[Idea] What if we had a "Worker Status" section to check stat gains/losses?

It can get really cumbersome to have to check the stats of each worker individually to know when a skill has gone up/down, clicking from window to window on each and every stat to see that most haven't gone up anyways. So instead of wasting a lot of time having to click through all these windows, we could have a "Worker Progress" section of the office under the creative section or in the roster menu where we could see our entire roster at a glance. It would be a big gridlike chart, and you could set it by week/month/year/etc where it could say things like:

 

Worker A has improved his Stamina skill to 80

Worker B has lowered his Star Quality skill to 54

 

Or alternatively, something more simple like:

Worker A 79 → 80 Stamina

Worker B 55 → 54 Star Quality

 

And then possibly:

Worker C has had his Legs health drop to 81

Worker D has had his Head health drop to 16 after a botch from Worker E (Heavy Concussion)

Worker F Has recovered his Arms health back to 74

 

Just to see what the body is up to.

 

Overall, this game lacks a clear and cohesive way to really measure or track stats of your whole roster at a glance, and this would be an extremely helpful addition to save the time and sanity of people who want to keep their roster in check without contracting premature arthritis. I don't know how difficult this would be to implement, but I figure that it would be a great addition to the game that a lot of people would find really helpful.
