If Tardelli goes Australia then I might go Japan - which I never do. It would be something different for me. Going head to head with Dr A drafting will be kind of fun too. There's enough talent for both of us but no doubt we will fight over the best guys which will make the placement of our draft picks important.

WWA Japan is coming ... oh that's for real that's for damn real!

Dr A is going Chikaraesque - me - hmmm New Japan with some XX chromosomes thrown in filtered through a sports entertainment lens - I have to work out exactly how those settings will work together. Realism will definitely be less than NJPW because I don't want 80% Match Intensity, it's the thing that bugs me about NJPW. I have to decide between Medium or Heavy for realism, I want to go Medium for Mainstream, tossing up Integrated or Division for Womens wrestling. Match Intensity will drop to either 60 if I go Heavy or 50 if I go Medium. I'll probably drop matches for to back to 70 or 80% so I can add more mic work.

That sounds similar to what my product will look like, at least superficially. I'm fine with direct competition, that's just fun. Just so you don't get the impression that you dodged my market niche. ;)

In Australia D.I.N.G.O Officials noticed the recent trades and decided to visit the beach. It was a hot day. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

ANNOUNCEMENT

CHIKARA Japan, Loaded Quiver Wrestling, and La Liga de Lucha Libre are proud to announce a trading alliance set forth between the 3 companies.

Collectively, the alliance will be known as TAIL - Trifecta Aerial International Lucha

All 3 companies are heavily influenced by the Lucha Libre style and saw the trading alliance as a natural way to share talent between the 3 companies.

<p>Ahh the maths of trades - just couldn't get mine worked out with southside. I wish I had of offered 2 & 3 for 1 & 4. Southside was offering 1 & 7 for 2 & 3 and I figured asking for 4 was a step too far but that was an error.</p><p> </p><p>

Weirdly it all might work out okay for me. Dr A is getting a 2nd ace early and so am I but I still have my 2nd and 3rd round picks meaning hopefully my 3rd and 4th guys will make up for having the 4th selection in a Japanese fed. I am getting Okada at 2 so even though I know Dr A will be getting 2 studs there is enough talent available that I should still get some pretty great guys at 10, 19 & 22.</p>

When you made the trade with Uncrewed, I felt I was left with too little in terms of options. For the first two rounds, I would get to "pick up the scraps" after you had gotten first picks from the Japanese talent pool. It wouldn't leave me with bad wrestlers, but it would leave me without the opportunity to really form my own main event scene.

<p>Oh I know</p><p> </p><p>

I was just surprised southside was giving up the 4th round pick. that makes giving up a 2nd and 3rd to get that one a lot more palatable than a 7th rounder and that number 4 pick.</p><p> </p><p>

You are going to get 2 studs - at 10 I am likely to still get someone pretty great so It's worked out pretty well for both of us. Whilst I get that 2nd and 3rd rounder you get free hits with 2 4th rounders and a 5th an 6th before I pick again. I'll have a big 4 but you'll have 2 studs and 4 other pretty good guys just below them. I get those 2 rnd 7's and 8's so my upper midcard will be a little weaker than yours.</p>

<p>Yeah, ultimately I wanted to move down and make sure I have control of picks in 15-35 range, as that is where I think I need to be to pick the guys I am targeting.</p><p> </p><p>

I had no real need for the #4 overall since I'm on my own in Mexico, so I ended up taking an "even" (4 + 37 = 16 + 25) trade in terms of picks as opposed to trying to make up some pick equity.</p><p> </p><p>

I move out of round 1 and lose out on some "all-world" type guys, but "control the board" from picks 16-31 with 5 of the 16 picks in that stretch. Since I'm not gunning for an Okada or the like I can safely move down and get some value in rounds 2-4.</p>

I totally got where you were going - that's why I didn't even try the 1 & 4 for 2 & 3 offer (my bad). You are right with Mexico in that the guys you want will in all likelihood still be there 3rd round on. Sometimes Penta goes inexplicably early but other than that most of those guys are still there.
