Yeah, I love the new callouts and responses. Particularly, you can tell when somebody is a good interview, as it'll note that fighters carry themselves particularly well.

 

So many quality of life touches make this such a better experience. Those initial hiring splurges no longer need 5 minutes of clicking accept a hundred times or whatever. What a breeze.

I agree 100 %. The call-outs haven't even gotten very repetitive (yet). I'm also a big fan of the heat system: Do you wait for the heat to possibly get to nuclear while risking for it to cool off or do you strike the iron while it's at least somewhat hot? Another strategic level that was added to the game.
