Doves1
Hey all, So, I'm doing a 2004 game as TNA and I just managed to get Rob Van Dam away from WWE and he's about to join my company. I'd previously managed to get Edge, who is currently my World Champion. When RVD is set to join, I want to bring him into the show with a pop, he has white hot momentum in WWE at the point I've signed him and he's a big star, so, what is the best way for me to use the angles/match system to help create a 'shock' debut? I want to use this for further signings later down the line as well, for things like Royal Rumbles etc, has anyone figured this out? I kind of feel like this could be a road agent note if you wanted to bring someone into a match. What do you all think? Nick
HarryFandango86
I think you just kinda add them in to the segment and then imagine it happening
Doves1
I was hoping there was more of a technique to it then that, a way to give a worker a push by debuting lol Obviously not!
HarryFandango86
If there is then I don’t know about it
SirMichaelJordan
There isn’t a “shock debut” bonus. If the worker debut with a good gimmick that is the bonus for the debut.
Thane of Fife
I have some vague recollection that if a worker who is at least Well Known debuts with a win, they get a momentum boost, but I could be imagining things.
