Instead of say Fox Mask having a 45 popularity across the board in the USA, he'll have a higher population in South West (Because he works for CZCW) than he will in the Great Lakes (Where he doesn't work).</p>

it also tweaks youngsters popularity in big companies, so Brett Starr for example has 35-39 in most of the US and 51 in the Mid Atlantic instead of 51 across the board in the default data.

 

plus it adds wear and tear and more injury types, so Jack Bruce or Brent Hill have a much higher chance to get injured and several times too.
