Adam Ryland Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 You would either create a brand new company via the Office > Investments screen, buy out an existing company by opening their profile and using the Business button to launch a takeover, or use the Company Relationships screen to talk to an existing company and ask them to accept developmental wrestlers from you.
