Bigpapa42 Posted April 15, 2019 Share Posted April 15, 2019 Edit. Its likely just the mod you are playing on - not all of them have a lot of workers set to be potential owners or bookers. Especially if you are playing in a less covered region. So find someone who is reasonably aged and works in that region, then edit their Business. They should them be an option.
