Having been challenged earlier in the night by Moose and Johnny Impact, LAX prepared to send a message to the two men who claim they “Stand Together… Against LAX”. However, their job was made much easier when Johnny Impact was forced to pull out of the match, and Alberto El Patron stepped in to join the one-sided affair. While Moose was later joined by his friend Eddie Edwards, and the Impact World Tag Team Champions, he was pinned by Alberto El Patron in that match. <div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="3uhJE0y.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/3uhJE0y.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="CUndgB8.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/CUndgB8.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div> Coming out of the video package, Jeremy Borash and Josh Matthews will introduce the show. Discussing what had just been seen in the video package previously, they will note that last week Moose became the latest victim of Alberto El Patron’s questionable tactics. During last week’s Main Event, Moose suffered an injury to his neck, which will see him join Johnny Impact on the sidelines. (3 minutes) <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="44295" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Location: In-Ring Duration: 10 minutes Making his way down the ramp, a suited Alberto El Patron will come to the ring. With his title over his shoulder, the Impact World Champion will show disdain towards the audience, as opens up Impact Wrestling. <div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="Pp3sDMm.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Pp3sDMm.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div> Addressing his victory last week, Alberto El Patron will say that the Number One Contender had his chance to step up to the Champion, and he failed. El Patron will point out that Moose was pinned in the middle of the ring by him, which he will suggest should void his claim to the Number One Contendership. He will say that if Moose can be beat in the chaos of an impromptu 8 Man Tag Team match, then he can be beat in any circumstance. As Alberto El Patron looks to further these points, the music of Moose will cut him off. <div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="N3labAa.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/N3labAa.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div> Coming down to the ring, Moose will look to lead the chant of his name, but will hold his neck after pumping his arm, he will then continue on his way down the ramp, leading the “Moose” chant with his other arm. As Moose gets a microphone from ringside, the commentators will explain the neck injury that he suffered during last week’s Main Event. Moose will tell Alberto El Patron that everybody saw what happened last week, saying that if it came down to a one on one match, it wouldn’t go like that. Moose will then say that Alberto El Patron, like everybody in the back, knows that he was injured in the match last week. Moose will say he is unable to compete for the Impact World Championship right now, but once he gets cleared to compete again, he will be coming for the title. Alberto El Patron will laugh at this, asking Moose “wasn’t it you, telling Johnny Impact to fight through pain... what happened, Perro?” El Patron will add that what happened last week was a sign, a message from his body telling him that he doesn’t want to cross Alberto El Patron. Moose will disagree, telling Alberto El Patron that soon he will be ready, and he will take the Impact World Championship from him. Alberto will say that Moose needs to stop talking big, if every time Alberto is ready to fight him, he has a sick note prepared. Moose will say that Alberto knows that, if he could, he would challenge him right now. Alberto El Patron will continue to goad Moose, until the music of the Impact Grand Champion, Eddie Edwards, begins to play. <div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="P25AlFe.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/P25AlFe.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div> Joining the two men in the ring, Eddie Edwards will tell Alberto El Patron that he knows the only reason he is so confident tonight is because he knows that Moose can’t compete. Alberto will disagree, and Eddie will come back by telling him “well if it’s a fight your after…” Eddie Edwards will then remove his Championship from his shoulder, telling Alberto El Patron to bring it on. El Patron will stall, and this will give time for Ethan Carter to make his way to the top of the ramp. <div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="bz46915.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bz46915.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div> Ethan Carter will tell Eddie Edwards to hold his horses, reminding him that he can’t go after the Impact World Championship, because Ethan still has a rematch for his Grand Championship. Eddie Edwards will turn away from Alberto El Patron, telling Carter that he will face him any time he wants it. Using this as a way to take attention off his World Championship, El Patron will suggest that Ethan Carter take his rematch tonight. Eddie Edwards will be more than happy to accept this, telling Carter that he will see him later tonight. As Alberto El Patron tries to slip out of the ring, Edwards will turn back to him, saying “whether it’s me, or Moose… that title is coming back to a real Champion!”</div></blockquote> Returning from the commercial break, the commentators will discuss the match made in the opening segment of the show. Slating Ethan Carter’s rematch against Impact Grand Champion, Eddie Edwards, as the night’s Main Event, they will eventually move onto discussion of the upcoming Lockdown pay-per-view. This will lead into a video package promoting the upcoming event. Video Package: Footage from previous Lockdown events will be shown, used to show the historic moments which have happened at the “all cage” Pay-Per-View. An announcement will also be made about the show, with the return of the “most intense match in Impact Wrestling”, the Lethal Lockdown, being confirmed for the event in 5 weeks time. Carter will then go to walk off, but Storm will grab him. Carter will tell Storm to take his hand off him, but Storm will refuse. This will result in a pushing match breaking out between the two. This will result in an exciting back and forth match, with all three men managing an impressive amount of offence. While the three men will initially have come to the ring to confront Williams and Dutt, they will quickly begin squabbling between themselves in the ring. This will allow The Gatekeepers to back up the ramp. Taking a microphone, Petey Williams will say that “this is exactly what we’re talking about…” He will then point at himself, saying “men”, before pointing to the ring and adding “... against boys!” The Gatekeepers will then continue off up the ramp, as those in the ring become aware of what had just happened.</div></blockquote> <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="44295" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Location: In-Ring Duration: 7 minutes Returning from the commercial break, Braxton Sutter will make his way to the ring, joined by his girlfriend Allie. As Sutter takes a microphone and walks down the ramp, the commentators will discuss everything that the pair have been through, particularly focussing on two weeks ago, when Braxton was “held hostage” in order to ensure that Allie “laid down” for the Knockouts Champion in the middle of the ring. Sutter will say that Konnan leads his group by example, and his mission is to spread fear and terror through the Impact Wrestling locker room. Sutter will say that everybody who he has spoke to over the last few weeks has given him the same advice. He will say that people have told him to “step down”, and to accept that they can’t overcome LAX. Sutter will say that while he appreciates that advice, he was raised with the belief that “the only way you beat a bully… is by beating a bully!” Speaking passionately, Braxton Sutter will say that he and Allie are too strong, and too proud to back down now. Sutter will then declare that they’re not going to let LAX bring the fight to them anymore, instead he will challenge LAX to fight them right here, right now. Instead, he will turn back around to Ivelisse Velez who will tell him “I wanna face you, in this ring - tonight!” This will anger Allie, who will get in Ivelisse Velez’s face. At this moment, Diamante will grab Allie and the two will look close to coming to blow. Allie and Braxton Sutter will now find themselves down in the ring, completely at the mercy of LAX. As the attack continues, the two will look in serious trouble, until the lights go down. Showing no mercy, Rosemary and Steve will keep up the onslaught until LAX leave the ring. With the group now backing off, Crazzy Steve and Rosemary will throw their chairs down, checking on Allie and Braxton Sutter, who lay in the ring, having been comprehensively taken out by LAX.</div></blockquote> Coming out of the segment, the commentators will put over the alliance that appears to have formed between Allie & Braxton Sutter and Crazzy Steve & Rosemary. From here, they will switch their focus to the Main Event, where Eddie Edwards will defend his Impact Grand Championship against the former title holder Ethan Carter. This will lead into footage from earlier in the night, where the match was made in the opening segment of the show. The commentators will then send over to the interview area, where the Grand Champion will be stood by. On that note, Eddie Edwards will formally request, in order to ensure that there can be no complaints from anybody, that the Grand Champion match tonight be contested under the special “5 minute round” rules, reserved for matches of this magnitude.</div></blockquote> Heading into the break, the commentators will introduce a video package, focussed on the issues that Garza Jr. has faced since he joined Impact Wrestling. Video Package: Footage will be shown of Garza Jr.’s arrival in Impact Wrestling, where after an impressive start, he found himself struggling to make the step up to the X Division Champion, Matt Sydal. This resulted in growing frustration creeping into Garza Jr.’s performance, which led him to personal issues with the Champion. As well as footage of these moment, Garza’s words from last week - during a candid interview - will be used as evidence of Garza Jr.’s “struggles to integrate” into the culture of Impact Wrestling. Going into the break, a graphic will promote Garza Jr. vs. Tyson Dux - up next. Eventually, the bullish Tyson Dux will begin to taunt Garza Jr., and this will encourage him to fight back. Mounting a comeback, Garza Jr. will come close to victory, but ultimately fail at the vital moment. Setting up for a Moonsault from the top rope, Garza Jr. will miss the move. </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> As Garza returns back to his feet, he will be taken down from behind, by a vicious Lariat by Tyson Dux. Now, he will say that they're being marginalised and vilified again, and they must kick back once more, and kick back hard!</div></blockquote> Returning to the second hour of the show, the commentators will talk about the words of Konnan, leading them to list the Impact Wrestling roster members who have been sidelined by the group. This list will include Allie, Braxton Sutter, Johnny Impact and Moose. He will say that unlike Eli Drake, he isn’t going to complain about management. Instead, Johnny Impact calls on the roster to stand up, and fight back against LAX. He will say that his body may be damaged, and he may not be cleared to compete right now, but he promises to be back for the time that Impact Wrestling returns to pay-per-view, in five weeks at Lockdown.</div></blockquote> Video Package: Footage will be played, recapping the developing rivalry between Brian Cage & Eli Drake and James Storm. Two weeks ago, when Eli Drake made light of a sneak attack on James Storm, “The Original Cowboy” took him out with a Last Call Superkick. Last week, as James Storm made his way to ring to call out the men he believed had been behind the attack all those weeks ago, he was jumped by Eli and Brian Cage. James Storm will say that he knows that Ethan Carter wasn’t physically involved in the attack last month, but he wants to know what Ethan meant last week, when he told Storm to be careful about making “powerful enemies”. Ethan Carter will have remained unmoved throughout Storm’s tirade, but the frustration of defeat will see him pushed over the edge. Taking the microphone, Ethan Carter will furiously tell Storm that if he wants answers, he’ll get them. Carter will then appear to slowly chill out, as if a pressure valve had just been released. Soon, his trademark smirk returning to his face. Returning to a calm and cocky tone, Ethan Carter will say “if you wanted answers… all you had to do was ask”. Ethan will then tell Storm to “say hello… to the new Team Impact”. Carter will then point towards the entranceway, directing James Storm to turn around. Drake will add that this has been a long time coming, calling back to his campaign to “trim the fat”, which coincided with Ethan Carter’s mission to rid Impact Wrestling of the “treacherous” Eddie Edwards and James Storm. Eli Drake will say that both men came to the same conclusions a few months ago, and they realised that to get something done in this “lawless land”, then they’d have to take it into their own hands. Ethan Carter will then be handed the microphone, and he will back up Eli Drake’s words. Carter will add that throughout all the regime change that has destabilized their positions, he and Drake have remained at the very top. Ethan will add that they may have never been anybody's “boys”, but whenever the new flavour of the month rolled into town, it soon became clear that they didn’t have it in them to match the likes of Eli Drake and Ethan Carter. But that is exactly why this team came to be, as Carter explains that his run ins with Eli in the past, and the fact that everybody knows they haven’t always seen eye to eye, is the exact reason they had to come together. Carter will say that sometimes, personal feelings have to be put aside, in order to move forward. Carter will say that very few men in this business understand what it means to be a “supremely gifted, triple threat talent”. Carter will say that the three men in the ring all have the ability, the look and the star quality to make it to the very top, and in working together, they can play the same game as everybody else. Because finally, Ethan Carter has what was handed to Alberto El Patron, and Johnny Impact, and Moose, and James Storm, and Eddie Edwards, and everybody else who has continually been handed opportunity after opportunity. That thing is somebody in the back, who is willing to go to bat for him. Edwards will admit that when Alberto El Patron became Champion, he remained calm. He will say that as he battled to restore the pride and respect in the Grand Championship, he was confident that somebody else would be able to deal with Alberto El Patron and whatever his deal with LAX is. However, as Eddie Edwards has observed, he has seen challenger after challenger drop like flies. He will make it clear that this has nothing to do with the talent of Alberto, and everything to do with the methods he takes. Therefore, when his friend Moose told him that he wouldn’t be able to challenge for the Impact World Championship any time soon, Eddie Edwards will say he knew he had to step up. Then, attempting to turn the audience against the Impact Grand Champion, Alberto will ask the crowd how long it took Eddie Edwards to jump in and try to “steal” his so-called friend Moose’s Championship match. Alberto El Patron will say that Moose was barely out of the medical room before Edwards put himself forward for the Number One Contendership. Eddie Edwards will say that Alberto El Patron is twisting the truth, but he will have a response to that. El Patron will say that any dignity that Edwards had went out of the window long ago, back when he defended the Grand Championship against Homicide. El Patrol will say that LAX are still pissed off about that, adding his belief that anybody watching would see that the only reason that Eddie Edwards retained his Championship, was because he had the judges in his pocket. Eddie Edwards will once again object to the claim, but Alberto El Patron will say that until Edwards gives Homicide a fair chance to avenge that “injustice”, then there is no chance of Eddie Edwards getting close to a shot at the Impact World Championship. On that note, Alberto El Patron will leave the ring, heading up the ramp to the annoyance of Eddie Edwards.</div></blockquote> Coming back from the commercial break, the commentators will speak in a hurried and frantic tone. This will have resulted in Eddie Edwards being left at their mercy, and facilitated the attack. Having been defeated by Brian Cage, Eli Drake and Ethan Carter in the show’s handicap Main Event, Storm was backed up by the World Tag Team Champions. He will have to rely on them this week, as they look to neutralise the threat Brian Cage and Eli Drake.

Elsewhere, a No DQ match is scheduled, which will mark a huge moment in the “Fight Back” against LAX. Calling out LAX, Allie and Braxton Sutter were joined in the ring by Crazzy Steve and Rosemary, who laid out the challenge for an anything goes contest. With the return of the “Lethal Lockdown” confirmed for Impact Wrestling’s upcoming Pay-Per-View, this match will offer a potential preview of the brutality and chaos that is guaranteed at the “Steel Cage Showcase” of next month’s Lockdown!

After announcing the Lethal Lockdown last week, LAX will this week learn the identity of the first two members of “The Fight Back” - the team constructed to face them at the upcoming Pay-Per-View. There will also be action from the Tag Team Division and the X Division.

Video Package: Impact Wrestling will open with a video package of “The Fight Back” against LAX, featuring footage of Johnny Impact, Moose and Eddie Edwards’ run ins with the group. Recently, another group have risen up against LAX, with footage showing the “fight back” of Allie, Braxton Sutter, Crazzy Steve & Rosemary. Last week, the four competitors stood in the middle of the ring, holding an array of weapons. They then challenged LAX to a match where anything goes, a challenge which was accepted by Homicide on one condition. That there be no contact between the two sides until the match. This allowed LAX to assault Eddie Edwards last week, without “The Fight Back” being able to come to his aid.

Out of the opening credits, Jeremy Borash and Josh Matthews will introduce the show, while sat at ringside.

They will do a quick job of this, putting over the fact that the show would go straight into the action, with the 8 Person No DQ match of Allie, Braxton Sutter, Crazzy Steve and Rosemary against LAX opening up Impact Wrestling. 3 minutes

Allie, Braxton Sutter, Crazzy Steve & Rosemary vs. LAX

Bringing their weapons with them to the ring, the match will begin at a high tempo, with all eight competitors taking the fight to each other in a brutal fashion. This will see the brawl spill out of the ring and all over the building, with the focus switching between the various fights. While Ortiz & Santana will look to work together, they will eventually be dragged apart by Braxton Sutter and Crazzy Steve. Remaining in the ring, Allie will come closest to victory, but will have her pinfall attempt broken up as Ivelisse Velez pushes Rosemary into the cover. This will result in the four female competitors fight amongst themselves in the ring, as the males return to the ringside area.

From here, it will appear that the “Fight Back” are in control. While both sides will maintain offence, momentum will swing away from LAX. This will result in Ortiz & Santana finding themselves in a difficult predicament, as they are both set up on tables on the outside. As Crazzy Steve looks to climb to the top turnbuckle, he will be stopped by Rosemary, who will insist that she be the one to take out Ortiz & Santana. Eventually, the two will decide to take a corner each. However, as Rosemary and Steve come crashing down, Homicide will appear from nowhere.

Pulling the arms of his two LAX brothers, Homicide will cause the former Decay members to crash and burn. This will leave Allie and Braxton Sutter to fight the entirety of LAX, and they will struggle to do so. Despite an attempted comeback, Allie and Sutter’s defences will eventually be broken down. Eventually, Santana and Ortiz will have Sutter in a position to defeat him, but Ivelisse will insist that she finishes the job. Taking Allie out of the equation, Velez will get Ortiz & Santana to pick the already beaten Sutter off the canvas, kicking him between the legs. Sutter will crumble back to the match, and Velez will pin him for the victory.

Celebrating their victory in the ring, LAX’s achievements will be put over on commentary, as they once again reaffirm their superiority. With the four competitors, who have led their own “Fight Back” in recent weeks, down on the mat, the group will leave the ring - having squashed the latest attempt to resist their dominance.

Returning from a break, the commentators will talk about the events which took place at the beginning of the show. Putting over the brutality of the opener, they will discuss LAX’s victory over the “first wave of The Fight Back”. From here, they will promote the rest of the show, where the first two men chosen to oppose LAX in the Lethal Lockdown will be revealed, and Ethan Carter will go one on one with James Storm. This will lead into a video package of what happened last week, when James Storm challenged all three members of “Team Impact” to a handicap match.

Video Package: Footage will be shown from the Main Event of last week’s episode, where James Storm had turned his match against Eli Drake into a handicap match which also featured Brian Cage and Ethan Carter. When the match was over, the victorious collective known as “Team Impact” looked to continue their beatdown of James Storm. However, the group were stopped in their tracks by the emergence of the World Tag Team Champions. Making the save, Marufuji & Nakajima were able to clear the ring, standing tall with James Storm to end the show. (3 minutes)

James Storm will talk about the Main Event, and his feeling that when it comes to “that group” he won’t name, there’s no chance of him getting a fair one on one match. James will then thank Naomichi Marufuji and Katsuhiko Nakajima for their help last week, but add that his desire is to prove that he is better than each individual member of that group - alone. While he will face Ethan Carter later tonight, it is Brian Cage and Eli Drake that he wishes to call out. James Storm will say that he wants the two men who took him out last month to show their faces, because he has something to say to them - and them alone. The two men will eventually oblige, and Eli Drake will take a microphone of his own as he enters the ring.

James Storm will make his request to Eli Drake and Brian Cage, making reference to their belief that “anarchy rules” in Impact Wrestling. He will say that whether that is the case or not, there’s nothing stopping them from coming to agreements between themselves. Storm will say that every part of him wants to throw fists at the two men in the ring, but that isn’t why he is out here at this time. Instead, James Storm’s request will be that, if only just for this one night, Brian Cage and Eli Drake stay away from ringside until the bell has sounded, and the match is over. Brian Cage will laugh this off, wondering what is in it for them. However, as Brian Cage turns to his partner, Eli will tell him to hold on.

Eli Drake will then say “we agree”. Both Storm and Cage will be surprised by this reaction, but Eli Drake will extend his hand to James Storm. As he does this, he will add “on one condition…” Eli Drake will then go on to explain that he is more than willing to agree to this truce tonight, and he’s sure Brian Cage is too, as long as there’s something in it for them. Drake will say that their request is just as simple, all he wants is for James Storm to talk to his buddies from Pro-Wrestling NOAH, and get Cage and Drake a shot at the Impact World Tag Team Championships. James Storm will be frustrated by this request, pointing out that he doesn’t have the power to make such a match. Drake will simply respond with the phrase “deal… or no deal.” Growing increasingly annoyed at having his hands tied, Storm will tell Drake that he will see what he can do. Eli Drake will retract his hand from Storm, telling him to get them what they want, otherwise “we’ll see you later, cowboy”. Eli Drake will then lead Brian Cage out of the ring, heading back up the ramp.

Returning to Impact Wrestling, the LAX “Clubhouse” will be the setting of an official address by Konnan. While there will clearly be business going on around him, Konnan will be the only person who is visible on screen at the time.

Konnan’s message will be simple, commenting on the announcement of their first two opponent for Lethal Lockdown later tonight. He will tell “The Fight Back” that if they want to know what they’re in for, then they should watch back the start of tonight’s show. Konnan will say that the brutality and ruthlessness they showed tonight was merely a preview of what awaits them inside “the sadistic structure” of Lethal Lockdown. Konnan will say that the fact that Impact Wrestling are building a team against them, proves everything they have ever said to be true. Not only are they exposing their lies, but when they put their four most trusted guys in the Cage with LAX, Impact Wrestling are taking the lamb straight to the slaughter.

Back to ringside, the commentators will talk about the upcoming match between Dezmond Xavier and Tyson Dux, introducing footage of what happened on last week’s show.

Video Package: Footage will show Petey Williams and Sonjay Dutt’s attempts to “give tips and pointers” to the competitors last week, when they joined ringside for DJ Z’s match with Trevor Lee. Having distracted DJ Z and cost him the victory, they were challenged to a match there and then, by DJ Z and Dezmond Xavier. Accepting this challenge, and taking advantage of DJ Z’s fatigue, The Gatekeepers were able to score the victory, in the first match between the rival duos. (2 minutes)

Dezmond Xavier vs. Tyson Dux

Sent out to put on a fairly standard X Division match, the contest will see the quick and agile Dezmond Xavier pitted against Tyson Dux, known for a grittier approach. Throughout the match, the commentators will talk about what was set to break a “breakout” year for Dezmond Xavier, following his Super X Cup victory in 2017. While he has yet been unable to follow up on that with a Championship victory, he will be able to pick up the win in this one. Avoiding an attempted Lariat by Tyson Dux, Xavier will manage to use a back handspring to get out of the way. He will follow this up with a Backflip Kick and a “Final Flash” from the top rope.

Going into the break, the commentators will talk over Xavier’s celebrations, reporting that Marufuji and Nakajima have addressed the proposal made by Eli Drake and Brian Cage earlier in the night. Promoting footage of that before the commercials, they will recap what happened earlier in the night, and the proposition made by Eli Drake. Should the World Tag Team Champions accept the challenge, James Storm will be promised a fair one on one shot at Ethan Carter tonight.

Having been approached, immediately after the proposition was made by Eli Drake, Marufuji and Nakajima will be asked for their initial reaction to the challenge.
Answering in Japanese, the words of the two men will be translated on-screen. They will get across the fact that they are happy to accept any challenge from Impact Wrestling, including that of Brian Cage and Eli Drake. They will also make it clear that the match will only take place if Brian Cage and Eli Drake keep up their end of the bargain. After they convey that message simply, they will be confronted by oVe.

Making their point equally as clearly, Dave and Jake Crist will point to Marufuji and Nakajima, and then to themselves, saying “you… against us - tonight!” They will then walk off.

Recovering from their match earlier, Allie and Braxton Sutter will be seen in the Locker Room. It will quickly be made clear that Allie is in serious pain.

Allie will tell Braxton Sutter that she has spoken to the medical team, and they’ve told her she needs to rest up. Sutter will ask how long they said she needed to sit out, but Allie will say that she can’t take any time off, especially when she and Rosemary have to face Diamante and Ivelisse next week. Braxton will say that he understands her desire to fight back against LAX, but point out that the only way you can beat them is if you are at 100%. He will say that “anything less, and LAX will destroy us all over again!” The pair will then be joined in the Locker Room by Taya Valkyrie.

Taya will show concern for Allie, saying that she has heard about her injury. When she asks Allie if she is okay, Allie will tell her that she isn’t okay, but when it comes down to it, she has no choice but to be ready for action. She will add that she has a match next week, and she can’t let Rosemary down. Taya will show sympathy, quietly adding that she thinks that they are doing a great job in fighting back against LAX. This will give Braxton Sutter an idea, and he will ask Taya if she is willing to fill in for Allie next week. Taya will be taken aback, and will look away from Sutter and to Allie. Allie will have a big smile on her face, asking Taya if she’s willing to take one for the team. Under pressure from both Allie and Braxton, Taya will agree to team with Rosemary next week.

Out of that segment, the commentators will put over the long, personal rivalry between Rosemary and Taya, saying that they will have to put that aside next week, if they’re to survive against LAX.

Billy Carr & Dan Barry vs. The Veterans of War

Put over as two of the teams who have slightly gone under the radar in Impact Wrestling, both sides of the match will be put over by commentary as hard-working teams looking for their big break. The in-ring action will see them go back and forth, looking to outwork each other in a highly competitive manner. While both teams will come close to victory on occasion, it will be Dan Barry and Billy Carr who score the victory, when Mayweather succumbs to a 3D.

As their arms are raised by the referee, the commentators will talk about their impressive run since joining the company. Having put up an impressive fight against Marufuji & Nakajima a couple of weeks ago, the two men will signal around their waists, gesturing that they want Tag Team gold.

<hr>Returning to the second hour of Impact Wrestling, the commentators will recap the show so far. They will then move on to discussing last week’s events, as Eddie Edwards called out Alberto El Patron…

Video Package: Footage will be shown of Eddie Edwards calling out Alberto El Patron, and the attempts to belittle him made by the Impact World Champion. After Alberto El Patron told the Grand Champion that he wasn’t worthy of a shot at the Impact World Championship, Eddie Edwards was jumped by LAX on his way up the ramp. The attack was unrelenting, and was allowed to continue until the Impact Grand Champion was left barely conscious. (2 minutes)

Coming out of the video package, the Impact Grand Champion will make his way down to the ring. When he reaches it, he will take a microphone.

Eddie Edwards will talk about what happened last week, saying that he tried to make this about himself and Alberto El Patron, but the World Champion can’t seem to do anything alone these days. Eddie Edwards will say that everything that has been said by El Patron and LAX in these last few weeks has been complete lies, and he points out the biggest lie is their claims of “injustice”. Eddie will say that if anybody wanted to hold LAX down, then why have they received opportunity after opportunity in the past 6 months. Edwards will say that it isn’t just the Impact World Championship, because LAX have had opportunities at the Knockouts Championship, the Tag Team Championships and the Grand Championship. Edwards will say that despite that, they still want to claim that they aren’t getting a fair chance. Eddie will say that this isn’t about Homicide getting “screwed over”, or the countless other conspiracies LAX have, it’s about silencing those who stand against them. Eddie will say that he knows that LAX only speak with their hands, so instead he is calling out Alberto El Patron. Cockily making his entrance, Alberto will portray an air of arrogance which suggest he feels above Eddie Edwards.

Furthering this attitude, Alberto El Patron will square up to Eddie Edwards, looking down on the shorter competitor. El Patron will say that when he listens to Eddie Edwards, all he hears is “yap! yap! yap!”, and when he looks at him, he sees nothing but a “little loser”. Edwards will be annoyed by this, but El Patron will tell him to calm down. El Patron will then suggest that Eddie Edwards is trying to make up for his inadequacies, but say that everybody can see that he is just a little chiwawa. Alberto will continue to mock Eddie Edwards, until the Grand Champion snaps back.

Eddie will tell Alberto that it is just the two of them in the ring, claiming that he could break Alberto’s ankle before LAX had the chance to get here. Alberto El Patron will laugh off the threat, saying that the “little man” is making up for something else that is little. He will then gesture with his forefinger and thumb, suggesting that Eddie Edwards has a tiny penis. Eddie will then remove the Grand Championship from his waist, making it clear he is ready to fight. However, this will give Alberto El Patron an idea, and he will point at the title that Eddie Edwards holds. He will then suggest that “that is your problem…”

Edwards will be confused, but Alberto El Patron will clear it up quickly. Alberto will say that the reason Eddie Edwards is desperate to prove himself against the Impact World Champion is because he “knows, just like all these people know… the Grand Championship isn’t worth a damn thing!” This will anger Eddie Edwards, and he will lay his Championship in the middle of the ring, between them. Eddie Edwards will say that “the Championship doesn’t make the man, the man makes the Championship”. He will then call on Alberto El Patron to lay his Championship on the mat too. This will be explained by Eddie Edwards, who will say that Alberto can believe that his Championship is above Eddie’s, but when they both take them off, it’s about who is the better man.

Alberto El Patron will then remove his Championship from over his shoulder, making it look like he is going to put it down. However, he will stop, returning the Championship to his shoulder and stamping on the centerplate of the Impact Grand Championship! The commentators will react to the shocking disrespect shown by Alberto El Patron, but Eddie Edwards will have already made his move. Lunging at Alberto El Patron, the enraged Eddie Edwards will take the Impact World Champion down. Laying a barrage of punches in the head of Alberto El Patron, Eddie Edwards will not relent in the attack. He will continue to throw punches at Alberto El Patron, until the World Champion manages to wriggle free. Escaping the ring, Alberto El Patron will grab his Championship and “run for higher ground”.

In the ring, Eddie Edwards will be in a complete blind rage. Grabbing a microphone, he will call Alberto El Patron “a piece of s**t” (which will be censored). He will then go on to tell him: “Bring me Homicide… bring me whoever the hell you want! Whatever it takes… I am going to tear you apart Alberto!”

Edwards will then throw the microphone down, picking his Championship up from the mat. As the show goes to break, the Impact Grand Champion will stare down Alberto El Patron on the ramp.

Returning from the break, the announcers will discuss the “shocking disrespect” shown by Alberto El Patron, as he stamped on the Impact Grand Championship. Borash will say that whatever you think about a title, there is never an excuse to disrespect those who have fought so hard for it. Matthews will agree, saying that for as much as he enjoys watching Alberto El Patron in the ring, he finds it difficult to have any respect for somebody who would behave in that manner.

Marufuji & Nakajima vs. oVe

Having been on a bad run, oVe’s decision to call out the top team in Impact Wrestling will prove make or break for the former Impact World Tag Team Champions. Starting well, the commentators will put over that in spite of their poor record, oVe are undoubtedly one of the most talented duos in the company. Throughout the match they will prove this, running Marufuji & Nakajima close on a number of occasions. While the match is non-title, it will be put over how big a victory could be for the team, and this pressure will get to oVe. Despite coming close on a number of occasions, oVe will be defeated by Marufuji & Nakajima, following a Bridging German Suplex to Jake Crist, from Katsuhiko Nakajima.

Rolling out of the ring, oVe will head up the ramp, discussing what went wrong for them once again. Standing in the ring, Marufuji & Nakajima will hold their Championships high.

As they celebrate, they will climb to the top rope, as the commentators discuss the fact that earlier in the night they agreed to defend the Impact World Tag Team Championships against Brian Cage and Eli Drake. While this discussion continues, Brian Cage and Eli Drake will make their way to the ring.

When Marufuji & Nakajima return to the canvas, they will be caught off guard by Cage & Drake. This will give the Number One Contenders an upper hand, as a brawl break out in the ring. Taking Marufuji out of the equation, the two men will isolate Katsuko Nakajima. Eli Drake will then instruct Brian Cage to lift him onto his shoulder, dropping him in the ring with a Running Powerslam. Eli Drake will then add his usual theatrics, before hitting a Leaping Elbow Drop to the Pro-Wrestling NOAH star. The pair will then take the Impact World Tag Team Championships, raising them above their own heads. Looking down on Nakajima, Eli Drake will say “we can’t touch Storm… but we can get you.”

Moving from the Tag Team Champions to the X Division, the commentators will introduce footage from last week’s match between Matt Sydal and Garza Jr.

Video Package: Growing frustrated at being unable to put away the X Division Champion, Garza Jr. snapped. Laying boots into Matt Sydal in the corner, Garza Jr. was disqualified when refusing to respect the referee’s count. Even after the bell, Garza Jr. continued to assault Matt Sydal, until he was pulled away by multiple members of the Impact Wrestling crew.

Returning to ringside, the commentators will discuss Garza Jr.’s frustration, saying that he has reached a point where he can no longer make excuses for actions like those from last week. (2 minutes)

Garza Jr. vs. Marshe Rockett

Promoted as a local independent star, the commentators will put over the opportunities that Impact Wrestling lay on for competitors when they visit an area. Marshe Rockett will manage some offence in the match, but the focussed Garza Jr. will prove himself superior to the “Chicago native”. Having spoken recently about his trouble in adapting to Impact Wrestling, Garza Jr. will pick up a vital victory, causing Rockett to submit to “La Campana”.

Following his victory, a rather stoic looking Garza Jr. will have his arm raised in the ring. As he stands tall, he will be confronted by the X Division Champion, Matt Sydal.

Matt Sydal will want an explanation of what happened last week, but Garza Jr. will not register his presence. Matt Sydal will grab Garza by the arm, asking him what last week was all about. Despite this, Garza Jr. will once again ignore the X Division Champion, leaving the ring and heading back to the locker room.

Going into the commercial break, the commentators will lead into a video package by talking about the trail of destruction left in the wake of LAX.

Video Package: The video package will show the separate occasions that both Johnny Impact and Moose were taken out of action by Alberto El Patron and LAX. Having kept them out of action for some weeks, the footage will end by promoting the returns of Johnny Impact and Moose, “... up next!”

Returning from the commercial break, the commentators will promote the return of Moose and Johnny Impact. (2 minutes)

Making their entrances separately, Johnny Impact and Moose will come down the ramp alone, but present a united front when they enter the ring.

Johnny Impact will say that it has been far too long since he stepped in this ring, and he is sure that Moose feels the same way too. Impact will say that for competitors like them, not being medically cleared is their worst nightmare. He will say that sitting on the sidelines, watching the action unfold is like a form of torture. Moose will add that what makes it all the worse, is seeing the people who took you out running wild over Impact Wrestling.

Moose will say that they are both back now, and while they aren’t 100% just yet, they’ve got some good news. Impact will add that while they’ve been watching LAX destroy everybody in their path, they’ve had one beacon of light shining through. Johnny Impact will explain that while Konnan has been talking about what they’re going to do at Lethal Lockdown in 4 weeks time, they’ve been talking too. Moose will take over, saying that they’ve been talking to the bosses at Impact Wrestling, and they have put their names forward. On that note, Johnny Impact will officially announce that he and Moose will return to action at Lockdown… as the first two members of the team to face LAX in the Lethal Lockdown match. Moose will then tell LAX that their time “running this place” is coming to an end, and it will come to an end “in 4 weeks at Lockdown!”

Putting over the huge announcement, the commentators will talk over a graphic which shows Homicide, Ortiz, Satana and a blank space, as well as Johnny Impact, Moose and two blank spaces. After that, focus must switch to the Main Event.

Video Package: Going back to their time as members of the original “Team Impact”, the rivalry between Ethan Carter and James Storm will be put over as having last almost a year. Kicking into another gear when Ethan Carter turned his back on his former friend Eddie Edwards, the two men have spent the past 6 months at loggerheads. Put over as a hugely personal rivalry, footage of their constant state of war will be played. Having failed to get rid of James Storm from the company, Ethan Carter enlisted the help of Brian Cage and Eli Drake to rid the company of the man he described as a “treacherous turncoat”. However, in this match, Ethan Carter will be forced to go it alone, as James Storm finally receives a fair fight with the man who has tried to destroy his reputation and drag the company he loves through the mud. (2 minutes)

Ethan Carter vs. James Storm

Going into the match, the commentators will do everything in their power to set up a big fight feel. Talking about the rivalry’s origins, in the build up to last year’s Slammiversary, they will call the match a “clash of ideologies” between two men who couldn’t be more different to one another. One a hard-working, every man who has worked his way from the bottom, the other an entitled “rich kid”, who was handed everything on a plate.

Presented as the final match in their long rivalry, the two competitors will start slowly, highlighting how important the momentum of the match will be. After some back and forth, Ethan Carter will look to take control, but find continued resistance from Storm. The tentative nature of the match will continue, with Carter managing to stifle James Storm’s attempts to up the tempo, but fail to completely control the match. Eventually, the contest will turn in the favour of Ethan Carter, and he will begin to dissect James Storm. When he feels that the match is under his control, Ethan Carter will take James Storm to the outside. Setting up the throw him into the ringpost, Jeremy Borash will call back to their match at Slammiversary, where James Storm sustained serious injury from being driven into the ringpost. This time, James Storm will be able to stop himself before impact with the post, and hit the oncoming Ethan Carter with a Superkick. Both men will fall to the mat, only just making it back to the ring before the 10 count.

From here, James Storm will mount his comeback, using the even keel the two men are on to build momentum. Eventually, Storm will manage to get Ethan Carter where he wants him, setting up for the “Last Call” Superkick. However, Carter will block the kick, spinning James Storm round and hitting a One Percenter from out of nowhere. Despite this, he will be unable to make the cover. As both men make it back to their feet, they will go back and forth. James Storm will look to get the better of the exchange, and eventually set Carter up in the rarely used “Eye of The Storm”. The commentators will put over the use of the move, pointing out how much victory means to James Storm. Somehow, Ethan Carter will manage to take control in midair, and when he comes back down to the mat, he will have James Storm in a headlock position. Disoriented, Ethan Carter will manage - seemingly through instinct alone - to drop James Storm to the mat with another One Percenter. Dropping on top of Storm, Carter will manage to score the victory.

After the match, highlights from the match will be replayed, including several angles of the surprising finish. When the focus returns to the ring, a dizzy Ethan Carter will be recovering from the match, putting over how competitive it was. As Ethan recovers, he will be joined by Brian Cage and Eli Drake.

Each taking an arm, Ethan Carter’s fellow “Team Impact” members will return him to his feet. With James Storm now out cold on the ring apron, “Team Impact” will leave the ring. Making their way up the ramp, the trio will stop when they reach the top. Having come to, Ethan Carter will raise his arm, celebrating with his “Team Impact” partners, as the show goes off air.

Video Package: Edited footage of the interaction between the Impact World Champion and the Impact Grand Champion will be played. Throughout their back and forth, Alberto El Patron belittled Eddie Edwards, mocking both his height and the perceived prestige of his Championship. Responding to this, a fired up Eddie Edwards suggested the two men removed their titles and placed them between them on the mat. This would allow them to put their achievements aside and resolve their issues “man to man”. Alberto El Patron would have other ideas however, and would disrespect the Impact Grand Championship by shockingly stamping on it in the middle of the ring. This would cause Eddie Edwards to see red, assaulting Alberto El Patron in the middle of the ring. When Alberto managed to pull himself away from Edwards, the Impact Grand Champion warned him that he would get his hands on him - and he would prove who the better Champion was. After that, the focus will switch to LAX’s war on Impact Wrestling, and the various waves of resistance they have faced. Becoming increasingly brutal, the escalating violence appeared to have reached new levels, after what LAX believed to be the “unjust” victory of Eddie Edwards over Homicide. With Ortiz taken out following an athletic dive to the outside from Johnny Impact, Moose will be able to close in on the victory, as he hits Santana with a Spear, after an attempted a dive from the top rope. While the rivalry between the two men is deep and layered, they will introduce a video package of a specific incident which raised the stakes between them. Video Package: Footage will be played from last month, where Homicide challenged the new Impact Grand Champion, Eddie Edwards for the title. With the match even going into the final round, both men managed a reasonably even amount of offence throughout. However, when it came to the judges decision, all three men voted in favour of Eddie Edwards. This didn’t sit well with LAX, who claimed conspiracy against Homicide and his LAX teammates. Konnan’s suggestion that Eddie only won because management prefer his face on the posters, resulted in a declaration from LAX. It was this moment that sparked a change in LAX’s approach, as they switched from trying to take over Impact Wrestling… to trying to take it down! Following the video package, but before the match, the commentators will tell the viewers that they have received word of an announcement for next week. They will inform everybody that ahead of next week‘s Impact Wrestling, both camps of the Lethal Lockdown match have confirmed their intention to name the final member of their team’s, for the upcoming Lockdown pay-per-view. As a result, Homicide will be able to impose his street fighting approach on Eddie Edwards, without the help of Konnan at ringside, keeping his opponent down by laying his boots into him. While Eddie Edwards will find moments of hope, Homicide will do a fairly professional job of keeping him down. Soon, Homicide will look to finish the match off, and pick up a victory which LAX would count as some measure of justice for his Grand Championship defeat last month.</div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Setting up for the “Gringo Killer”, Homicide will find resistance from Eddie Edwards, who will escape the move. Edwards will get out of harm's way, but Homicide will quickly follow up with a Big Boot which sends him into the corner. Homicide will then look to lift Eddie Edwards to sit on the top turnbuckle, setting him up for a Cutter from the top rope. Eddie Edwards will fight off the move, slipping off the top rope and back to the mat. He will then look to hit Homicide with a Superplex, but after a struggle will end up being knocked from the second rope, down to the mat. Homicide will then move up to the top rope, going for a Frog Splash. Eddie Edwards will manage to avoid the Splash, and as Homicide rebounds up from the mat, Edwards will give him no time to recover before hitting him with a version of the “Boston Knee Party” (however, the announcers will not refer to the move by this name). Raising the Impact World Championship high above his head, the announcers will comment on the disrespect shown by Alberto El Patron. The final shot of the episode will show the World Champion stood tall, having conquered both Eddie Edwards, and Eddie Edwards’ Impact Grand Championship.</div></blockquote>

With the days counting down to the upcoming Lockdown Pay-Per-View, things are bound to heat up, on this week’s Impact Wrestling. In the Tag Team Division, the stakes could not be higher, as Marufuji & Nakajima defend their Impact World Tag Team Championships against the team of Brian Cage and Eli Drake - who have made it clear that they wish to be officially known as “Natural Selection” going forward. Having used the “lawless land” that they claim Impact has become to their advantage, Eli Drake and Brian Cage didn’t quite earn their shot through traditional means. Instead, they manipulated Marufuji & Nakajima’s respect of James Storm, ensuring him a fair fight against Ethan Carter, in return for a shot at the World Tag Team Championships. With a number of teams fighting their way to earn a shot, a victory for Natural Selection would no doubt rub some of them up the wrong way.

Elsewhere, Allie will go one on one with a member of LAX, albeit not the one she had her heart set on. Instead, having been cleared to compete, Allie will face Diamante, as she continues to look to earn a shot at the Knockouts Championship. Also promoted for the show is the reveal of the final members, from each of the teams set to face off in the Lethal Lockdown - in just under two weeks time. While “El Jefe de LAX”, Konnan has claimed to be “calling in an old friend”, The Fight Back’s fourth member remains a complete mystery, with the competitors identity being kept a closely guarded mystery, ahead of this week’s reveal!

Clearly frustrated, Eddie Edwards will accept that he can’t lay his hands on El Patron just yet. Alberto El Patron will tell Eddie Edwards that he has brought him out here for a good reason, but there’s a few things he wants to get straight first. Alberto will say that his comments about the Impact Grand Championship have been the talk of the locker room recently, but he stands by everything he says. El Patron will say that it wasn’t about disrespecting Eddie Edwards, it was about speaking the truth. Alberto El Patron will add that there is a reason that Eddie Edwards came to him about a “Champion vs. Champion” match, and it wasn’t the other way around. Eddie Edwards will say that the reason is that El Patron is a coward, but Alberto will tell him “I’m not done yet”. El Patron will continue on, asking the audience and the viewers at home if - hand on heart - they believe that the Impact Grand Championship is of any value to Impact Wrestling whatsoever. He will then turn the question onto Eddie Edwards, saying that the reason he is so angry about Alberto’s so-called “disrespect”, is because deep down he knows it to be true. Responding, Eddie Edwards will deny this, saying that the Championship means a lot to him. He will admit that the Championship has been dragged through the mud at times, but it is because of that - and his attempts to reinstill some honour into the Championship - that it means so much for him to represent the Grand Championship with the respect it deserves. Edwards will also point out that his current title reign is the one that made him a Grand Slam Champion in Impact Wrestling. While he won’t expect that to mean much to Alberto, he will know that to Impact Wrestling fans, and to Eddie himself, it puts him in a unique category in the history of the company. An achievement which has only been completely by four other men. Braxton will talk about the power of the Impact Wrestling fans, reminding Allie that they were the ones who helped make her a star in the first place. She should know better than anyone what they are capable off. Sutter will then take his phone out and begin typing. After a short while he will read back the “tweet” he had just written out, saying “Calling all Allie fans, let @ImpactWrestling know what we want! #WeWantAllie #Lockdown”. He will then send the tweet, telling Allie that she has to believe.</div></blockquote> Returning from the commercial break, a video package will show how the Main Event match came to be. Video Package: Beginning with a confrontation in a corridor, the rivalry between two teams with very different wrestling philosophies became clear shortly after Marufuji & Nakajima became World Tag Team Champions. Later, after Eli Drake and Brian Cage had “observed” the Champions first match after winning the titles, the pair turned their attention to James Storm. Joining Storm in his fight against “Team Impact”, Marufuji & Nakajima made clear enemies of Brian Cage and Eli Drake, but it was another rivalry which resulted in this match. Having been at odds for months, Ethan Carter and James Storm were set to face off for one final time. Despite having this backup, James Storm made it clear that he wanted a one on one match between the two, with no outside involvement. In order to secure this, Brian Cage and Eli Drake demanded that James Storm get them a World Tag Team Championship shot. In contravention to the traditional method of earning a title shot, Eli Drake once again manipulated the “lawless land” of Impact Wrestling, looking to secure a Championship win for himself and Brian Cage. Matthews will say that for all the complaints, nobody can say that this wasn’t what Eli Drake warned would happen, if “the law of the jungle” was allowed to rule. When the match gets underway, it will follow a fairly standard Tag Team formula, eventually settling into control for Natural Selection, as they isolate Katsuhiko Nakajima on their side of the ring. Of course, he will be able to eventually turn the tide, and his hard-hitting style will push Natural Selection back. While they will make it difficult for him, with quick tags and a series of rest holds, Katsuhiko Nakajima will eventually be able to bring Naomichi Marufuji into the match.</div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Mounting a comeback for the Impact World Tag Team Champions, Naomichi Marufuji’s flurry of offence will be too much for Eli Drake, and he will look to escape the ring. When he finally returns, he will tag Brian Cage straight in. From there, Brian Cage will look to take Marufuji out, but the Japanese legend will be quick and evasive. Looking to chop the big man down, Marufuji will eventually take to the top rope. Despite success in unbalancing the big man, this will backfire on Marufuji, when Eli Drake pushes him off the top turnbuckle. This will result in Naomichi Marufuji being crotched on the top rope, allowing Brian Cage to take back control. Eli Drake will then engage in a brawl with Katsuhiko Nakajima on the outside, leaving Marufuji at the mercy of Brian Cage. Cage will lift Marufuji onto his shoulder for his signature Running Powerslam, but the Champion will manage to escape. However, when Brian Cage manages to regain control, he will lift Marufuji up, dropping him onto his partner on the outside. Having given Eli Drake a heads up, the other half of Natural Selection will be able to get out of the way, leading the Champions to crash into each other. Now with the referee distracted, Eli Drake will be able to push Katsuhiko Nakajima into the Steel Steps, before rolling Marufuji back into the ring.</div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Returning to the corner, Eli Drake will tag himself in, as Brian Cage begins his run up for the Running Powerslam. Going into the commercial break, Jeremy Borash and Josh Matthews will discuss the controversial title change, and what it will mean for the Tag Team Division going forward.</div></blockquote> Returning from the final break, the commentators will give a rundown of the Lockdown card, talking about the breakthroughs which have come during tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling. They will say that despite the huge title change before the break, the biggest moment of the night is yet to come. While Low-Ki was confirmed as joining Homicide, Ortiz & Santana in the Lethal Lockdown match, Konnan will make his way to the ring alone. Entering the ring, he will take a microphone. <div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="hedifeB.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hedifeB.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div> Insisting that he has been around too long for anything in this business to surprise him, Konnan will say that there isn’t a guy in this company who comes close to being able to match the team he has assembled. Continuing to talk up LAX, he will call “The Fight Back” a group of cobbled together individuals, while his team are a family. Having waited long enough, Konnan wants to know which member of the Impact Wrestling roster is ready to join James Storm, Johnny Impact and Moose, as lambs to the slaughter at Lockdown. He will say that what brings them together isn’t money, greed and power, but instead a love of Impact Wrestling. Storm will say that Moose is a future Impact World Champion, while Johnny Impact and himself have already held that distinction. He will add that in all his years in the company, he has never seen anybody take Impact Wrestling to heart as quickly as Johnny Impact has. At this point, Johnny Impact will begin to talk, saying that the men who stand in this ring aren’t just a part of Impact, “We Are Impact”. But he will add that they aren’t the only part of Impact, saying that the entire reason for this “Fight Back” has been the fans, and the guys and girls in the locker room who have had to put up with LAX. Johnny Impact will say that he doesn’t know if they can stop LAX, and he doesn’t know if they can take LAX out. However, Impact does know that no matter how hard things get, and how bleak they appear, they can always find a way to “Fight Back”. He will go on to praise those who have fought back and fallen to LAX, and those who have been unable to fight back because of what LAX have done to them. Johnny Impact will say that finding people willing to go to war with LAX was difficult, and he had to look far and wide to ensure that they got the person most capable of fighting back. To do that, they looked for the one man who knows Konnan better than anybody, the man who could help them get inside the head of the master strategist that had led the dominance of LAX. Hearing this will unsettle Konnan, who will agitatedly ask “who is the rat? Who you got snitchin’ on me!?” Johnny Impact will laugh at Konnan’s reaction, telling him “our partner… is a mystery!”. This will cause Konnan to flip his lid, and he will agressively get in the face of each member of “The Fight Back”. He will then threaten to get his boys out here right now, to beat the answer out of them. Konnan will continue to rant and rave, until Moose tells him to calm down. Moose will then tell Johnny Impact “give it to him in a language he understands”. Johnny Impact will then say “Konnan… mi amigo… isn’t it obvious. Neustro. Socio. Es... Our partner is… MYSTERIO!” Johnny Impact will then point to the large screen. The camera will hide whatever is on the screen, instead focussing on the expression of Konnan as his face drops. Shaking his head in disbelief, Konnan will place his head in his hands, as the show comes to a close.
