What is LWS?

 

Lazarus Wrestling Syndicate (LWS or LAZARUS) is a newly formed British wrestling company, dedicated towards honing young talent. The company, as policy will not hire any British or Irish worker over the age of 27. In addition to this policy, the company will only hire none-British or Irish workers if they are aged 22 or under.

 

The Philosophy:

 

• No British or Irish wrestlers over the age of 27 can be signed. Wrestlers who are aged over 27 at the company can be retained.

• No non-British or Irish wrestlers over the age of 22 can be signed. Wrestlers who are aged over 22 at the company can be retained.

• Any talent through the dojo can be signed regardless of age or nationality.

• To produce a product that caters to aerial enthusiasts, technical work rate and physical, strong style bouts.

• To become the king pin of professional wrestler with nothing but home-grown talent.

• There is no face/heel divide. Face are free to choose their own favourites.

• Matches will have a 30-minute time limit except for championship matches, which are 60-minutes.

As LWS prepares to open its doors for the first time, the first two shows aim to provide the company with it's first LAZARUS Wrestling and LAZARUS Women's Champion. Two tournaments will run alongside one another - a 16-man knockout tournament and an 8-woman knockout tournament. Over the next two days, we will have our first champions.</p><p> </p><p>
