SonOfScotland90 Posted February 13, 2021 Share Posted February 13, 2021 For my save I've choose the WWE in 2021, not because I'm a fan, the opposite actually. I wanna test myself in comparison to what the WWE are actually doing in real life and see if I can do any better. Unfortunately due to the lack of stars/characters in wrestling today, 95% of the roster is just made up of vanilla midgets in tights pretending to wrestle, so in my dynasty I have a huge reliance on stars from the past such as Edge, Flair, Kane, Orton etc, while also trying to push the likes of Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns and Alexa Bliss. The series is gonna be about brand warfare with both Raw and Smackdown competing against each other, similar to the initial brand split in 2002 when it actually felt like there was a real rivalry between the 2 shows. However for that to happen, first I'll need to find 2 GM's for each respective show. Only a few weeks into the save so obviously things will seem very similar to real life WWE but I'll be looking to branch away from what they're doing in the upcoming weeks and months. Here are the current main storylines heading into Elimination Chamber: RAW Alexa's Revenge Alexa Bliss continues to seek revenge on Randy Orton after he burned The Fiend alive. Edge's Road To Wrestlemania Edge continues his RTW after winning the Royal Rumble. Paul Heyman is currently trying to convince Edge why he should face Raw Champion Drew McInytre, and not his client, the Smackdown Champion Roman Reigns. I remember trying to book real wwe in tew 16 and had a tough time getting good ratings. I'm sure you guys will figure it out. I guess in some aspects the poor ratings we're getting are realistic because I can't remember the last time I seen a good Raw or Smackdown on TV.
