BHK1978 Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 Not a dumb question at all, it took me a bit to figure it out. What you need to do is click on the person that you want to fire. On the worker's main screen you will see their popularity right on either side of the word popularity are two yellow arrows.
