The New War: WWE 2006

The game started in May 2006 becomes the diary of July 2006. Only two months, not to much could of happened in those to months right? Wrong. A lot has changed with the WWE in the two months, some major and some not so major. The Biggest change happened on the first Raw on the month. Tatanka debuted on RAW with a new gimmick, that of a man running a store for an Indian reservation. The Store was called the Smoke shop. He sold wrestlers cigarettes at cheap price. Wrestlers from the bottom of the roster such as Snitsky, all the way up to the top of the roster, like Edge and Lita were seen at the Smoke Shop buying cartoons of Cigs at a time. The next week on RAW tatanka peer pressured the poor Eugene into buying cigarettes. Later in the night we see Eugene smoking Cigarettes outside in the parking lot. The next week, RVD confronts Tatanka about what happened and challenges him to a match. Tatanka wins the IC title with help from Eugene! After the match Tatanka is seen giving a box of cartoons of ciggaretts to Eugene. Eugene is seen outside smoking with an empty box next to him, Carlito ask him if he smoked all the cigarettes when Eugene answers yes, Carlito says that’s not cool. I will come back to this main story line in just a moment. Heres what else went down RVD challenged Cena for the title at ECW One Night Stand Ken Kennedy came back and beat Gunner Scott for the CW title. JBL put his career on the line and lost the to Rey Misterio. Chris Masters was put in 30 day rehab for steroids MNM seemingly broke up when they beat the Mexicools in a match but Melina slapped Mercury, then Nitro put the boots to him. Mercury was sent away to drug rehab as he was sniffing coke in a hotel room at a recent tour. Deep South Wrestling was renamed ECW and given a show on Sci Fi. JBL challenged Taz to a match at ONS for Tazz’s spot at the announce table The Big Show attacked and beat down Kane after they lost to the Spirit Squad Boogeyman promo’s popped up every where and he’s expected to come back soon. So is Batista. DX came back, and were kicked out the building by Vince McMahon, Kenny of the SS bounced off the trampoline and jumped over ten security guards to lay HHH out on the concrete floor. He was then knocked out with the Sweet Chin Music. During a match an imposture Kane in a mask came out and attacked Kane, Kane chased him to the back only to be destroyed by The Show, which is what he will be called from now on. ECW ONS took place and JBL beat Tazz for the spot at the announce table, The Sandman, Sabu and Al Snow all won matches that allow them to wrestler for ECW, the new development camp. All 3 have a potential shot at making the main roster but its not guranteed. Terry Funk and Mick Foley had a hardcore match of alifetime, which included barbwire, tables, fire, thumbtacks, ladders, chairs, stop signs, and kitchen sinks. RVD beat John Cena for the Title with help from his new manager Tazz. Umanga continues to destroy everyone put in his path. The Miz hosts Smackdown but he still hasn’t wrestled. Mickie James is dominating the woman’s division. Now back to the big one, Carlito faced off against Tatanka and again Eugene helped the Smoke Shop owner, get the pinfall. Eugene was smoking a cigarette and then grabbed at his heart, right in the middle of the ring. The medics rushed Gene to the hospital. Vince McMahon threatened to close the Smoke Shop but when Tatanka told him he could get cheap gas, Vince aloud it to stay. Tatanka supplied the Spirit Squad wit 5 gas cans filled with gas for the match against DX. Tatanka came out to help the SS but HHH and HBK proved to be to much, after the match, they lit tatanka’s head dress on fire. At the start of the next RAW, the show opened up with Eric Bischoff and someone standing in the ring. Bischoff says the man is his lawyer and he is suing the WWE for putting his nephew Eugene in the work environment that they did. And because of that environment Eugene has lung cancer and may never survive. Vince comes out and kicks Bischoff out of his ring, Bischoff leaves as his lawyer hands Vince his papers. A pissed off Vince McMahon again threatens to shut the shop down but Tatanka tells Vince he’ll do anything to keep the shop open. Vince agrees again, but Tatanka has to join the Kiss My Ass Club. Tatanka agrees and next week he’s gonna give Vince’s ass a kiss but tonight Tatanka has to eliminate HBK. HHH comes out wearing the burnt head dress of Tatanka, mocking him the whole match. The match ended when SS runs down. HBK pulls his pants down and Hunter with the headdress on pretends to kiss his ass. Vince is shown buying some viagara from the Smoke Shop… The next week, Vince is shown on his cell phone talking to his lawyer, telling him to settle this out of court. Tatanka doesn’t kiss Vince’s ass as DX interfers and destroys Tatanka and Vince. A match is made where Vince and Tatanka will take on DX but once again this time before the match is even started there is interference from the Spirit Squad. On June 30th, right after the last smack down, on WWE.Com on the main page it says that Vince McMahon has given Smackdown to Eric Bischoff as part of the deal they struck. But Vince does not have to give him any wrestlers and has been on the phone with smack downs top talent all night long trying to get them to sign with WWE Raw. And not WCW Smackdown!. Only time will tell who will win the second war between Eric Bischoff and Vince McMahon.

[B][SIZE="5"]News, Notes, Raw Preview and Spoilers:[/SIZE][/B] [B]RAW Preview[/B] With Eric Bischoff getting control of Smackdown from Mr. McMahon, you know the boss won’t be in a good mood. And with DX running around its only going to make matters worse, what does the boss have in store for Degeneration X? Also Vince McMahon has been handling the phones all weekend trying to lure stars away from Eric Bischoff’s WCW Smackdown. Did Mr. McMahon succeed and if so who will be joining the WWE? We have seen Kane and The Big Show demolish one each other in past weeks but what will happen this week when Kane and a mystery partner takes on “Kane” and The Show? [I][SIZE="1"](The guys who have left WCW, are at the bottom of the page under spoilers if you can’t wait)[/SIZE][/I] Creative currently has nothing to do for these superstars and they have been sent down to one of the developmental territories to improve: Vito to ECW (Crowd Interaction) Test to ECW (Ring Work) Shelley Martinez to ECW (Crown Interaction) Golddust to Ohio Valley Wrestling (Ring Work) Jillian Hall to OVW (CI) Johnny Parisi to OVW (CI) Lance Cade to OVW (RW) The Bahams to ECW (CI) WWE maybe looking into raiding TNA for talent, the names that have been brought up are Chris Sabin, Monty Brown, Abyss, Christian Cage, Team 3D and believe it or not Jeff Jarrett and Shane Douglas. Jarrett and Douglas both have problems with WWE management but word is, Eric Bischoff who has a lsome control of his own show thinks they could be valuable to the roster. No word yet on if negotiations have even started but the word in the locker room is that it could happen very soon. [SIZE="6"] *Spoilers* [/SIZE] The Guys who left Smackdown for RAW. Brian Kendrick, Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, Davari, The Great Khalil, Teddy Long and Chris Beniot have all left Smackdown! For Raw.
