To set a worker to be part of a Division, you can see the Division option on the Push menu for a given worker. So if you set a midcarder to be part of the Cruiserweight division, their push would then show as Midcarder (Cruiserweight Division). As Jaysin says, its just for organizing your roster. It doesn't actually split them like a brand split does. Think you can filter by division on the match screen, but can't recall for certain.
