<p>If I make it to Day 5 without having at least a couple of attempts on my life in this game, I'll be shocked. I'm actually surprised more people aren't coming forth with a declaration that they want it. I may not have played for a few games but I know we've been getting better collectively at being more aggressive. Town or scum, I would have thought more people would show some kind of interest by this stage of the phase.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm sure there are going to be upsides and downsides to being in the spotlight and doing anything I do... I just want to see how the council thing works from the council side. I play best when I have information and I'm happy to be very hands on in getting that information. And as DJ kindly pointed out, I'm a good player. I'm sure I can find a way to turn the council thing into ways to hunt scum too. Just gotta see what we got. Even if it means I wouldn't be able to do anything else (we are council for a night and a day, right?) I'm cool with that.</p><p> </p><p>

The curiosity of the decisions that are made may win out in the short term so being on the council may be a safe bet in the beginning. Just my view from the cheap seats.</p>

-Each day phase the players will elect up to three representatives for the Homeowners Association Council. To be elected a player must first be nominated by another player (you can nominate yourself). They then have to be seconded and thirded by other players. <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Once you have Nominated, Seconded, or Thirded, you CANNOT change your vote</span></strong>. The first three to be thirded will be the council members beginning the next night cycle and concluding at the end of the following day cycle. New nominations will be held each day phase. The formatting for the nominations should be in the following format.</p><p> </p><p>

Council members are given two proposals each night to vote on. Each proposal is different and can cause many different changes to the game. Lynches are determined by the most votes at the end of the phase. You may <strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Vote: No Lynch</span></strong> as opposed to voting for a player. If No Lynch has the most votes, then no one will be lynched.</p>

I don't want to risk getting mislynched so early in a setup like this and I don't believe we've heard from Rabbitman yet. Hopefully he won't be scum and refuse to play the game in the thread like he did last time. Just hoping this will help jolt him to life and we'll hear something from him. If anybody wants to follow with pressure, feel free. As for the council, I've already put my case out there, and whatever choices the council make will be public to the thread so any decisions that the public don't like we are free to nominate others the next day.
