All of these things always have strengths and weaknesses and I spent 30 years of my life analysing things so it's just 2nd nature to look for those strengths and weaknesses.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Pteroid</strong> - Went high concept and small. It's hard not to smile at the idea. It is what it is and there's no way to review the roster on talent because it's about character.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>YoungNoble</strong> - Slowly mutated into a Japanese flavoured US fed as the Draft went along. Strong Tag Division and decent Main Event talent and great depth as they chose not to have a Women's division. Long term prospects seem good.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Larrikn</strong> - How do you review Mexi Mega feds. They all seem samey because anyone drafting alone in Mexico knows what to do and ends up with a fairly similar roster at the top of the card - Larrikn is no fool and drafted accoringly. Sadly Uncrewed dropped out as a Mexican War would have made the world more compelling. Will be close to unassailable in Mexico.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>mikemanwba</strong> - A Japanese fed with half the roster Gaijin. Not going to win the Japanese battle initially but more likely to get good foreign deals. Has a network which could be a good investment long-term. It's seemingly a fed built for a long game rather than instant success. Strongly Bullet Club. The Alliance allows for the occasional foreign star to make an appearance which if used wisely will help against the more haphazard way the AI uses alliances.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>NoLegs</strong> - Very New Japan. Will win the Japanese battles initially but less foreign appeal. Enough younger talent to ensure that they will remain strong long term even if mikes fed booms. One word ''Okada'' as soon as you get him in Japan you pretty much ensure your long term prospects and with many of the other under 32 over 28 guys also there they look likely to stay strong for many years to come.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>auto45</strong>- Great depth and Ronda Rousey against the boys is actually super intriguing even if it was by accident. How will the AI handle that fed … probably badly but a human should have fun with it. Down on big stars at the top (great talent but not as popular) so may struggle in the initial US battle but has the alliance with the strong Japanese fed and the Mexi mega fed meaning it will never be short of options. Some really great ring workers mean it's likely to be a critics darling too.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Destiny</strong> - Decent top of the card but the mid card and women's division feel a little light. When you take women you need to go all in and make that your mid-lower card and here it feels like the Women are a little weak and that's taken away some of the mid card potential. Destiny's fascination with Zeke continues. It's strength is at the top of the card and Colby Lopez in the 3rd round is the steal of the draft. Will be strong early in the US but will probably need to go bargain shopping post draft to strengthen the women and the younger mid-card to ensure their future.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Alphadelli</strong> - So the cat can now be let out of the bag. Tardelli wanted a edgy adult based product full of T&A and risqué angles. We took Canada over British Isles because long term the access to women is better. </p><p> </p><p> Those first 4 Canada based picks were awkward but Omega, Zayn, Jericho and the WWE Network was as good as we probably could have hoped short of getting Kevin Steen. When the restrictions came off I was surprised we got as many potential stars as we did. Rock, HHH, Braun, Drew, EC3, Johhny Whatever he is called this week, Tommy End, Roode & Storm mean we'll have a solid upper mid-card that can work the style we want. Our Womens division is incredibly strong with the best womens workers in the Western world and the highest level eye candy too. Our weakness is obvious - We have the Fashion Police, Aiden English & Joey Ryan at the lower end of our male roster - that's it. We are short of established male tag teams or depth there. The Ai is dumb and wont prioritise the bargain buys that are going to be on offer but Tardelli and I both will so it's unlikely to be an issue.</p><p> </p><p> Then there are the divisive picks - Hebner, Bischoff & Hogan are fine I guess. Bischoff is a good Booker, Hogan has pop and Hebner will be good for the 5 minutes he's around before retiring in game - the world wont be short of replacement refs. I wont keep Hogan around but Tardelli will. For mine I got 3 Transgender workers with the last 3 picks and the mighty T.W.O will expand with Estrella Divina, Jessica Love and La Chica Yeye post draft. Tardelli will probably job them out and rightly so. The A.I will book them …. who knows how the AI will book them. I'll also pick up Sonya Deville, Charlie Morgan, Laura Di Matteo and Varja for a Lesbian stable and people like Sonny Kiss and maybe some more Exoticos - I hope Kiss has the same sort of chemistry in game as he does with Joey Ryan in the Real World. </p><p> </p><p> Our fed will likely be in the US Dogfight especially thanks to some aging stars and the WWE Network and some mid 30's guys with high Star Quality ensures it will stay around long-term. The A.I will make a dogs breakfast of it in all likelihood but humans are likely to have success.</p><p> </p><p> It looks like a fun world to watch develop - have fun guys.</p>

I myself was super sad to see Uncrewed drop out, kinda lost interest in the draft when I didn't have that opposition in Mexico, next time I'll make my return to Japan and dominate there !

Oh yeah I totally knew that as there were jokes about ''this means war'' etc. You could see that you were enjoying trying to one up Uncrewed.

If I was making a suggestion to whomever runs the next real world draft I'd say do something different. Force people to do something different so that the feds end up being more creative. So for instance each round is based on a theme. eg

Alternate Draft Rules

1 :US

2: Japan

3: British

4: Mexico

5: Canada

6: Europe

7: Australia

8: Women (not necessarily wrestlers as some people don't want a Womens division)

9/10: 2 picks but must be an established Tag Team

Repeat that two more times but each ten rounds the order of draft changes

Then again with a new order

31: Announcers

32: Colour

33: Road Agent

34: Ref

35: TV Deal

36: Event Deal

37: Network from any of the Subscription Networks in the mod

38 - 40 : Non In ring workers Personalities, Managers, Out of the Business workers (the only time you could resurrect peoples careers) or Owners and Bookers.

If you did something like that then the Rosters would automatically be much more mixed up and each round would offer up a unique challenge to everyone drafting.

Also if you wanted something truly different you could add 10 extra rounds again in a different order. Workers imported from a different mod (chosen by the people running the draft) like Rockverse or Titanverse or the C-Verse or one of the Historical mods so suddenly you are getting guys from 1985 or 1999. Something that means that the new feds would feel totally different to normal and make people think outside the box. You could also replace say the 3rd cycle of the draft 21 through 30 with that sort of choice if you only wanted 40 rounds (I like large rosters so 50 picks doesn't bother me but it would bother some people). You could hold off doing that first time you run the alternate draft experiment order but introduce it one draft just to create a draft that felt unique. If you chose a different other mod each time you did an alternate rules draft then each one would be a new experience and a new challenge to the people drafting and each would result in a unique gaming experience post draft.

You could alternate between Traditional Draft rules and Alternate Draft rules every 2nd Draft so again each experience feels fresh.

Just some random thoughts from my diseased mind.

I thought about randomising game locations and maybe setting company products for people to build towards but you're inevitably going to have people that don't like what they get and then leave

Yeah there are people like me who always says that I'll select a location after everyone else to fill out the world and people who love being in certain areas. I don't think you need to make people play a different style to what they normally would or in a different place because that can suck the fun out of something but if you make them think outside of the box a little with who they use then that can remain fun. For instance what European worker fits Mexico .. if you are going to be running a Mexican fed it might be interesting to look at those guys and find someone that will work for your Lucha style.

Thinking about it I'd say you could make round 21- 30 all people from your chosen area for some alternate drafts too which means they would get more of a roster that you want for that area but still have a different range of workers than you would normally use.

If everyone's data is submitted in the next 6/7 hours, I'll be able to post the data tonight, if not then it'll go up on Sunday night (UK time)

If anyone's data hasn't been posted at that point, then I'll be creating their events and championships etc for them so that everyone who has submitted their data doesn't have to wait.
