Shockmaster
are there any disadvantages in-game to push e.g. a just 19 year old wrestler? I once heard that bad habits can develop. But I don't know the exact age limit and if it's still a thing in TEW2020. I would apprecaite every response.

Gtact420
In the previous versions of the game, the wrestlers would become egomaniacs (less accepting of taking a loss) if they constantly won against more popular workers. Not sure if the same is true in this version. In this version, your workers would receive penalties if they have low experience. Furthermore, greener wrestlers tend to have lower safety ratings increasing the chance of causing injuries.
Makhai
4 major risk factors need to be weighed. 1) if they have a crap personality, gonna cause problems. 2) if they are green they take huge penalties based on their experience. In pop feds this is less of an issue if you get them over enough, but probably best to hold off for at least a year or so and keep them very active against good vets. 3) fundamentals like basics and safety develop slowly, and injuring people in the game over a period of time is the surest way for your backstage rating to turn on you and their reputation to tank. 4) Young Lion system effects, but obviously, only applies to the Red Dot Flaggies.
