So a couple of months into my stay here at DUSA, I have to say it feels like they are coasting with companies either side of them having far more momentum. The odd great match we achieve never seems to manifest as a great show rating.</p><p> </p><p>

I personally think the booking needs some tweaks, with more storylines or angle elements brought in but who am I to suggest anything.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Since meeting Roderick at my job offer and signing I have not had any time with the owner and the booker Gerald is often far to busy.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Still my bills are paid, I have decent training facilities and I get to watch some great workers ply their craft. I must remember I am only 17 and I have time on my side, I just hate to wait and feel wasted.</p>
