Could be Red Tornado too. Even though the old cartoons depicted him as a hero the Supergirl tv show had him start off under control and as per usual formula go rogue.

My DC knowledge isn’t great, so it would be good if others could shine a light on potential people/things this could be, but weirdly Red Tornado sprang to mind for me too.

Kijar was an interesting study in my last game on here. Came off equal parts flailing newbie but with some good reads here and there. If he's on, I think he can help.

I was a different person back then and some of the games are a bit blurry, I can't remember much specific. I know it's day one but it's a bit quiet in here.
