alpha2117
If people want me to move out of the USA I can - location only makes a difference because of the workers I want to use. More of those people are in the US area rather than Japan or Europe (Berlin works concept wise but I'd have to import most everyone worker wise). If I go Osaka Kinki Japan then I would at least have the gravure girls. Screw it I will go Berlin because nobody ever goes Europe but I will be blatantly breaking the rules and using a ton of D list talent that don't normally work there. Lets face it I somehow doubt the majority of my roster are going to be in high demand elsewhere anyway.

I am going uncreative and calling it Wrestling Society X because WSX kind of works with the concept.

alpha2117
If anyone is interested in the number 4 pick or any other early round picks feel free to send me an offer my product isn't really designed for big stars so those early picks are less important to me than many of you. alpha2117
Eurosport: Speculation is growing that German based promotion WS_X will be trading the 4th and 19th picks (rnd 1 & 2) in the forthcoming wrestling talent draft to Japanese based federation Tsumami Strong Style for a package of picks that is believed to include 6 picks (Rnd 11, 13, 15, 17. 19. 21). Alpha: In case anyone is wondering the deal makes sense for me - my fed is not going to be star based and is going to be hard to recruit for (now that I am based in Europe). Having 4 extra warm bodies on written contracts is a good deal for me and being post rnd 10 means I don't have to worry about them being Euro based. For Kijar the obvious advantage is getting 2 extra top picks but the sacrifice is mid-card depth. That said being by themselves in Japan means that post draft recruiting mid-carders should be simple for them. ESPN: The wrestling world is buzzing over a potential working agreement between hard hitting Japanese based Tsunami Strong Style and 2 extremely unlikely parties overnight - German based WS_X and Hollywood California based SHOWTIME (formerly MLW). The new Alliance is believed to be going by the acronym WILD. The deal is believed to have been done to give TSS access to a wide array of female talent from overseas, a WS_X spokesperson indicated they were hoping to get access some Japanese talent with experience in Kinbaku, Shinbari and Gravure from Japan and some girls who can work the pole from the USA. Showtime representatives mentioned something about hot chicks from Europe and Japan. Alpha: So I offered Tardelli the deal because the products line up well German Burlesque and American Womens trash. When Kijar and I was discussing our trade I asked if they wanted in as they are going to have a Womens division and a deal with Tardelli gives them a steady supply whilst I will have a mix of talent but will definitely have a lot of women too. As for what we get from them - access to extra Japanese womens talent will help supplement our rosters post draft to add some variety and in my case the occasional confused Japanese ace thrown into an unlikely match-up with a drag queen or a guy in a gimp suit is almost too funny. Some day, perhaps, Canada will build a talent pool of women who can join our company to take it to the next level. alpha2117
WS X is still willing to trade any draft picks from rods 3 to 10 or 31 to 40 for anyone looking to move up. I am going for a niche product and warm bodies on written contracts is my strategy here. I don't need or want biggish stars who are just going to be poached later so drafting more quirky odd balls later works better for me. Rounds 4 through 10 are still available for the same sort of deal where you give up some depth on your mid and lower card for one better quality talent. Depending on your product and location it's likely to be a decent deal if you ae looking at having a bigger time fed.

By the way I love that we live in a world where Buddy Murphy is a 1st rnd pick but damn you Destiny I was oping to get Mr Ziggles to do a male stripper gimmick!

alpha2117
The Draft 1st 10 rounds analysis TSS - Traded to get two extra picks in the first two rounds and turned them into Okada and Naito a great deal by anyones standards. Drafted a great mix of talent in the rest of the rounds although Chris Hero has perhaps been taken too early. SHOWTIME - Has secured it's financial status with the WWE Network and has brought in a decent mix of female talent and the poison pill that is Hulk Hogan. CECW- Nice Mix of Male talent although the decision to add women after the vast majority of quality talent was taken might be a mistake. PWG - Great talent mix - hard to pick a hole in it's first 10 rounds strategy. STAMPEDE - Great mix of talent guaranteed to make them competitive in North America (especially Canada). Probably took Bret Hart too early given nobody else is likely to take him. DWA - For once Destiny has appeared to try to create something a bit more commercial - it's still eclectic with the B Team beign taken in the 3rd and 4th round but with the DWA you always know it's about the concept rather than trying to be a world dominating fed. PROGRESS - A British mega fed with enough star power to make it a worldwide threat. Dave Mastiff at 10 is probably a reach. ROH - a good roster that may perhaps struggle to gain traction in the North America battles. Strongish Womens division so far but the mens talent whilst talented a probably a step down in pop on what would be required to win those battles. CMLL- Another draft another Mexican Mega Fed. It's one of the truisims of the draft - Mexico only usually ends up with one fed and that then becomes a mega powerhouse in the region. Impossible to criticise the picks because they make total sense. RAW - Love it. Ozzies, Kiwis and top quality Pacific workers make the Australian based fed ultra strong in it's region. Will Osprey is an excellent choice. As for WS_X - With a strategy that meant that stars weren't the important thing traded away their first 5 picks for 15 picks later in the draft. Managed to get exactly what it was looking for with the 5 picks it had from 6 to 10. Showman the Miz, Arrogant good-looking jerk Nick Aldis, Comic Fashionistas Breez & Dango and the lynch pin of the Cabaret style presentation Aiden English. Will never be a powerhouse in battles but then again it's not meant to be.
