In this unique league, your performance will dictate the teams that you can coach, whether your team stays in a Power 5 conference or gets promoted to one, and determine if you find yourself on the hot seat or not. Some of the best programs in GDCFL are available (if you are willing to find yourself on the hotseat immediately) or you can start as a low prestige team and work yourself up.
