Have you found a way to cure a drug user? I/m using a Mod and signed The Sandman. 3 times now he has come to shows high, etc. Each time I send him to rehab and he is happy about it, but the next time he gets out and I put him on a show he is high again.

It is just like real life. Just because a person goes to rehab never means they are "cured." It may lower their chances of being high but it may take many....many times before they actually stop using.

Depending on their personality over time their percentage of use can lower. SOme lower fast, some lower slow, some not at all. But even at 0% not everyone becomes reformed. I think if you can manage to get them to reform they have pretty much stopped using drugs. SO check what SAndman's percentage is for his habits in the editor and see where he's at.

It is disheartening if you send him to rehab and he turns up wasted on his first show back. Kind of hilarious at the same time. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<p>I would only give my top guys or future stars more than 1 rehab chance. </p><p> </p><p>

Think I got lucky once with Remmy Sky.. he got pinged twice in two months. I gave him a last chance or whatever it is, the one below a suspension... and he reacted well to it and was clean for 2/3 years before my save crashed.</p>

<p>You also need to send them to rehab for each issue. So if you have a drinker that uses Soft Drugs, Hard Drugs, Pain Killers and Steroids, you can end up sending them to rehab 5 times, I think. And that's assuming they completely clean up their act for each on the first time of asking.</p><p> </p><p>

I tend to keep sending guys to rehab until they stop failing tests so have ended up with people (*cough*Brian Lawler*cough*) perpetually in rehab. I even renew contracts to keep them until they've cleaned themselves up <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/rolleyes.png.4b097f4fbbe99ce5bcd5efbc1b773ed6.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
