DatIsraeliGuy
I'm not sure if this is something that was already known, but I just found out that if you have a worker with "morale issues", meaning his morale status is "annoyed", you can get it up to "pleased" morale status by giving that worker fourty percent (0.4) of his salary. Now I did only find it now so it's only true for written deals until I check it. This isn't always exactly 40%, sometimes it would be one hundred more or less, and I will add that I used "clear the air" once before finding this out, so it could affect this. Did anyone know this and I'm just being stupid thinking I found something ground-breaking? If Adam can confirm or deny this it'll be great too. Defmall
I have found that it depends on their overall salary.

I ran a WWF save and 90% of my higher rated guys needed a bonus of roughly $1000 to come out of their funk. The mid-card guys seemed happy w/$5-600.

But I am sure there are other variables I just didnt catch...
mitsukaikira
It's been known for a long time that bonuses are commensurate to the ratio of bonus : pay. To the accuracy of the percentages, I cannot speak.

The more someone makes, the more it takes to make them happy.

mitsukaikira
Yeah I knew it's connected to their pay, but i wanted to figure out the exact number, and I think I got it. It did, however, not work when Rocky Golden was annoyed, so I don't really know It'll end up being a decently complex formula involving pay amount, bonus amount, personality, push, pop, and other things. Your number seems to be in the area and I'm curious to test it myself.
