diamonddave35 Posted May 11, 2006 Share Posted May 11, 2006 Just curious..Ive played 2 seasons..and it appears to me the conference championships and bowl games are not played at a neutral site. I only noticed when my Tennessee team was playing the Outback Bowl. The game intruction showed the attendance wass 104,592 (Neyland's cap.) and Im sure RJ stadium in Tampa doesnt hold that many. I'm not sure of the stadiums, but I know the Outback Bowl, for instance, is tied to Tampa, Fla. They might just take the capacity of the home team's stadium.
