Question about skills and abilities

<p>I was hoping someone can explain why the skill and abilities are listed as ranges. It's causing me some confusion as to what they really are at the current moment when i am looking at them. Should i assume they really are this range or is there a setting that i can change to show the exact amount?</p><p> </p><p>

Example Aaron Andrews has:</p><p> </p><p>

Brawling 75-83</p><p>

Puroresu 31-39</p><p>

Hardcore 55-65</p><p> </p><p>

Microphone 68-76</p><p>

Acting 66-74</p><p> </p><p>

You have Scouting on. Its an option under Preferences. If you want to see exact figures, turn it off. If you turn it on, you will see a range. How specific that range will be dependent on the settings of the worker.

So this is the scouting feature. Basically, the more you've seen someone work, the smaller that range will get. Yes, their actual grade is somewhere in that range. The game also comes with Pro Mode enabled, which guarantees that you never get an exact score.

 

To keep the scouting, but get exact numbers when you've got someone fully scouted, turn off Pro Mode.

 

To immediately get the exact numbers for everyone, turn off scouting altogether.
