Jcucs2st
In my Montreal Aftermath mod im playing as WCW at the end of 97. The backstage starts out around 60 something but after a week of Hogan starting his s---, it goes down to 0. Which obviously makes it almost impossible to have good shows. No many how many times I clear the air it doesn't seem to go up at all. What should I do.

Winter8905
It may be a pain but send Hogan on Holiday or somthing. See if his damage is undone a little bit if not then you may have to get rid of people.

If there any lower card or untalented guys that are bad influenced get rid of them first.

Give everyone a bonus As it can stop some of the negative influences
Matt_Black
If you can afford it and have some vacancies on the roster, fill as many spots with positive influences as you can. And not just regular "positive influences", look for "very" or "extremely".

Also, if you haven't (and again, can afford it), try fiddling with the backstage rules. Catering, chiropractor, etc.
