You get to play all the companies that you'd only see in the "inactive" section in modern games. There are many added workers and companies too. And the best part? I don't know the status of the women's revolution one but I would assume it's coming out fairly soon With the 4 of those combined that should be about 250 plus new characters for the game along with making India a functional region.
