lkwrestling
If I say someone bought internet fighting spirit game for me....would that mean I could only use it in the computer it was purchased on or what?
Adam Ryland
No, you can move the license between any number of PCs, as long as it is only on one at a time.
lkwrestling
Alrighty, I bought the game today and I not too happy. I played it on person's computer who bought it for me. I had them delete it off their computer totally (all files gone) and when I tried to put it on my comp no matter what way I try, I continuously get an error 11 saying I have no licenses left to use. I DON'T GET IT!
dan10k
You probably haven't properly unlicensed the game on your friend's computer. I think you do it via something in Control Panel. Think it might be called "eLicense Control" or something. P.S. Make sure you're online when you're licensing, un-licensing.
TC Dale
Email support@elicense.com to ask them to help you with unlicensing the game so you can install it at home.
Adam Ryland
You haven't uninstalled properly. All you have done is deleted all the files. This only uninstalls the game itself - your license is still active. You need to go into Control Panel, Elicense, then click on the WreSpi license and click to deactivate it. lkwrestling
Yeah sorry about that I found out the instructions after the fact. It wouldn't let me unlicense the game anyway. It allowed us to right click and click Unlicense, but then where the third step was supposed to be with Order ID and the "Unlicense" Button there was a gray area saying Cannot Unlicense and wham nothing. D. Boons Ghost
Email elicense through their support e-form. I was very impressed with their prompt response when I dealt with them.
lkwrestling
Sweet, I got it. I reinstalled the game and just unlicensed after the fact.
