuka was on the board was probably an error in judgement given southside said he was going to have a joshi division - Ronda was likely to be there a few more rounds.

Southside - Heck everything seemed to go right. I'm going Kurt Angle in the rnd 17th being an error. He's set with an ongoing steroids issue and has a few other behavioural issues. His physical stats mean he's not that useful in the ring and his language skills are less useful in Japan. I just think he's a rnd 25+ pick at this point outside of the USA.

- How do you see your promotion unfolding once you're able to play it?

When the game data is released I'll pick up 5 unemployed women and maybe another ref and a couple of unemployed guys to fill out a few holes in my roster. I have big star power and pop and my guys will put on good bouts. Got some good mic workers too so promos will be fine. I just need to concentrate on putting out a good product and grow organically.

AI wise - Uncrewed & Kijar's feds might grow pretty well in their own little worlds. Japan is a straight up duel but I see them both doing well. Europe is going to be a case of two allied feds trying to slowly grow their brands but whose lack of high level star power/pop means they will probably be Cult level feds for a while rather than National. Dr.A's fed will probably just do it's own thing and keep it's head down but R-RW is likely to be aggressive aw we are similar in too many ways and history suggests that the AI goes aggressive in that situation.

I've committed to upgrading a level in Mexico for 3.75M. I have Great coverage in the US and then a good solid platform into Japan, Mexico and Canada meaning I'm set up with a chance of going global. Initially R-RW might be an issue - the AI may declare war on me very early. That said my star power heavy roster and access to alliance talent through Dr.A and southside gives me the ability to put on excellent matches that should rate highly so I suspect I'll come out ahead in that one. I think I'm the WWE to Tardelli's WCW in this war if it comes and if I concentrate on my own game and ignore any AI histrionics I'll be fine.

If I do grow to global the next upgrade to medium coverage in Mexico is 4M so if finances have grown that will be a go. If I do go global then Mexico will be tough as Uncrewed's fed is going to be super over, Kijars fed in Canada will have had a free run for a while too so Canada will be a dogfight. Japan is already a duel and I'm not interested in making it a Mexican standoff. Europe has that two fed alliance but they are probably down in star power a little so if I go global they are likely to be at Cult level and probably wont declare war and I don't have an interest in fighting them. It's my last two areas to expand into anyway so I expect they will be running their own races for a long time. If I go Global then upgrading Mexico and Australia is the way to go as they are smaller and cheaper to upgrade.

I'm not declaring any wars - I'll leave that to the AI. If they leave me be then I'll leave them be.

- What was your goal in drafting your roster?

I wanted to draft a roster which i could enjoy watching. Also i had to get a good mixture of workers which are over and promising.

- What pick were you most excited about?

Gettin Hiromu Takahashi was amazing. I dont watch much of the japanese scene but when i do there are a few workers which really amaze me. Hiromu is one of them.

- Are there any picks you regret?

No.

- What were some of your favorite picks made by other players?

Hitmen - Kurt Angle, oh its true!

Avalanche - Ultramantis Black, never saw that coming <3

NoLegs - Chuck Taylor, i really missed out on him.

Uncrewed - Tommy End, im hyped to see him in such a company.

Larrikn - Nao. Marufuji, such a great worker.

Alpha - CM Punk, i really wanted him too.

Mike - Space Monkey, i never expected him.

Kijar - TJ Wilson, glad he gets some love.

- What were some picks made that puzzled you?

Really amazing drafting by everyone. I wonder how Mark C. will do as Owner and Booker.

- How do you see your promotion unfolding once you're able to play it?

I will do a watcher save first. Im looking forward to see, how AI Vince will handle the company in such a hostile enviroment.

I'm interested how the AI handle Taker as owner. Ironically he's my 2nd choice. The first was Austin but southside made a leftfield pick in rnd 19 picking him up. I say leftfield because he already had the Rock as his owner/booker so Austin is purely a personality in a womens fed. I had figured he would keep falling as he was no use to you which meant that unless Kijar snapped him up as O/B he was just kind of surplus to requirements for most people. With southside though he gives them a nice pop rub so I understand the logic. I always had Taker as my 2nd choice for the role though. In real life you can imagine he'd actually be excellent in the role because backstage literally everyone respected him and he has an intrinsic understanding of the business. With the AI who can be sure. It will be interesting to watch.

AI Vince - hmmm - the AI tends to be aggressive and Vince is set up that way so I expect him to be very aggressive. I think it's a mistake because if you concentrate on putting on high scoring matches it more than offsets any national battle losses. If you just concentrate on your own business you really don't need to worry about anybody else especially with only 3 feds in the US.
