Jabroniriffic
SmackDown #230: January 15, 2004 from Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT. Commentators: Michael Cole & Tazz We open Smackdown with Hardcore Holly already in the ring, he mentions that he has been robbed of the chance to avenge his broken neck. He says that he isn't going anywhere until GM Paul Heyman reverses the decision to ban him from the building at the Royal Rumble. Heyman appears and sends the F.B.I to remove Holly from ringside, warning that Holly can either go quietly or violently. Grabbing the chair he was sitting on Hardcore Holly quickly dispatches Nunzio, Stamboli and Palumbo. Heyman then calls for back up in the shape of the Basham Brothers, Holly also sends that team packing leading Heyman to call on Rhyno and A-train. Before they make it to the ring the arena is filled with the sound of Shane McMahon's music! Shane immediately begins to calm the situation, saying that he is overruling Heyman and making Brock Lesnar vs. Hardcore Holly for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble! Shane then references the restraining order the Big Show placed on Holly after the past two weeks of violence, saying that he will help get the order lifted but warned Holly that he should keep his distance from Show and focus on Brock. Lastly, Shane O-Mac also mentions that Heyman need not pick the two competitors for the handicap match Monday vs. Kane, because it will be Rikishi and...Hardcore Holly! The perfect opportunity to dish out some "Hardcore Justice". Ultimo Dragon vs. Taijiri vs. Jamie Noble vs. Billy Kidman vs. Scotty 2 Hotty vs. Paul London vs. Nunzio vs. Akio vs. Spanky vs. Shannon Moore Cruiserweight #1 contender Battle Royal Pre Match: Rey Mysterio comes to the ring to scout for his future opponent. Spanky eliminated Nunzio and Taijiri in turn eliminated Spanky. Next eliminated was both Paul London & Scotty 2 Hotty, Taijiri dispatching both with excellent looking kicks. Ultimo Dragon vs. Taijiri was definitely personal and they were both nearly eliminated due to this distraction. Surprisingly they teamed to eliminate Kidman before the Dragon was able to get Taijiri onto the apron. A hard shin kick knocked Taijiri off the apron before Noble dumped Ultimo Dragon while he was yelling at the Japanese Buzzsaw. Jamie Noble steals the #1 contender spot. Jabroniriffic
Hey Guys, A bit embarrassing but I had this save on my work computer and IT have deleted everything while updating my laptop. Unfortunately the save file is gone along with the converted DB I was working on for TEW20. I have something else in mind to replace this one which I have been planning over the weekend. I have also started using the remote desktop so I can use my laptop for TEW while "working" so this does not happen again. Apologies.
