This dynasty will evolve naturally based on what happens in the game universe. The storytelling will take several different forms and writing styles, in order to give readers something new to look forward to as events progress.

It uses a combination of the Sockpuppet, Thunderverse, and Cornellverse mods. While the story begins from the viewpoint of a specific character and promotion that could change with time. I expect to stick to this story and add entries while I have free time.

"This last month has been crazy," Antonio Maxi Marquez whispers to himself, recently waking up in his Tijuana mansion. He quickly comes to his senses, realizing that today is the 4th Friday of May, "So it begins." The words confidently roll off his tongue as he stands up, the morning sun beading through the large window in his room.

While he was already given an additional week off, today is technically his first day being a member of the SWF roster. A fact not lost on him by the arrival of Drake Walker, the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and The Boston Piledriver, Assistant Trainer at the SWF University - late last night.

Antonio walks over towards his dresser, he picks up what looks to be a contract proposal.

The offer from Jorge Ibanez was more than adequate, yet it wasn't enough to keep him from signing with SWF three weeks earlier. Jerry Eisen the Senior Vice President of SWF and the head of their creative department led the negotiations with Marquez. Throughout the process, Eisen flew down with Emily Young, their Executive Vice President of Marketing to meet with him and person, in between numerous video conferences over Zip Vid.

The SWF ran a tight ship, Jennifer Heat, the longtime girlfriend of the man formally known as Champagne Lover had to sign a confidentiality agreement to sit in on the meetings. Marquez himself had to agree to not discuss the negotiations with anyone outside of his agent and legal representation.

However, he did inform close friends El Fuerza and El Heroe Mexicano that he may be leaving his long-time home. Not only were they shocked, they believed he was ribbing them before telling them he was meeting with an Eisen later that evening.

Marquez places the offer back on the counter, taking a look at a group of documents which were sitting next to it.

"It's tough to turn down nearly twelve million dollars," he says to himself as he slides a fitted white shirt over his shoulders, causing a slight grimace to come over his face.

"I shouldn't keep my guests waiting for any longer," he states as he walks towards the door to his lavish and well decorated bedroom.

Early Morning Grind

One of the main reasons Marquez decided to sign with SWF had to do with how much control he would have over his character and its presentation. Highlighted by the several white and gold streaks in his hair and the fifty thousand dollars he spent during the past month on crafting his new character. Marquez contacted the most prestigious gear makers in Mexico and was able to have custom trunks, tights, boots, and even entrance attire developed extremely quickly.

Jerry Eisen was all on board with Marquez pitching the "Champagne Delight" Antonio Maxi Marquez gimmick as it fits perfectly with angle planned for him. As Marquez steps off the stairs he sees Drake Walker sitting on his couch beside The Boston Piledriver. Drake is in his forties, yet he has a youthful and fit look, he is the best friend of Jerry Eisen and spends time in the gym. His mocha colored skin and slick haircut make him a popular topic of discussion in online forums who remark on his striking looks. He became the first African American executive in the long history of the SWF in September 2015 after the firing of Peter Michaels. Prior Walker was a writer for the company from January 1996 until that time, with stints as Head Writer of Supreme TV from May 2007 until his executive promotion.

The Boston Piledriver, Mikey Bandini is a pale Italian-American who worked for the SWF as their top Enhancement Talent or Carpenter from March 1993 until his retirement in June 2002. Prior he was a regular hand on the New England indie scene. After his retirement, he began working as a Road Agent before becoming an Assistant Trainer at the SWF University in Hawaii in April 2005, where he has been since. Bandini is often known for being straight to business and being slightly anti-social, however, he's respected for his knowledge of the business and is quite generous with his knowledge.

"How is your shoulder feeling?" Walker asks as he stands up, extending his hand in the direction of Marquez who was diagnosed with shoulder tendinitis after his second to last match with SOTBPW.

"It's alright, I'll have to deal with the pain for about a year, but it won't hold me back." Marquez thinks back to his time before deciding on where to sign. USPW, TCW, Lethal, AWF, and NOTBPW all contacted him, yet all quickly dropped out after hearing the numbers SWF and SOTBPW were offering him.

Prior to signing, he picked the brains of "Gato Pintado" Gran Brandon (Brandon James), Jack Marlowe, and El Atom Smasher (Captain Atomic) before making up his mind. SOTBPW had all signed them away from SWF, with James being the first in July 2016 - nearly a year ago.

Each of them spoke fondly of Jerry Eisen and stated that Drake Walker was as close to being "one of the workers" as you could be without actually being one. Marquez did not have the opportunity to speak to "Blonde Legend" Steven Parker after he came over, due to Parker being booked on multiple live events prior to working TV.

Bandini stands up as Marquez and Walker share a handshake. "This is a great place," he says as he looks around the large living room. "Thank you." Marquez responds, "Can I get you two anything before we start for the day?"

"No, your maids already made us breakfast. We're ready whenever you are." Walker comments, "We have a busy week ahead of us to get you ready for your debut," he continues.

"All of my gear is in the training shed," Marquez begins nodding towards the outdoors, "That's where the ring is I showed you last night." The shed is more of a tiny training facility with a ring, weight room, and shower. Marquez wanted access to a ring when he wasn't on the road. He and Gran Brandon worked on their match in that ring before his in-ring debut last year at Aniversario XIX.

"Right, that's a solid setup you have," Bandini retorts, a slight grin on his face. Marquez agreed to go through several training sessions to become familiar with the SWF style during the week. While he has experience working with Gran Brandon over the past year, he wanted to make sure he is prepared for his new challenge.

"Are you sure your shoulder will hold up?" Walker asks concerned. "I can't really do any more damage to it. I'll need to get used to it." Marquez confidently responds. He wrestled his final trios match in SOTBPW on Monday and wasn't that hampered by the injury.

"I was told this morning that your suggestions for your theme were taken into consideration. The final version will be ready by Wednesday," Walker pauses briefly before remembering, "Oh and Emily let me know that your first merchandise is ready to go."

"You guys are on top of things," Marquez replies with a smirk. "Let's get going, I want to go over the storyline after the session," he finishes as he walks towards the back door followed by Walker and Bandini.

A Supreme Evening

"I'm looking forward to this," Marquez says as he sits on his large couch in between Walker and Bandini. Marquez has spent the past several days with the two SWF representatives; at least when he wasn't on the phone with Jennifer. Unfortunately, he was unable to watch Elite last night after falling asleep early. However, Walker wanted to make sure Marquez made time to watch Supreme TV tonight.

"Strap yourself in," Walker says jokingly as the opening theme begins playing.

"VIP and Remo killed the opening segment, I didn't know Remo could work a crowd like that," Marquez remarks. Walker grins, "He and Bruce were happy when you signed, their contracts were bumped up significantly." Remo Richardson, current SWF World Heavyweight Champion has been an integral part of the Supreme Brand since the brand split began last July. He won the title from Tom Gilmore back in March at Awesome Impact 2017.

Vincent Issac Peterson was known as Vincent I. Parker before signing with the SWF in 2016, is quite entertaining, but hasn't been the easiest to work with backstage. He even stepped away to work on a fusion Hip-Hop, Power & Symphonic Metal album for several months.

"Oh, so they know?" Marquez asks with a hint of competitiveness in his voice. "As of now, they are the only two outside of the office that know," Walker responds.

The show ends with Frederick Garcia, current SWF North American Champion "Lone Lion" Aaron Andrews, and "NGen Dragon" Mikey Lau standing tall in the ring as The Triumvirate bail. Lau is the Supreme Challenger for the Supreme brand after defeating Marat Khoklov at The World Is Watching. Andrews has been built up since he made the jump from TCW back in January.

"I can see why Lau is getting this push, everything works for him. Especially his manager Margaret." Elizabeth Cartier made the jump from USPW back in January and was paired with Lau as a New Age Manager and the two filmed various training pieces - which helped Lau break in a new gimmick.

"Lau is a good one, the kid listens. He's still a bit small to be a main eventer for my taste," Bandini adds. "It's not the 80s anymore, the business has changed." Walker quickly retorts drawing a dismissive snort from Bandini - one of the biggest proponents of the old school ways in the company.

"I'd like to work Andrews in the future, he's fluid in the ring." The compliment from Marquez isn't lost on Walker, who turns his attention back towards the large flat screen. "You've already got a lot to look forward to the next several months," he states looking in the direction of Marquez.

Marquez leans back on the couch, accepting that Walker is correct. A sigh escapes from his nose as his mind drifts back to the chatter within the wrestling community - rumors have begun to spread about why he didn't appear on SOTBPW TV this week.

Visiting HQ

The first Saturday in June saw Antonio Marquez fly into Greenwich, Connecticut the home of SWF Headquarters. While sneaking away on a private jet at night allowed Marquez to feel like a spy for several hours, jet lag was beginning to set in. The Lucha Libre press in Mexico had begun asking a lot of questions surrounding 'Champagne Lover' and his status during the past week. Some even going as far to park outside of his mansion during the day. Luckily, Walker and Bandini were not spotted.

Speaking of which, Walker flew to SWF Headquarters with Marquez. It didn't take long for Drake to admit to his eagerness to get back on the road with the talent after the brand split comes to an end at Supreme Challenge. Bandini took a separate flight out to Hawaii to return to his Assistant Trainer duties.

Marquez was surprised to learn that Jack Bruce had become the Head Trainer at the Supreme Wrestling University in April of this year after the Supreme Wrestling College opened. SWF College is located within SWF Headquarters and Enforcer Roberts became the Head Trainer at the new facility, after wanting to cut down on his travel to shows, Hawaii, and wherever the Elite brand took him for shows.

Marquez read about the Supreme Wrestling University In Mexico opening up last year and the legendary White Panther being the trainer, evidently, the school pumped out several luchadores fairly quickly into SWF Development. During the negotiation process, part of the pitch orchestrated by Jerry Eisen detailed the Supreme Training Program, even the Supreme Wrestling Dojo which opened in Japan, with Thunder Hike as the Head Trainer in April opening on the same day as the facility in Mexico.

"Mr. Eisen's office is right this way Mr. Marquez," a young receptionist clad in the typical blouse, heels, and professional attitude attire says towards Antonio as he nods in agreement. Marquez follows her as she leads him through a large hall, many of the various office workers of the SWF are busy toiling away, some passing a glance towards the megastar known around the world.

After nearly a minute of walking in silence, she turns to her right and nods towards a door which has a golden nameplate reading, 'SWF Senior Vice President' on the top line along with, 'Jerry Eisen' on the bottom. "Mr. Eisen, Mr. Marquez is here for your meeting," the receptionist announces.

"Call me Jerry," quickly fires from behind the door, "It's open," quickly follows as she nods towards Antonio and opens the door.

"Thank you," Antonio quips as the receptionist begins walking back to her desk. Antonio looks around the office, with various pictures of friends, family, and SWF moments litter the room. Jerry is standing up in a black collar shirt and some slacks as he walks towards his newest signing.

"Hey look, Drake," Antonio says while gesturing towards an old picture of Jerry and Drake sitting on his desk. The two shake hands as Jerry smile, "Yeah, we grew up together. Great guy, Richard wanted to fire him when he cleaned out the last creative team," Jerry begins, "Nice suit," he adds in reference to the classic black suit Antonio is wearing.

"Thanks," Antonio says as Jerry motions to a seat in front of his desk, "Will your dad be here today?" He asks as Jerry sits in the seat behind the desk. Jerry laughs briefly as clicks his mouse before turning his attention to Marquez.

"Thankfully, no. You'll be happier for it, dad is a bit of an asshole," Jerry begins with a serious tone, "I'm honestly shocked he let me sign you, he's the reason James, Jungle Jack, Captain Atomic, and Steven Parker all left for SOTBPW. He's cheap and a pain to be around."

Antiono sits almost in shock at the comments, "Well..." he states with an uneasy laugh, "Yeah, don't worry about him. I do apologize that he didn't even bother to take part in the negotiation process, he's only around to take credit for the work of others."

Antonio senses the dislike Jerry has for his father, perhaps stemming from his desire to fire his best friend several years prior or maybe Richard's notorious cold-hearted nature which is infamous throughout the business.

"I'm looking forward to being backstage on Tuesday," Antonio remarks regarding being backstage on next weeks Supreme TV. Jerry perks up and shifts his arms on the desk, "Not going to lie, there is a lot of drama backstage. That's one of the best things about the brand split ending soon," Jerry begins with a cautionary tone, "Just be prepared for that, even though not many are going to know you're even there. We want to keep possible leaks to a minimum, I wasn't even sure about you walking through this building."

"I guess that explains why they pulled me up straight to the door," Antonio laughs slightly during his comment. Jerry nods in affirmation. "We have everything else prepared as far merchandise, music, and the next six months of storyline for you..."

"I dig the theme," Antonio interrupts, "But..." Jerry continues with slight concern in his voice, "We're going to have to talk about Bruce."

Antonio sits up straight in his seat as Jerry leans back in his chair as he continues to speak.

In Attendance

"I only have one interview tonight, use the number I gave you if anything comes up," SWF Senior Vice President, Creative tells Antonio Maxi Marquez before leaving the RV SWF rented to 'hide' Marquez who was attending his first Supreme TV tonight. The RV was blocked off by security and conveniently hidden behind the Virginia arena. Marquez arrived at around 9 AM in order to avoid any possibility of being seen by fans or bloggers. He has grown tired of the secrecy and not being able to go in public, however, despite the irritation, he was aware that it would all be worth it soon.

Aside from meeting Bo "Black Hat" Bailey, the Head Agent of the Supreme Brand, Marquez hadn't interacted with much of the talent. Aside from Bailey, Drake Walker, Mikey Bandini, Emily Young, the payroll department, and of course Richard Eisen - not many knew of his signing besides of course Jerry, Remo, and Jack Bruce.

Evidently, Remo was quick to ask questions when his contract increased from $60k monthly to $124k due to his wage matching being clause being activated. Jerry informed Marquez that Bruce immediately knew who had been signed in order for his contract to elevate. Despite him not outwardly saying he had a problem with Marquez being signed, Jerry felt there was a hint of jealousy coming from the former 8x SWF World Heavyweight Champion.

Marquez figured that Tom Gilmore and Jessie Pearce, who had divorced in September 2016 under amicable terms had asked questions, especially with Tom's Supreme Challenge match against Bruce being bumped up a month earlier to Times Of Trouble.

Antonio adjusts the flat screen volume with a remote as the show is two minutes from beginning on C.A.N.N. "These late evening start times will take some time to get used to," Marquez whispers to himself as he adjusts the collar of his fitted black shirt. "I don't see why I couldn't debut tonight, would probably help Times Of Trouble do better business," he shrugs before taking a drink of his Power Guide drink.

As the intro theme to Supreme TV begins playing Marquez perks up a bit, his interests being peaked upon hearing the legendary guitar rift signifying Jack Bruce is about to enter the arena. "This is going to be a barn-stormer Emma, we're getting this show kicked off with some words from the biggest star to ever step foot in an SWF ring!"

The words from long-time SWF Announcer Duane Fry bring a slight grin to the face of Antonio Maxi Marquez, "That won't be true for long," he says to himself with competitive confidence.

After each chapter ends I will publish an entry which explains something in the game, yet doesn't give away any spoilers as to what happens next. In this entry, I will speak on the brand split, how it came about, how it's ending, and major storylines on the brands.

There was an angle surrounding Richard Eisen and his Eisen Corporation stable (Paul Huntingdon, Brandon James (Before he was poached by SOTBPW), Krissy Angelle (As the manager for all), Randy Legend (Randy Bumfhole), Huey Cannonball, Bully (Bear Bekowski), and Marat Khoklov).

Huey and Randy were a part of a TLCT SWF Tag Tem (Table, Ladders, Chairs, & Tragedy) match at Supreme Challenge 2016 (the Brand Split began the day after). They both turned on their partners Zimmy (changed his name to ZimTastic) and Jefferson Stardust - leading to Real Concept (High Concept under their legal names) to take the victory. Eclipse Alpha was also in this match (Edd Stone as Stone and Steven Parker as Steven). They took a stunt bump off a ladder to tables on the outside which caused the double Heel turn (ZimTastic and Stardust both went to the Elite brand and Randy and Huey went to Supreme, so they haven't interacted for about a year).

The storyline had it that the SWF Board of Directors were concerned over the power-hungry nature of Richard and brought in Adrienne Hewitt as President to oversee the product in a vote behind Richard's back. Adrienne hired Louisa Angel (Raven Nightfall) and Cassandra Clausen (Britney Hollywood) as Executive Vice President, Elite (Angel) and Executive Vice President, Uprising (Cassandra) to fill out the three Brands.

During PPV's the four women would often have a Press Box segment of them drinking wine and champagne, discussing everything going on. Adrienne would be the only talent to appear on all brands and would often deal with Richard on Supreme and keep him from turning the program into an Eisen Corporation special.

On the Supreme TV following Awesome Impact 2017 in March, Paul, Huey, and Bully turned on Randy and Richard in the opening segment in-ring with Krissy watching on in shock. They beat down Richard pretty bad, putting him through a table after taking The Elixir (Pedigree) from Paul (Who has a new Elixir gimmick). Marat came down and had a stare down with them before he grabbed Richard and carried him off. Paul, Bully, and Huey then walked off leaving Krissy to check on Randy, turning him Face and creating The Triumvirate (Bully, Randy, and Huey were known as Stolen Show before accepting Richard's offer to join Eisen Corporation with Paul after Brandon James left).

Several weeks went on and Richard finally did a segment from the hospital stating he was resigning from his CEO and chairman position from SWF, being fed up with the company and it almost killing him - writing him off programming. During this time there was a build up as to what was going to happen to Adrienne, Angel, and Clausen as the Board Of Directors had to decide.

Several weeks later Adrienne announced (with Angel and Clausen) that the Board decided to promote her to CEO and Chairwoman due to her handling Richard with class. Adrienne announced that she promoted Angel to SWF President, in charge of the day to day operations of the company. Claussen was promoted to Executive Vice President, Talent Relations in charge of scouting, hiring, and firing talent.

While on Elite (Tuesday Show) the stars have been "The Predator" Apex (Primus Allen) led by Thorn (Cassia Charisteas from Thunderverse) in the House of Thorn stable along with Broken (Masked Rhino Umaga), and Etano (Samoan Machine).

ZimTastic was Elite Champion, Valiant has played a key role, Rogue, as well.

Aaron Andrews = "Lone Lion" Aaron Andrews with a Loner gimmick after Jerry poached him from TCW.

A lot of drama here, VIP needed creative control to sign. He refused to put over Turkana in any way, had to run an angle that Hewitt stripped him for cheating and then awarded the title to Turkana. This explains the reference in chapter one hinting at VIP being difficult to put up with. Jerry actually gave him several months off after VIP put over Skull DeBones in a casket match, leading to the narrative of the album.

Randy Legend and Huey Cannonball were known as 'You Love Us' while Bruce and Gilmore were known as Angry Rock. There were two Tag Title changes on the August wk 4 2016 Supreme TV. Angry Rock defeated Real Concept to open the show, were challenged by You Love Us and they lost the titles in the main event.

During the Hewitt press conference she announced that after the Brand Split the World, IC, NA, TV, Sky Club, World Tag Team, and US Titles would remain.

The holders of the Sky Club Tag, Mexican Heritage Championship, and Uprising titles will be defended in the Pre-Show of Supreme Challenge with the winners of each receiving a title shot on Elite (Monday, day after Supreme challenge). Sky Club Tag (US Tag Titles), Mexican Heritage (TV), and Uprising (North American).

Finally, I actually hadn't pre-planned on doing this dynasty. Richard Eisen giving me the leeway (for the 1st time) to drop a huge offer was what sparked it. Lethal, NOTBW, TCW, AWF, all popped in to speak to the then Champagne Lover, but immediately dropped out when they saw how much money was being offered. SOTBPW didn't give up easily, but they weren't willing to add additional years.

After he signed I had the idea to do this dynasty.

"This is a circus," Marquez remarks to himself as he sits backstage in the South Carolina arena. Marquez is wearing a two piece white suit, black sunglasses hang from his black collar shirt. The attire has gold and black trimmings, which probably cost him several thousand dollars. Earlier in the evening, Valiant took the up and comer Lincoln Skills under his wing as a protege, which was a cool moment as Marquez had briefly spoken to several members of the locker room as Times Of Trouble was about to begin.

Jessie Pearce had come up to him several hours ago, the two had a pleasant conversation including Jessie speaking about her son and being generally pleasant. The couple El Mitico Jr and Andrea Alexis Winters also approached Marquez, the two were happy over the news of learning that Andrea was pregnant last week. The two haven't really discussed marriage and were generally nice.

While nobody was openly hostile towards Marquez; VIP, Rogue, and Jack Bruce each passed on the opportunity to introduce themselves. One of the leaders of the locker room, Tom Gilmore nodded towards him but was rushing, yet promised to catch up with Marquez later after the show.

Jerry Eisen walks up and gives Marquez a playful smack on the shoulders, "Ready for tonight Mr. Marquez? This look is great!" Antonio looks up towards Eisen with a smile on his face.

"Far more active than the SOTBPW locker room, but I'm definitely ready for tonight." Jerry nods his head in approval, "Good, good. I'll be back here most of the night after the opening segment if you have any questions there are about a dozen Agents running around."

"Jerry, you have to get going, we have two minutes," states a backstage assistant who walked up in a near panic. "Got to go," Jerry says in the direction Marquez as he walks off with the backstage assistant.

Marquez turns towards a flat screen monitor in the back. Several backstage assistants are gathered around watching. Most of the other workers are around catering, discussing their matches, or goofing around.

Marquez now stands at the go position, several hours into the show, now wearing the sunglasses and waiting for his cue from Black Hat Bailey who has an earpiece in The South Carolina crowd is raucous, Bailey is peaking through to the arena with Antonio standing several feet behind him.

The crowd roars, "He just hit the New York Minute, get ready." Marquez hears as the crowd counts to three as Bruce scores the pinfall in a battle of the two top faces on Supreme, however, instead of his music blasting over the PA a new song begins to play, which causes confusion from the crowd.

"Go!" Bailey points towards Marquez as he walks up the steps and walks into the arena. A number of fans immediately react in shock at seeing the man they know as Champagne Lover. Others aren't sure what's happening.

The combined Supreme, Elite, and Uprising brand announce team is in shock as the crowd goes nuts as Marquez walks up the steel steps and enters the ring.

"Hi, Jack. I'm going to make this extremely quick. By the way, impressive win tonight." The crowd continues cheering as Marquez grins and looks around. As planned Jack Bruce stands in near shock at who is standing in the ring with him.

"You and I," Marquez moves his left index finger back and forth between himself and Bruce who stands across the ring, "Should wrestle at The Supreme Challenge," Marquez delivers the line in a matter of fact tone before flipping the microphone into the air. The static caused by it crashing to the mat can barely be heard as the crowd erupts.

Marquez immediately turns and leaves the ring, using the steel steps and adjusting his suit jacket as he does so.

Around an hour after the show, Antonio Marquez has changed into a grey and black collar shirt and some jeans. His brown, gold, and white hair sits perfectly. A hand comes on his shoulder causing Marquez to turn and see Tom Gilmore, "There's a nice bar close by Skull and I are heading over - you're coming with us."

"Definitely," Marquez shoots back with a grin, looking forward to the opportunity to get out of hiding, "Let's go," Gilmore says with a smile.

Several hours later at approximately 1 am. Skull, Tom, and Antonio sit in a semi-crowded bar with several college students, locals, SWF backstage hands, and Clay Clinton who is just on his way out after speaking to the three for about half an hour.

"The internet is buzzing about you Antonio," Skull says as he puts his cellphone back in his pocket, "Looks like you created a big splash," he says after taking a sip from his stout.

"Hopefully, there's a lot more coming. This is a huge opportunity," Marquez says after sipping on his drink. "You definitely will, you just have to stay above the politics," chimes Gilmore.

"The dirt sheets are a lot more vicious here than what I've heard about Mexico." Skull claims, who looks quite different when he isn't in his Avenging Angel get up.

Barbs Are Thrown, What Was That?

It came out in the locker room on Monday that last week Adisa Turkana, Andrew Rawls, and Matty Faith were all suspended after failed drugs tests after Supreme last week. Turkana failed due to marijuana, Rawls due to painkillers, and Faith steroids. Jerry Eisen suspended each and scrapped their bookings for Supreme Challenge, ouch.

Antonio Marquez arrived at the Charlotte, North Carolina arena four hours early, an hour before the set arrival time. After getting his bags situated and stretching his shoulder, he was approached by the kayfabe SWF CEO and Chairwoman and the woman who was announced as the kayfabe SWF General Manager Krissy Angelle, the face turn was complete at the end of May, with the new direction of SWF being set.

Krissy looks Marquez up and down who has his back turned to the ladies, whispering to Hewitt as Marquez turns around. The two women sip their lattes before Krissy walks off and Hewitt approaches Antonio.

"Hello, I'm Adrienne," Adrienne adjusts her latte and extends her right hand, which Marquez quickly shakes, "Antonio, nice to meet you."

Adrienne smiles gently before retracting her hand, "I look forward to working with you when I get back from the shoot," she says with a friendly tone in her voice. Marquez nods his head, "I heard you were an actress, would be nice to work with you one day."

Adrienne playfully shrugs her shoulders, "Find a producer and let's make it happen." They both laugh as Marquez quickly looks over Adrienne who is wearing a rather form-fitting black dress, normal attire for her on-screen character.

After another brief exchange, Adrienne excuses herself to prepare for her role tonight, wanting to have a quick meeting with an Agent. Marquez quickly pulls his cell phone from his sweatpants pocket, "I better text Jennifer," he quickly whispers to himself.

Jack Bruce has been in the ring for approximately eight minutes, opening the show with an in-ring where he is addressing the Time of Trouble match against Tom Gilmore and the challenge Marquez laid out after he was victorious.

"Your music will cue after he accepts the challenge," Black Hat Bailey says to Marquez who nods. Antonio is wearing a white suit and black sunglasses.

"...This will be an iconic match and I won't keep my fans from seeing it...Marquez, I accept your challenge and will gladly face you at The Supreme Challenge!" The crowd roars in approval.

"You're up," Bailey says smiling back at Marquez who begins his decent up the go position."

"This is the music we heard on Sunday Night, Marquez is about to enter the arena!"

Marquez steps into the arena and the Charlotte, North Carolina explode and chants of "Champagne" are heard as he walks to the ring refusing to acknowledge the fans.

"This man barely needs an introduction. He's built himself an empire from the ground up. If he's here to shut up Jack Bruce, I'll support him!"

Marquez steps into the ring and asks for a microphone from the ring assistant. He slowly walks around for a moment looking out at the crowd who continues to cheer, even Bruce seems a bit excited that he has come to SWF.

As he pulls the microphone up to his mouth he quickly turns to Bruce for a moment and points at him.

"I'll get to you in just a second..." he says with a near playful tone in his voice, turning his attention back towards the crowd, "...I find it interesting that all of you ignorant and dumb fans believe that I'm here for your pathetic groveling."

The blissful cheers immediately turn into jeers at the blink of an eye. In the back of the shot, Bruce shakes his head in disappointment at the disrespect shown by Marquez.

"My name is Antonio Maxi Marquez," the jeers from the crowd continue to reign down on him. Marquez smiles wide as he turns his attention back to Jack Bruce. Prior to continuing, he moves his free left hand up and down as to size up Bruce who stands leaned up against the turnbuckles.

"You may call me," Marquez pauses briefly for dramatic effect, "Champagne Delight."

After the segment, Marquez looked around for Bruce, yet was informed that he had left the arena immediately following their 30-minute opening. The news led to Marquez hanging out at catering where had a brief conversation with Skull DeBones, Scythe DeBones, and Tom Gilmore.

Afterwards, he watched the rest of the show in the back while exchanging texts with Jennifer who was watching in Mexico. She told him that there was a lot of buzz on the internet about his segment. Marquez was aware, as his Chirper account had an additional 6,000 followers since the segment. Since his surprise appearance at Times Of Trouble, he's seen a total of 15,000 new followers in under a week.

After the show came to an end and Marquez had changed into his 'going out' attire of a black collar shirt and jeans he was startled by a gentle voice behind him, "Want to grab a drink with me," Marquez turns after nearly jumping to see Adrienne Hewitt with a smile on her face, "I'm actually a fan of champagne," she says coyly.

Marquez laughs, "That would be nice, I still don't know too many in the locker room." Adrienne nods, "Yeah, there's been quite a bit of drama lately, but that's another story. I've already called a Luber ride, it should be here soon."

Marquez nods and notices that Adrienne has changed into a shorter black dress with pronounced high heels and stockings.

"I didn't know restaurants stayed open this late in this area," Marquez says looking across the table at Adrienne who is sipping on a glass of champagne. A quaint fish dish with artisan rolls and a gourmet soup finishes her meal.

Marquez is finishing up a steak, while also having enjoyed a few glasses of smooth champagne. The high-class grille has around twenty or so other patrons aside from the two SWF employees - the wait staff had already visited them three times, with one individual recognizing Adrienne from a movie role from several years ago.

The two had declined dessert and were seemingly finishing up for the evening, "What do you think of the company so far," Adrienne says with genuine interest, slightly leaning forward. "It's different from SOTBPW, the locker room is a bit chaotic right now, but it's good - I haven't had any problems."

"Bruce has avoided even speaking to me aside from when we're in the ring," he continues, putting his fork back on the table. Adrienne laughs slightly, "Homeboy doesn't say much to the boys," she replies, "I've mostly seen him talking to the Agents and other staff members, but he keeps his distance from those around his level," she continues before taking another sip of champagne, slightly staining the glass with her lipstick.

"Jennifer warned me about the politics here when I signed, we heard a lot of rumors in Mexico," Marquez states, hoping the mention of his girlfriend doesn't upset Adrienne, "There are some that are problems, but nothing you won't be able to handle," she says in stride with a smile on her face.

"We should probably get back to the hotel soon," Adrienne says with a yawn, "I've got a plane to Toronto in the morning, I'm spending time with family the rest of the week."

"I'm going to be in Connecticut getting treatment on my shoulder and training for this match with Bruce," he says confidently. "I'll call us a Luber," Antonio continues.

"This is on me by the way, my treat," Adrienne says with a smile, "I'm not old-fashioned," she quips. "So, you're like the on-screen Adrienne?" Marquez's joke causes them both to laugh briefly.

Is That An In-Ring I See?

Marquez was quite proud his first appearance on Supreme TV led to a 16.70 rating, the shows highest in six years. However, the attention he gathered through the week created quite a stir. A statement from his former employers to the reputable IFWN on Friday of the 3rd week of June caused his phone and Chirper account to explode over the weekend with fans and journalists looking for him to make a public statement.

Antonio took it slightly personally as he hasn't received a message from SOTBPW Owner and Promoter Jorge Ibanez since he signed with SWF. For Marquez's part, the two remained close friends - but he wasn't sure where Jorge stood on the matter.

The Friday news made up for the slow news day on Wednesday, as Marquez was amused what was floating around various sites as a feature news item.

Other than lifting weights and receiving treatment at the SWF Headquarters during the week he attempted to distance himself from the noise. He had daily phone calls with Jennifer and was able to secure backstage clearance for her, El Fuerza, and El Heroe Mexicano in order for them to attend The Supreme Challenge as guests.

He had so much on his plate that he hadn't even really begun searching for a house in the area, yet Marquez was used to moving around constantly after spending years working the vast lucha circuit for SOTBPW.

So when Monday came to board his flight to South Dakota for Supreme TV he was excited, if not relieved to get back into the locker room. He and Jerry spoke at SWF Headquarters on Saturday about the rundown for Marquez on the next two Supreme TV broadcasts. Jerry trusted him to run without a script and kept the creative team from even attempting to meddle with the character Marquez had begun to craft.

"Yeah....that sounds great. I think we'll be able to pull that off well...Yeah, we can talk more about it soon," were Marquez's words as he hangs up from his phone conversation. He sits in the locker room wearing a black vest, dress pants, and shoes going along with a grey dress shirt. White sunglasses hang from the neck of his vest, waiting to be placed on his face.

"How goes it, Antonio?" SWF Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, Drake Walker says as he approaches. Drake was on location for the show attempting to mitigate any more drama from going on. "Pretty good," Marquez responds as he stands up to greet him.

"You ready to open the show?" Drake asks with slight anticipation, "This is a pretty big moment," he continues. Antonio grins, not at all nervous about the segment.

"I'm definitely ready," he replies with confidence. Krissy Angelle and Adrienne Hewitt catch the eye of Marquez over Walker's shoulder. Angelle has her arm linked around that of El Cortador, who she has been dating since November of last year.

Walker turns his head just in time to see Adrienne give Antonio a brief wave and a smile. Walker turns his attention back towards Marquez, "Oh, okay. I see what's going on," he says with an impressed tone in his voice.

"It's not like that," Marquez quickly responds.

Marquez is wearing the same outfit and is waiting at the go position. Black Hat Bailey again waits at the top of the steps wearing a headset the Head SWF Agent looks back towards Antonio who is getting ready as the crowd is primed for Supreme TV after the conclusion of the dark match ten minutes ago.

"It's just like what we went over earlier today, you'll know your cue," Bailey directs towards Marquez as the Supreme TV theme plays through the 1080 Centre in South Dakota, signifying the official start of Supreme TV.

As Marquez disappears in the back he gets a pat on the back by Black Hat Bailey, "Great job," he says in a congratulatory tone. Antonio nods his head as he continues walking.

Many of the roster members clap for Antonio as he appears in the back after the 30-minute opening segment which left the crowd rocking. He takes the praise in stride and shakes a few hands.

Remo drilled the much smaller Lau with his Destroyer finish (STO) to end the show and held the SWF World Heavyweight Championship with Margaret Roman (Lau's Manager/Trainer) looking on with her hands on her head.

Relaxing After The Show, Are They...

Remo is heard grumbling as he walks through the open hotel lobby towards the elevator, "...Stupid kid owes me money." He barks out underneath his breath, Adrienne and Antonio hear from the small restaurant off to the side.

South Dakota isn't known for its nightlife or much of anything regarding entertainment. After a brief conversation with Jennifer, who was on her way to a SOTBPW booking, and catching up with Tom Gilmore and Skull DeBones - who had finally gotten over his protege's Andrew Rawls suspension, Adrienne texted him with an invitation to eat at the "Dakota Inn" downstairs within the hotel.

The two are dressed down, Antonio wearing one of his new white 'Champagne Delight' shirts and matching sweatpants with the logo also present. Adrienne is wearing yoga pants and a long sleeve red and black shirt which fits her comfortably.

"Is that why Walker was here for Supreme TV?" Marquez asks in reference to Remo who had stormed off up some stairs, "Yeah, evidently he think Spencer owes him money and Spencer denies it, things got ugly." Adrienne responds sliding her cellphone over to him with a story on the screen from this past weekend.

After looking at the story Antonio picks up the cell phone and hands it back to Adrienne who smiles, "Such the gentleman," she responds warmly. Marquez returns the gesture before asking, "Excited about your movie shoot?"

Adrienne sighs briefly before leaning her elbow on the table. The thirty-year-old manages to look ravishing even when not trying, "Yeah, I get to play a rather three-dimensional character, it's not a Jessica Thunder role, but it's nice...It sucks that I won't be at Supreme Challenge."

Silence falls on the table. The hotel has a number of guests, most are already in their room. The restaurant has several normal guests and Mikey Lau, Margaret Roman, and Randy Legend (Bumfhole) also eating. The group is laughing and having a good time, Lau and Legend evidently became good friends just over a year ago.

Adrienne takes a bite out of her salad, covered in ranch dressing as Marquez takes a bite out of his soft taco, "Not quite like in Mexico, but not bad," he states almost as if talking to himself, bringing a slight smile from Adrienne.

"Oh, Jerry let me know that I'm going to have a segment with Bruce next week," she says after remembering, "Yeah, I have one with Krissy."

She smiles, "Krissy is fun, spends almost all her time with Rudy though." Marquez taps his hand on the table several times before taking a sip of water, a playful grin comes over his face.

"What?" The Canadian starlet asks, "Is it true that you got Breston Blonde a job when you two were dating?" Adrienne laughs briefly and straightens up at the table, immediately folding her legs in the booth, the immediate gesture causes a laugh to come from Marquez.

"Listen, let me tell you about Breston. Yeah, that's true. We were dating for years, going back to when we were in AWF before Trillion made Cesar Kaslow CEO and they called him Caleb Adonis," Marquez nods as Adrienne continues. "So, yeah after they signed me I talked to Jerry and got him to take a look at his tape. They sent a scout out to watch him live and signed him..."

"So, what happened between you two?" Marquez asks in a playful tone. Adrienne brings her hands together in front of her face, "He's a nice enough guy, he's just extremely immature and doesn't take much seriously. He thought his training in RIPW was a joke and almost got his chested caved in by a chop by Bruce The Giant for laughing during a session."

"Wow," is the only response Marquez can come up with, "Yeah, we ended it on decent enough terms. You'll get to know him pretty well soon enough," Adrienne says hinting at upcoming plans.

"We've exchanged some messages lately, he does seem a little goofy, but cool enough," he responds. "Do you have any promotion appearances coming up for Supreme Challenge?"

SWF sticks pretty hard to Kayfabe, so Heels do less of the fan interaction type stuff, "I have several in a few weeks. I'll just pretty much just show up places and say I'm better than Bruce and leave."

Adrienne pokes at her salad a bit, "Things got pretty serious out there tonight, huh?" She asks before taking another bite. Antonio leans back in the booth and thinks momentarily, "I guess that happens when there isn't a script," he responds before pausing.

"He really didn't have to go into the money though," he finishes. Adrienne continues to chew, deciding to not dive into deeper on the subject.

Less Stress, More Anticipation

The week was less hectic and saw Marquez study the SWF Library of Content, specifically focusing on Mikey Starr and "Pristine" Peter Pace feud between February 1980 to June 1981 as he wanted to become familiar with the history of the SWF as The Supreme Challenge approached. During that time the rivals had three singles matches, each having a different feel. It helped pass the time as was staying in a guest house of Jerry Eisen in New England for the time being.

In between his training regimen and talks with Jennifer, he kept busy by keeping up with the dirt sheets during the week and was shocked at some of the news he read while on his flight to Kansas.

Marquez was amused how Stine keeps himself in the news, despite being injured and being little more than a regional indie hand. While getting situated backstage in his dress attire, in credence with the dress code he decided to look for several conversations with some of the other early arrivers - who got to the arena a full six hours before show time.

He had a conversation with Mikey Lau and learned that his mother is Japanese, later he spoke to Tom Gilmore about his time in BHOTWG. Finally, before the three hour arrival time, he had a chat with Jessie Pearce, Mikey, and Randy Legend about his time wrestling in Mexico while they were at catering.

"I think that sounds pretty good," Krissy Angelle says to Marquez an hour before show time as they go over their segment for later in the evening, "Don't be afraid to be stern with me," Marquez says encouraging her.

"They didn't make me General Manager for no reason," Krissy says with a confident smirk on her face.

As the first segment comes to an end with Mikey Lau and Remo being pulled apart by Agents and Security - Marquez watches the segment alone in a secluded part of the back, "Mikey definitely has some fire," Marquez says to himself as Mikey is shown refusing to back down and Margaret Roman encouraging him.

Bruce's segment with Women In Charge (WIC) is up, Bruce barges into their office and begins bickering at Adrienne about Marquez spitting on the legacy of the company. As he continues passionately; Louisa Angel, Cassandra Clausen, and Krissy Angelle walk up and have exchanges with him as well. The segments ends with Bruce warning them that they will take the fall if Marquez hurts the company since they will be in charge after Supreme Challenge.

"He's pretty good," Marquez says to himself as he watches the segment in the same place as before.

Marquez and SWF Agent Richie Santana go over the final cues minutes before the segment with Krissy begins, "You got everything, Antonio?" Richie asks as he pats Marquez on the back who is wearing a fitted black shirt, white sunglasses, and fashionable jeans. "I got it," Marquez responds.

The segment went off without a hitch, Marquez approached Krissy in attempt to 'inform' her that after Supreme Challenge he would need favorable booking from her since he will be the 'man' in the company. Krissy pushed back and immediately became annoyed after Marquez dropped, "...You may call me Champagne Delight," after she referred to him as Antonio.

The future General Manager was neutral when it came to Marquez insulting Bruce after his passionate display earlier in the evening. Marquez couldn't even get her to remark on future SWF CEO and Chairwoman booking Bruce in the main event against Cannonball tonight. The segment came to an end after Krissy had enough and stated she had business to take care of and advised Marquez to get ready for Supreme Challenge since he was refusing to speak to the press until after the event.

Bruce has just begun his Rockstar entrance, where he milks the crowd for a pop before his matches, one of the few elaborate entrance in the company. Cannonball is in the ring with bodyguard Bully hovering on the outside.

The match was constructed to get the crowd invested and saw a lot of interference. As Marquez stated in the second in-ring with he and Bruce, he had no intentions of attacking or fighting Bruce - so he didn't make an appearance during nor after the match. Huey's chair came into play, but he ended up taking the New York Minute on it.

"We may be able to have a great match after all," Marquez remarks to himself after the match comes to a conclusion. Adrienne Hewitt watching beside him nods her head, "Huey deserves some credit, the guy can make almost anyone look good," she adds.

After the show, Antonio, Tom Gilmore, and Skull DeBones are hanging out in Tom's hotel room in the moderately sized Kansas city. The three went out and had several beers, before returning to the hotel. "I'm sorry they bumped your Supreme Challenge match with Bruce to Time Of Trouble," Marquez says with sincerity in his voice.

"Ah, don't worry about that. It's all setting up something cool. This is for the better," Gilmore replies with class and sincerity. "What we should be talking about is what's up with you and the actress-model," Skull remarks in his Texas accent.

"We haven't done anything," Marquez says while laughing, "My girlfriend works for South of the Border," he quickly continues.

"I can respect that, Adrienne definitely likes you though," Skull responds. "I'm going to stay away from the dating life for a bit," Gilmore adds in, still finding his way after the amicable divorce from Jessie Pearce.

"I also still have to work house shows for six more months," he adds while laughing a bit - being the only one in the room who travels full-time with the company. "Jerry still has you on the road full-time?" Skull asks a hint of shock in his voice.

"Yeah, I work about three or four of the house shows every month. He told me I won't have to worry about them during next negotiations," Gilmore begins, "I'll get to see my son more after that," he continues.

Press Conferences, I'll See You Soon

During the week Marquez was told his entrance attire was ready for Supreme Challenge and would be delivered Wednesday in the 2nd week of July. Marquez would also check in on, "Champagne & Love Authentic Mexican Cuisine" restaurants in Mexico, speaking with the managers at each of the four locations over video chat. After signing with SWF he gave his employees a substantial raise.

If anything about Jack Bruce's words were true, Marquez wasn't lacking money. Antonio has quite a few streams of income away from the wrestling world and those will probably only grow if he stands out in SWF.

He spent some time looking at what the dirt sheets drug up during the week. Nothing extremely exciting came to light other than an interesting story regarding AAA.

On Monday, after arriving in Madison, Wisconsin he was able to watch Elite, which was happening in Arizona, he was quite impressed with the Edd Stone and Rogue main event.

Upon waking up in the hotel on Tuesday the internet was buzzing with news.

Marquez thought back to several weeks ago when USPW brought her dad in as a Colour Commentator several weeks back, now his daughter is off to shoot another movie. Times are good for the Thunder family.

Marquez remembered Ghoul speaking about wanting to drop his mask and start wearing elaborate face paint, yet he was shocked he dropped it to Gran Brandon (Brandon James) in a hair vs mask match. Antonio assumed the company is still all in on pushing Brandon as a top Rudo.

Upon arriving at the arena Jerry Eisen was quick to come up to Marquez before he could even set his bags down, "...Adrienne is already here, you know she's leaving to film a movie in a few days, right?"

"Yeah, I know," Marquez says slightly confused, "I just wanted you to know, she would probably like for you to see her off." Jerry's words seem to have an ulterior meaning behind them. "I'll talk to her later tonight," Marquez says in a matter of fact tone.

Jerry walks off with disappointment in his body language, "Kill your segment tonight," he says as he turns down a hall out of sight.

An hour before the show, Marquez was dressed in his black vest combo, with black sunglasses at the ready - attached to the neck of his shirt collar. This was the first Supreme TV in weeks where there hasn't been drama backstage.

Paul Huntingdon and Huey Cannonball were festive, effectively being given the night off as the arc for their storylines this week had the two members off preparing for Supreme Challenge while sending bodyguard Bully to take care of Randy Legend. Marquez has enjoyed what he's seen from their Triumvirate stable.

"Dinner and drinks after the show?" Adrienne asks playfully as Marquez smiles back at her, "Of course, I won't see you for a bit after tonight."

"That's right, I've got to go be an actress," Adrienne shoots back in an upbeat tone. She gives Marquez a wave as she was being summoned by Agent Richie Santana.

The show has begun, Jack Bruce is opening with another in-ring. He tells a passionate story about how he has always fought and represented the SWF against any and all challengers. He eventually calls out Marquez, who obviously doesn't show since he's watching the segment a flat screen in the locker room.

Bruce finishes the fifteen-minute segment by calling Marquez a coward and "flavor of the week" who won't last in the company. Antonio shrugs his shoulders and grins at the segment, "...I guess I should go home then," he jokingly says turning to the Real Concept trio of Benny Crane, Greg Black, and Tiffany Strange (Sweet Tabitha O'Neil), each responding with a brief chuckle.

Hour two begins with Marquez approaching soon to be General Manager Krissy Angelle for the second week in a row, he again has his sunglasses on the entire time he is on camera. This time, soon to be EVP, Talent Acquisitions Cassandra Clausen is with Krissy. Clausen asks if Krissy will be alright before walking off.

Marquez dropped, "...You may call me Champagne Delight," again after Cassandra addressed him with a dismissive "...Antonio," prior to walking off. Krissy inquired why Marquez ignored Bruce's request earlier, which was met with, "He's not worth the time," and further insults towards Bruce.

Antonio requested an SWF World Heavyweight Championship match after he defeats Bruce at Supreme Challenge leading Krissy to reply with, "Why don't you worry about winning first? I'm not promising you anything - especially with the Elite Championship going inactive."

Marquez wasn't pleased but told Krissy that she would see things his way soon and that he thought the two will be able to work together. Krissy again excused herself, stating she actually had matters to attend to.

The 2nd segment of the show had Fry and Chase build up a press conference to end the show with Mikey Lau and Remo. After Hewitt announced her promotion, she stated the company would open up to outside journalists, reporters, and bloggers to allow more transparency and access to fans and stockholders after the disaster of Richard Eisen.

Several of those reporters were debuting in the segment and Marquez was interested in seeing how they did, as the segment went on the 'Independent Journalist' Nomiki Pike (Hannah Gold, Thunderverse) was extremely impressive.

After the show, a Luber took Marquez and Hewitt to a nice restaurant in downtown Madison. The two had a ride full of laughs with their driver who is the owner of a large wrestling group on Eyebook, and SWF is his favorite promotion. He was sad that he couldn't afford tickets to the show. Marquez got his Chirper information, followed him, and said he would get him tickets the next time SWF was in the Great Lakes.

The gesture impressed Adrienne, who is known for being a little selfish - but is quite kind at heart.

The two are almost done with their late dinner, each having had several glasses of champagne. Adrienne is noticeably feeling the alcohol as she also had a stout on top of the champagne, yet she's far from a drunken mess.

She is giggling at a story Marquez just told about a road story from SOTBPW when their busses got stuck and Soul Taker thought the cartel was going to hold them all up for money. Marquez did miss the small local shows from SOTBPW with local talent. Sports Entertainment was a far different life and culture from the customs of Lucha Libre.

"...Why aren't you single? I'd definitely s..." Adrienne catches herself and looks quite embarrassed as her face turns slightly red. Antonio smiles and immediately attempts to relax her, "You never know what may happen in the future, don't worry about it."

Adrienne collects herself, yet she is still noticeably sheepish, "Thank you, I didn't mean to make this awkward." Marquez laughs a bit, "It's not like I have heard it all from the boys about us hanging out on the road."

"Oh?" Adrienne asks. "What have they been saying, Mr. Marquez?" She asks confidently after collecting herself, "I'm sure your imagination has already answered that for you," Marquez says, purposely hyping up his latin accent.

"Oh right, this is on me this time," he says with a smile. "I guess that's fair," Adrienne charmingly responds.

Drama, Drama, & A Little More Drama

Antonio had quite the week following Supreme TV. He flew out Wednesday for a brief appearance at a Supreme Challenge press event where he didn't take questions and made a quick statement after his 'surprise' arrival and told everyone that Jack Bruce isn't in his league and the situation between the two is simply the business of sports entertainment.

The following day two interesting pieces of information hit the dirt sheets.

Adrienne filled him in on the plot of the action movie, evidently, she is going to perform some of her own stunts. Antonio sent her a text Thursday afternoon asking her to stay in touch during the filming process.

Definitely not something you see every day, yet it's not surprising - VIP is always listening to a range of music in the locker room.

On Saturday in the 2nd week of July Marquez received a Chirper private message from Jack Bruce, giving him information about wanting to fly Marquez out to his Suburban Chicago mansion after Supreme TV next week - so they could spend a few days going over the match before they speak to agent Richie Santana to finalize everything.

Antonio was reluctant to agree, yet Adrienne's warning about the politics of the company led him to make quick arrangements with Bruce - who has practically ignored him off camera since his arrival to the company.

Marquez was preparing to watch Elite at the hotel in Nashville, Tennessee where the Supreme Brand was staying when an obviously annoyed Jerry Eisen came over and told him about drama backstage. Phillip "Enforcer" Roberts, who was responsible for running the back for the Elite brand - since Jerry exclusively traveled with Supreme during the beginning of the split. Jerry saw Antonio in the lobby and took the opportunity to vent.

Antonio learned that nobody really likes Jerry's brother Eric - this being the latest in a number of incidents he has caused. Just last month he almost began a fight with Edd Stone, prior to that "Mountain For Hire" Everest before he was released, and just last November he started a fight with Kurt Laramee - who gave him a beating then as well.

Jerry decided to fine his brother, which led to an annoyed phone call from their father and Eric being angry and texting his brother insults.

In return for the insults, Jerry changed the plans for his match of Elite and had him take the fall, Antonio was shocked by it all and suddenly had no interest in meeting Eric, "I'm going to call my sister Jordan, maybe she knows a way to get to Eric," he stated after being further annoyed that Eric was putting the Power Structure stable with Eric and Pain Alliance in jeopardy.

All of this after Richard kept Jerry from hiring The Ghost Rider who had just finished up his dates with CWT, due to him being over 38. Jerry wanted to bring him in as another supernatural character and have a program with Scythe DeBones - to further get the youngster over, yet Richard wanted no part of that.

Afterwards, Antonio sat back and enjoyed the show. He specifically paid attention to Eric's match and the surprise main event between Rogue and Jefferson Stardust for the Intercontinental Championship.

"Jerry wasn't kidding," Antonio said to himself.

Rogue used a low blow and horizontal cradle to win the IC belt before Drake Richards came out, knocked him out with it and cut a promo, causing drama around the Supreme Cell match between the two and the supposed IC Ladder Match between Edd Stone, ZimTastic, and Stardust.

"That's an interesting twist. I definitely want to work Stardust at some point," Antonio said as the show came to an end.

Antonio arrived at the Nashville Pavillion one hour prior to the arrival time, Jerry was in the middle of having a conversation with Reptoid who was late for an appointment with the media team wanting to film another Supreme Challenge piece.

This was in addition to Bully making a rather large mess and being taken to Wrestler's Court - Skull made sure Bully agreed to clean and buy everyone drinks after the show.

As show time approached Randy Legend and Mikey Lau played a tiny rib on Margaret and hid her shoes for the night, getting a laugh from several members of the crew.

Marquez was in position for his first segment, which led off hour two.

"Damnit!" Rang out from Nomiki as the scene cut, "Don't worry about it...it still went over well," Antonio reassures her.

"Your cue is coming up in five," Black Hat Bailey informs Marquez who was again ready with his sunglasses on and wearing formal attire. Antonio nods in order to acknowledge Bailey, knowing full well he had to deliver in this segment to keep the heat for his Supreme Challenge match at a fever pitch.

"Your ticket to Chicago is in your email, I'll be picking you up myself," Bruce says to Marquez before walking off after the segment.

When Antonio returned to the back Greg Black was very angry after the Real Concept and Velocity tag match. Benny and Tiffany were attempting to calm him down but weren't having much success.

After what happened on Elite, Marquez watched the main event closely, especially after the build-up through the night. From Krissy annoucing Adrienne made the match and the feel after what happened on Elite. They even shot the opening scene for the show before Marquez arrived, the situation left him thinking there could be another surprise - especially when Margaret Roman came out to watch the match from the middle of the ramp.

No surprises, but definitely an entertaining match that Remo built up slowly with he and Morrisette getting the crowd invested in the story and not just the wrestling itself. Roman's appearance definitely added to the feel.

After the show, most of the locker room went to a country and western bar - where Bully spent a good amount on the first round of drinks for everyone. Marquez had a nice conversation with Paul Huntingdon, evidently, Jack Bruce went to another bar in the area where he always gets free drinks, completely playing up his rockstar persona.

Unfortunately, Remo used the time to chat up Tiffany Strange, Danny B Bling, Marshall Dillon, "Sex Kitten" Roxy Joplin (Roxy Kitten), Nomiki Pike, Brett Biggins, and Matthew DeVille against Spencer Spade - after buying the group several drinks and gaining their ear.

Marquez rolled his eyes at the politics, again remembering the warning Adrienne gave him about the nature of the locker room. Antonio just didn't expect Remo to sink to that level.

Antonio decided to call it an early night after witnessing Remo begin his scheme against Spade, heading back to the hotel earlier than the others.

ET = A segment that was filmed earlier in the day by reporters with access and not actually happening at the time it is aired, forcing everything to be scripted.

I am a novelist and screenwriter, I started this with the goal of it being entertaining to those who weren't fans of wrestling and those who may not care for SWF. An Interesting Week, Bruce You Don't Say?

"I'll make the best of this," Marquez said to himself as he was getting out of his hotel bed on Wednesday morning. The flight Bruce purchased Marquez wasn't until later in the afternoon, different from the morning flights SWF schedules. Antonio caught up on some reading prior to checking the dirt sheets and seeing some interesting news.

Antonio had sent Hector a text wishing him luck on the role several nights ago. The dirt sheets picking up on the news probably had a lot to do with his connections with Marquez and rumors that he could head to SWF as well.

"Smart move rookie," Marquez said to himself after reading the news.

Marquez spent the next few hours eating breakfast and catching a movie, he partially dressed in disguise as to not be bothered in public.

Once he was on his flight to Chicago he got a few hours of sleep, which helped as he was set to arrive at 1 AM local time and then had to ride to the North Shore where Bruce lived when not fulfilling his training duties at the SWF University in Hawaii where he had his second of three homes - the third being in upstate New York.

Marquez was stunned how talkative Bruce was on the drive. Bruce even went into detail about making sure they weren't seen in public together and that Richard Eisen was huge on keeping kayfabe alive and well.

On the drive to Bruce's home, he told him how many back in New York thought he was a traitor for living near Chicago and being a Cubs fan - somewhat humanizing himself to Marquez.

After waking up on Thursday, Bruce gave Marquez a five-page double-spaced document which outlined their match for Supreme Challenge. Antonio got to the second page before he began adding his input on things to change and make better.

"Why don't we call most of it in the ring?" He finally asked about twenty-five minutes into the conversation, "Richard would never go with that and Santana is going to want his input as well." Marquez understood Bruce's remarks, yet was used to having freedom in the ring - especially when it came to money matches.

Bruce had his chef come in and make them dinner prior to them turning in for the night. On Friday morning they spent several more hours discussing the match. Prior to the two working on a few spots in Bruce's ring, Marquez saw some interesting news on his phone.

Antonio liked the idea of returning to Mexico several times a year for special events, "They would be dumb to not take advantage of your drawing power there," Bruce said when he heard the news.

That night Marquez watched 'SOTBPW LuchaMania 5' on MySelect USA from his laptop.

"Smasher is learning that Lucha Libre isn't the same as Sports Entertainment," Marquez said to himself after the show ended.

That night Jack Bruce's girlfriend the high fashion model Tamika Petrov, known for her alluring skin tone due to her multi-ethnic background and ability to express limitless emotions in pictures came over to eat dinner.

Marquez was stunned as it wasn't public that Bruce was seeing anyone, which Bruce quickly explained was on purpose to keep at least some part of his life private. Marquez was sure the fact that Tamika was twenty-five also had something to do with it.

On Sunday they worked out the final touches on what they wanted to present to Richie Santana, while Bruce has a lot of stroke with the office and they both have forms of Creative Control - they were prepared for creative to insert some ideas into a match of this magnitude.

The two had separate flights on Monday on their journey to Hartford, Connecticut for Supreme TV. Marquez was able to check into his hotel room just in time to watch Elite live.

"This should be good," Marquez said to himself after learning how they were going to handle the Intercontinental Championship situation.

Marquez saw the segment and wondered how Kurt could deal with Eric on camera so well.

In between the segments, there was a short match with PT Dixon and an enhancement talent the company brings in often.

"I like how they operate, talented group," he said after mostly ignoring the match which came before the segment.

"Well done," Marquez remarked. The final sequence saw Drake Richards hit Rogue with his Drake Driver, Fireman's Carry Sheer Drop Takeover while Stardust and Stone were out on the outside. ZimTastic Dropkicked Richards out of the ring and quickly climbed the turnbuckles and hit his beautiful Shooting Star Zim, Shooting Star Press to win the belt.

"They definitely made that belt look important," Marquez quipped as the show came to an end.

After the show he went to dinner with Tom Gilmore, Skull DeBones, Scythe DeBones, Andrew Rawls, and Matty Faith. The group went to an Italian restaurant and there Marquez learned that after he left the bar last Tuesday that Remo ended up spending the night with Emmy and she turned on Spencer Spade as well.

While Spencer and Emmy weren't dating are known to be extremely close, they had a good friendship for years going back to their stay in RIPW. Remo took the issue with Spade pretty far. Rawls and Faith said Spade didn't let any of it bother him besides what went down with Emmy and Remo. Evidently Mission Complete (Rawls and Faith) travel the road with Spade for House Shows.

Marquez wasn't going to get into it with Remo, but the entire incident soured him on the SWF World Heavyweight Champion.

The Stage Of All Stages Draws Near

Marquez wasn't expecting there to be so much buzz when he woke up Tuesday afternoon. Yet, the hotel was speaking a revelation in Japan. Matty Faith had broken the news to anyone who would listen, Kikkawa was leaving BHOTWG.

It was nice to see him excited as he had been down since coming back from suspension. Matty grew up a huge fan of the Japanese Heavy Style and Kikkawa was his favorite wrestling growing up...yeah, even over his dad - who for his credit wasn't bothered by the fact. Matty told Antonio in passing that his father tried to get Kikkawa to jump to SWF back in the early 2000s, that story caused Matty to become interested in puroresu and Kikkawa.

As Marquez was walking down a hall, heading down to the lobby in order to grab lunch he heard an argument from Jerry's room, "...Are you nuts Greg?! Release you days before Supreme Challenge!? Release you at all?! We're elevating the Tag Titles because of you and Benny!"

Jerry was quite passionate, "I've just had enough Jerry, I helped build the Eisen Corporation angle and helped get all of those guys over! Benny and I haven't got anything for it!" Greg shoots back angrily, yet not disrespectful, "I make sure you get bonuses after every Pay Per View! Creative has plans for both of you!" Jerry responds, unmoved in his position.

As Antonio walks by, Greg storms out of the room, "...Hi, Antonio," Greg says attempting to be polite, however, he's obviously agitated. He storms down the hall in a huff as Marquez looks into the room to see Jerry with a hand on his head, back to the door. "...Is it too early for a cocktail?" Jerry whispers to himself as he stares out his window, looking out at the Hartford, Connecticut landscape.

Antonio decides to move along and not say anything to Jerry, who doesn't even notice he heard parts of the argument. With the big Tables, Ladders, Chairs, & Tragedy multi-tag match for Supreme Challenge, he understands why Jerry would be stressed at Greg's request. Rumors were going around that Jerry gave Greg a $5,000 bonus after Supreme TV last week as well.

Marquez arrived at the arena two hours before arrival time and was shocked to find that there wasn't any major backstage drama prior to the show. He had time to prepare for his show opening in-ring where he was given 15 minutes to put Sunday's match over.

Creative never scripts his segments, yet they gave him a note to mention he was using a clause in his contract to keep from being interrupted during the segment, Antonio thought it was an interesting touch.

He had a twenty-minute conversation with Jessie Pearce who was always extremely polite to him, despite knowing Marquez commonly hangs with her ex-husband. Even Jessie said she and Tom were still friendly and that it wasn't a big deal.

About an hour before show time Krissy Angelle walked past Marquez with her arm hooked around her boyfriend El Cortador, Rudy Vasquez. She shot Marquez a smile, "Adrienne has asked about you," she says in a matter of fact tone as they walk past one another.

Antonio smiled and reminded himself to text her later.

Marquez stands at the go position, Black Hat Bailey stands at the top of the area with his headset on. The two have been talking as the show draws near, "They've let you talk more in a month than they let me my entire career here," Bailey says with a chuckle.

"You could work your ass off though," Marquez says while pointing at Bailey. "Damn right I could,' the Head SWF Agent shoots back.

The conversation definitely loosened him up before the segment. He got his sunglasses ready as he walks up the go position. As his music hits he turns his back and begins walking out, "Watch me kill this," Marquez says as he does his trademark backward walk into the arena.

"I nailed it, amigo." Marquez confidently says to Bailey as returns from the segment, Bailey can only laugh as he slaps Antonio on the back, "I guess that's why they call you Champagne Delight, huh?" Bailey comments as Marquez walks off shrugging his shoulders.

Since Marquez was done for the evening he decided to quickly change into jeans and a black collar shirt before watching the rest of the program in the back.

"Where do they even shoot these," Marquez asks after watching the creepy Angel's Of Virtue segment which they've used to build up the supernatural angle between the group and Inverted Tetrad, seemingly vampire brood. Definitely creative and interesting, Marquez was amazed how Skull could keep that character relevant for so long.

"Well, he's pretty good out there," Marquez says after Bruce's 15 minute hour 2 opener. Bruce played up Supreme Challenge as the 'Stage Of All Stages' which helped his launch into fame years ago. He definitely helped build interest in the match, "Maybe I underestimated him," Marquez says to himself prior to sipping a glass of orange juice.

Marquez could only shake his head when he saw "Classic Bret" Bret Biggins and Emmy talking to Spencer Spade on camera after the two turned on him to rub elbows with Remo. Spade was off alone in the locker room, several people went up and spoke to him, but there was a lot of gossip going on due to Remo.

"Sometimes fans don't know what goes into even a one minute segment," he says to Rich "Demon Anger" Harper, one of the SWF Supreme Agents, who is often with Patrick "Demon Spite" Sharpe who is also an SWF Agent on Supreme.

Marquez was impressed with the main event, Huey used his 'Amazing Chair' on Randy Legend to cause the DQ. "He's really getting that chair over," Marquez said to himself as the show came to an end.

As the show ended Marquez wasn't shocked Real Concept was left off the show. Benny and Tiffany were spending most of the night attempting to calm down Greg Black who was still upset about his current situation in the company.

Marquez didn't stay out long after the show as they all had to fly out to Los Angeles early in the morning. There were several fan festivals planned to treat those who are attending Supreme Challenge.

However, he did get a few drinks with El Cortador and Krissy Angelle at a local sports bar. Rudy seemed pretty cool and was hoping he and Galindo would get more TV after the brand split. Krissy was her usual upbeat self and was making jokes. Marquez had to mention his girlfriend Jennifer several times when she wanted to know his plans with Adrienne.

Wednesday afternoon after arriving in California Marquez saw some interesting news on the dirt sheets.

Evidently, the news caused a lot of, "Why didn't this happen twenty years ago," type of comments from fans and wrestling journalists who followed their careers.

On Thursday as Marquez was mostly relaxing for the day, after taking a walk in the city where he stuck to kayfabe and told any fans who approached that he was going to beat Bruce easily, causing some interesting semi-viral videos to spread throughout the day. However, a lot of news broke during the day.

Marquez took it all in and was mostly intrigued by the company raising the Intercontinental Championship to a floating status. Creative also said they were doing the same with the Tag Team Championships since the US Tag Titles would serve mid-card angles. Also, there were rumors that the TV title would also get elevated to the mid-card after Supreme Challenge, while the North American title would be a mid-card belt for middleweight and up mid-card talent.

Definitely, a lot of new that got some of the roster talking. Especially, those who are belt marks.

Friday was a day where Marquez cut a promo from his phone while poolside where he ripped into Jack Bruce. Again, it caused a stir on social media as Marquez was approaching his SWF in-ring debut.

"That was fun," Marquez said as he got inside a company limo after making a brief appearance at the largest fan festival through the week. The appearance quickly made the rounds on the dirt sheets.

Antonio snickered at the news that Jasmine Saunders began dating a guy who was brought in for a private workout at SWF Headquarters and is getting a tryout match soon. "She moves fast," he remarked on the ride back to the hotel.

Antonio had just gotten off the phone with Jennifer, El Fuerza, and El Heroe Mexicano who were arriving Sunday morning as backstage guests. His sisters Olivia (24) and Mariana (26) were also on the call and will also be backstage, which made Marquez slightly nervous as his sisters never really attend shows he's on - despite being Lucha Libre fans.

"What a day tomorrow will be," Marquez says as he begins drifting to sleep.

As the 'Stage Of All Stages' as The Supreme Challenge has come to be known over the past fifteen years approaches, the wrestling community is eagerly anticipating a show which will mark a new beginning for Supreme Wrestling Federation (SWF) and their creative process. While the company remains the largest in the world consistent challenges from South Of The Border Pro Wrestling (SOTBPW), United States Pro Wrestling (USPW), Awesome Wrestling Federation (AWF), along with potential challenges from Pride Glory Honor Wrestling and 21st Century Wrestling.

Changes have already begun with their addition of hiring reporters, journalists, and creating a new way to present their product with the current dynamic and ever-changing wrestling landscape.

Someone close to SWF sent us at IFWN the card order for the Supreme Challenge 37. The show is coming from Los Angeles, California tomorrow and is expected to draw between forty-five to fifty-three thousand fans.

The Stage Of All Stages, Pre-Show

"This is incredible," Marquez says to himself as he looks out into the grand empty Storm Rider Arena in Los Angeles, California. The domed arena usually plays home to a college football team, while Marquez is familiar with performing in front of audiences around fifty-thousand - this would be his first in a non-Lucha Libre environment. Wrestling is a religion in Mexico, sport in Japan, and an easily critiqued and criticized form of entertainment in the United States.

The failures of the WWWE and the general feel of the Sports Entertainment environment surrounding the countries biggest promotions bring in a different fan who wants more story outside of the ring than within. Marquez wasn't unaware that a lot of the key SWF audience fall into that mold, Richard Eisen used a slow burn rather than a hot-shot method which allowed him to lead the SWF past RAWA and WWWE - who both refused to take notice of Eisen's patience, well at least with his business strategy. Which is one of the only positive qualities of Richard Eisen, who clearly rubs nearly anyone who isn't a stooge of his the wrong way and hasn't been afraid to blame others for his failures.

Marquez takes a large breath as he walks back into the locker room area, after deciding to arrive ten hours before the main show and nine before the pre-show activities began he knew there was a long day ahead of him - especially with all the guests arriving backstage within the next five hours or so.

It's just another match he thinks to himself as he walks in the mostly empty hallways. Only around a dozen or so backstage assistants and Agents are at the arena. Antonio decides to head into one of the offices to take a nap and prepare for the arrival of his guests.

Marquez wakes up four hours later after hearing the voice of Pro Wrestling Hall Of Famer Richie Santana who wanted to go over Antonio's match with Bruce. It was difficult to question anything Santana had to say, his reputation for his psychology and putting on performances was well known in Mexico, many promotions in the country attempted and failed to bring him in during his career. Rumors in the business say OLLIE failed three times to do so.

Santana had only been with the SWF since September of last year, coming to the company after they hired his son Richie for the soon to be defunct Uprising brand - Jerry announced through a company e-mail that there wouldn't be mass firings due to the brand split ending, which eased the minds of a lot of the roster.

Bruce and Marquez laid out what they had in mind for their match, Santana was mostly in agreement and suggested a few minor tweaks - which Jack and Antonio went along with. "That guy should be a bigger legend," Marquez said after the forty minute meeting, impressed with his knowledge of psychology and how to lay out a match.

Two hours later El Fuerza, Jennifer Villa (Heat), and El Heroe Mexicano arrived backstage among other guests such as Bruce The Giant who is one of the trainers in RIPW, Former SWF World Heavyweight Champion Micky Starr, 1970s and 1980s fan favorite Schoolyard Dawg, former top SWF Carpenter Canello Perez, Warlord Agony, and the recently unemployed Jim Force who USPW didn't renew in June.

Marquez was amused and confused by Micky Starr laying into his grandson Brett about his egotistical and selfish attitude. The energetic Dawg had a short conversation with Marquez and still had the smile which got him over as a top babyface for several decades.

"Hi! Nice to meet you!" Krissy Angelle says to Jennifer with Rudy at her side, Krissy says extending her hand, "Antonio has told me so much about you," she says smiling as Jennifer shakes her hand. Jennifer had previously had her arms around Marquez while the two were speaking in Spanish to El Fuerza and Mexicano concerning Fuerza's film shoot.

Jennifer who has been managing Magnifico and mostly relegated to the local SOTBPW shows and their B-show SOTBPW Guerreros Del Anillo - seemingly as punishment for Marquez leaving the company. "Nice to meet you," Jennifer says with her accent shining through and shaking the hand of Krissy.

Krissy and Rudy speak to the group for a few minutes, Marquez understood Krissy's inside joke - she definitely wants him to date Adrienne, yet was being quite nice to Jennifer. He wasn't quite sure what to make of that.

After Krissy and Rudy left, Marquez got on Mexicano about being out of shape. While they were really good friends, Antonio still saw his trainee as a reflection of himself in the business.

Jack Bruce, Jessie, Tom Gilmore, and Skull DeBones all went out of their way to speak to the group. Of note, Mikey Lau was mostly off to the side looking like a nervous wreck; Randy Legend, ZimTastic, and Margaret Roman were checking in on him, but he was mostly quiet and distant for the entire night.

As the pre-show was around thirty minutes away from beginning the around one-hundred guests were sent to a specific room in order to watch the show. Many of them and the roster were confused about all the cameras and equipment set up to record the Pre-show. The closest the company has done to this was the recording of the pre and post-show matches on Uprising to air later, yet that was nowhere near this level.

It was also odd the announce team for Supreme Challenge was calling the pre-show. The amazing Clay Clinton, Duane Fry, and Emma Chase were all in place. Luckily, their desk was situated a mere one hundred feet from a staff restroom to use during specific moments during the broadcast.

Marquez decided to get dressed for his match much later in the night since he still had some five hours before he was up.

Marquez could hear the roar of the crowd as 'Nervous Rock Band' shred for several minutes, they may be rated a minor band, but they definitely got the crowd pumped.

"Those guys have some talent," Marquez said as he watched the match with passing interest, his mind mostly focused on his moment later in the night.

Marquez didn't pay much attention to those segments as he was having a conversation with Jerry, who looked quite excited for the night, "So....is Jennifer down to work in the US?" Jerry asks as the two finished discussing the business of the night.

"No, she likes Mexico way too much to work here," Marquez says while laughing.

"A limo on either side of the entryway," Marquez remarks at the spare no expense style Jerry seems to run the company with.

"How did Greed get stuck in Uprising?" Marquez asks himself after watching him lead a fairly good match, despite the lack of crowd reaction for the younger workers.

Marquez was glad SWF made the correct decision regarding the MPWF and their former championship. Unfortuntately, he wasn't able to speak to Carlos Alvarado earlier, who was the Lucha Libre Hall Of Fame Vice President and received both belts to wrap up the pre-show.

As Carlos walked to the back he received respectful applause as a short montage of MPWF memorable moments played on the SWF Tron.

As he disappeared into the back the crowd began to roar as Nervous Rock Band began to play music as The Supreme Challenge, The Stage Of All Stages was near the beginning.

As Marquez walked around the back he heard Jerry speak to Spencer Spade who was off isolated, still feeling the ramifications of Remo's politics. "...Don't worry about everything that's going on. As Nervous Rock Band completed Supreme Challenge's opening theme, Women In Charge's music blasted over the PA causing a cheer from the crowd. "The Raven" Louisa Angel, "Madame GM" Krissy Angelle, and "Ms. Cassandra" Cassandra Clausen all come from the back to raucous cheers. After the show, they take on their new positions; Angel (President), Krissy (GM), and Cassandra Clausen (EVP, Talent Acquisitions).

The three aren't dressed in the stereotypical executive fashion with Krissy with her hair in pigtails while wearing a lacey black dress, Angel in a tank top and long black skirt, with Cassandra dressed in a low cut and white skin tight dress. In all the commotion everyone forgot to notice a particular someone was walking ten or so feet behind them.

The Hall Of Famer! Sam Keith has returned to the SWF!

Marquez watched closely as he nor anyone else in the locker room had seen Sam Keith at the arena all day. His son Gregory Gauge was definitely excited, apparently, even he didn't know his dad was returning.

The cheers in LA quickly turned to boos when he was allowed to talk after being announced as the Executive Vice President in charge of Talent Relations - serving as the buffer between the wrestlers and executives - Keith quickly insulted the crowd and Women In Charge, especially Adrienne for not taking their roles seriously.

The ladies brushed Keith off as they had another big announcement to makes which was the creation of SWF Total Access, Supreme Wrestling Federation's brand new subscription service.

They stated the goal of the service is to provide a flow of live streaming and on-demand material from reporters, exclusive matches, shows from the SWF Developmental System, exclusive SWF shows, and the four-yearly events in Canada and Mexico to the service.

"That explains the full crew during the pre-show," Marquez says to himself.

The group finished their address by saying that they would have two special announcements on Elite tomorrow. The group then left to the back while curiously looking at the limos that were parked on either side of the entryway.

"They're never going to give Valiant that big win," Jack Bruce says to Marquez who was slightly startled to hear his voice. Bruce had yet to put his gear on as well, "You ready for our dance?" Bruce says with a wink to Marquez.

"Oh, I'm ready." Antonio's words sounded confident, yet he did have a nervous feeling which was slowly increasing as the night went along.

Marquez wasn't paying attention to the segments, he checked his phone and saw several new texts. Twenty minutes ago Jennifer sent him a message about his sisters Olivia (24) and Mariana (26) were just arriving from the airport and security escorted them to where the guests were being dined.

Antonio was becoming impressed with Huey, while he isn't the most naturally talented, he knows how to work with his opponents. Marquez smirked at the possibility of facing Randy Legend in the future, another talented guy who just signed a long-term deal.

"Wow," Marquez said in response to the eerie and atmospheric entrance as the final touches were being put on the Buried Alive pit by staff. Hooded Angelic Druids in white came out on either side of the ramp and escorted the two Avenging Angel's to the ring before the lights went out, only to come back on with them nowhere to be seen.

"Nice scene," Antonio says as all four members of Inverted Tetrad are covered with dirt by Skull DeBones in his son Scythe DeBones.

Marquez missed half of the Battle Flight Royale due to catching up with Skull and Scythe DeBones after their victory. They had a slight chuckle concerning the members of Inverted Tetrad having to stay in the pit until they can leave through the gimmicked door in about half an hour, "Those kids will be fine," Skull said in his Texan accent.

Their conversation was interrupted by the following from the PA and from the multiple flat screens in the locker room.

With VIP still in the ring, Khoklov made his first appearance since April when he carried a lifeless Richard Eisen away after what is now known as The Triumvirate turned on him and Randy Legend. He had some new music as well.

The locker room was slightly surprised, some of the minor dirt sheets had been spreading the news that he would definitely return at Supreme Challenge, yet Jerry and the office seemingly hid him backstage all day. A magical feet with someone of his size.

Some "ohhs," ran out as a game VIP was dropped with the Russian Legend Powerbomb and bounced off the mat.

Marquez and the rest of the locker room were shocked with how many risks Stone, Stardust, and ZimTastic took during this match. They definitely had the crowd on the edge of their seat. ZimTastic took a crazy risk when he climbed a ladder on the outside, stood on top of it, jumped into the ring with a magical flip and hit Stardust with his 'ZimTastic Voyage' the typically Springboard Flipping Neckbreaker, just as Stardust was reaching up for the Intercontinental Championship.

Luckily, the ring crew had gone to great lengths to soften the part of the ring where Zim was to fall and he wasn't injured in the process. Stardust just had to take a higher than normal back bump.

Marquez knew that some of the mainstream SWF fans who are WWWE and USPW crossovers wouldn't enjoy the display, but the three gave an incredible effort.

Marquez was busy getting dressed for his match, so didn't pay much attention to the three segments. He looked at his white sunglasses closely before putting them on the top of his head. Tonight he's debuting his new white, gold, and brown themed attire.

His white trunks have a white base with gold and light brown trim. 'CD' is on the back in gold lettering, his knee pads are the same color scheme and each has two small champagne glasses touching one another, his boots are a matching scheme - each with 'AMM' in a vertical line in gold lettering. His attire is finished by with matching elbow pads, and white wrist tape.

He pushes the dyed white and gold strands of his hair out of his face as he bounces around on his toes. Marquez takes a deep breath as he looks across the locker room at Bruce who has busted out one of his older looks.

However, Bruce is wearing new light purple and white tights with a purple guitar on the back a symbol known to legendary pop artist Michael Prince who performed the legendary My Little Silver Porsche and Chiller In The Night songs. Bruce is dancing around and seemingly in good spirits.

Marquez turns back around, putting his hands on the lockers, taking another deep breath.

Antonio watched the match but was clearly distracted as his mind was racing. His sisters being in attendance definitely added extra pressure on him, it also reminded him of his mother who was murdered in cartel violence when he was only twenty.

Olivia was only nine and Mariana was eleven. Marquez was hardly the megastar he is today. He was two years into the business as an active wrestler and had only been with SOTBPW for a year. At the time 'Champange Lover' was hardly making any money, working the small live events at the 2,300 seat 'Arena Tijuana' which the company built in the city shortly after opening and ran every Wednesday night - usually attracting between 800-1,500 diehard fans.

Prior to being found in Tijuana by a scout, he wrestled for a brief time as the masked 'Tijuana Muscle' a gimmick he took after graduating from the training of a local Tijuana regular. Marquez stood out at 6'2'' from the rest of the crowd where it was rare to find a luchadore over 5'9'' - much less 6'0''.

He lost his mask in April 2001 in a Luchas de Apuestas match against the man who trained him the at the time thirty-eight-year-old El Alma Mexicana, who had an American 1970s soul-style gimmick and matching mask.

From then until his signing with SOTBPW in November of 2001, he wrestled under his given name Antonio Maxi Marquez - which was the last time he heard his name called out by a ring announcer, until later tonight.

Memories of the early days of his going to small outdoor markets, tiny gyms, and old arenas in Tijuana several times a week to wrestle for a few pesos, only to rush to his job at a bakery, only to rush home to make sure his sisters returned home from school in good health - begin to flood his mind.

"I never thought I would be here," Marquez says to himself as he thinks about all the money he has been fortunate to make, all the people he has helped, and how he paid for his sisters to attend college in the United States - both going to schools in Southern California before taking off to work around the world.

El Mitico Jr hitting a double jump springboard Tornado Plancha on his four opponents, drawing a pop from the crowd and causing Marquez to smile as it reminded him of the lucha in Mexico.

The finish of Referee Shinji Kato refusing to count for Brett Star who hit Eagle Foot with his 'A Star's Touch' Jackhammer and receiving a middle finger for his trouble, leading to Mitico to lock in his Spinning Figure Four and submit was a nice touch to the angle after Kato had been attacked by Starr.

Marquez loved how this segment was shot as halfway through Rogue is showed walking to the ring and near the end focused on the Supreme Cell being lowered to the arena floor, stretching all the way out to the barricade.

This match helped calm Marquez a bit, Richards had two matches in recent months leading up to this and he performed extremely well in a physically demanding match. While backstage Drake wasn't sure if he really wanted to work the program leading up to Supreme Challenge he showed why he had a decorated career.

It took two Crashing On's for Drake to be put down by Rogue who seemingly is always in the center of quality moments for the company.

The match was shorter than expected, but the big ending made up for it. The top rope Kneeling Face Crusher from Huntingdon popped the crowd and definitely gave Andrews a cover for losing.

"We need to get you in place," says Lindsay a backstage assistant who may be the hardest working person in the company. Marquez calmly grabbed the rest of his entrance gear before following her towards the go position. Jack Bruce had been led off by Richie Santana a few moments earlier.

Antonio felt as if the walk was the longest of his career, as his mind drifted back to driving his old beat up 1979 Delgado Hope to locations in Tijuana and having to walk past local vets who thought he didn't have what it took to make it, despite a helpful few like El Alma Mexicana and La Hija de Hércules Solar. His mind then drifts to when La Hija de Hércules Solar - who was a popular hand on the Lucha indies, wrestling all over the country gave him money to help buy clothes and food for his sisters after the death of his mother.

She would only accept a promise from Marquez as return payment, which was him learning to read and write English as she felt he could become a star anywhere in the world. He listened and for several months she would quiz him when she was in Tijuana for a booking.

Between her and El Alma Mexicana, Marquez received his first big indie booking at Casa de Lucha Tijuana, which held 2,000 people in June 2001, where SOTBPW scouts first saw him. The walk felt as if it took ten years as the sounds of the crowd grew in volume as he approached the arena portion of Storm Rider Arena. Antonio bumped into Lindsay, who he caught after she stumbled forward - her very small 5'2'' frame was quite frail compared to Marquez.

"I'm sorry!" He nervously exclaims after helping her regain balance, "You just wanted me to fall for you like all the other women around here," the twenty-three-year-old jokes, noticing that the moment is getting to Marquez.

Antonio couldn't help but smile, "Thank you, Lindsay, I needed that," he offers. Santana nods towards Marquez as they come into sight. However, he doesn't approach with any last minute instructions, he simply stays looking out into the arena as "American Machine" Alex Ansel, Des Davids, and BJ O'Neil approach.

Benny Crane had an amazing performance and to his credit, Greg Black didn't let his anger really show during the match. The three face teams teamed up to hit Anakim and Reptoid with tandem Running Powerbombs to the floor, putting them through double stacked tables - which were set up by Universe Destruction earlier in the match. Zeta Reticuli showed great emotion when his team was driven down.

Spencer Spade was able to retrieve the titles with Biggins holding onto the legs of Davids and Crane who were trying to stop him. With all that was going on backstage, this had to be a great moment for Spade, yet Antonio wondered how the kid was really feeling about what went down - especially with having to 'celebrate' with Emmy and Brett in the arena.

As the team came to the back, Emmy and Brett immediately stormed off in front of Spade, completely ignoring him. "Hey Spade, good job out there," Marquez said to Spade who was hunched over with 1/2 of the SWF World Tag Team Championship slung over his shoulder.

"Thanks, bro, I appreciate it," Spade says in a tired yet sincere fashion. Marquez pats him on the back as he stands upright, "Kill it, my dude," Spade encouragingly says to Marquez before walking off towards the locker room area.

"I heard you were pretty good," Bruce shouts towards Marquez in a playful tone as their moment approaches. "You damn right I am," Marquez says with a smirk as he turned to look back at the former 8x SWF World Heavyweight Champion.

Along with his attire he is wearing a long cape-esq leather jacket with, 'Champagne Delight' wrote in a horizontal stack with gold patterned lettering on the back with champagne glasses underneath...

He puts on his sunglasses without ever turning around...

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Explosions go off along the rampway as Marquez turns to face the arena, again without ever showing his eyes. The lights in the arena come back on and the crowd is booing with all their hearts as Marquez strolls down the ramp, ignoring them. This is amazing he thinks to himself as his face remains emotionless. The cape/jacket is only connected by a clasp around the neck portion with a champagne glass neatly painted on it. The rest is open showing off Antonio's muscles.</div>
