sd_jones
So I play a sports simulation, Dolphinsim.com where people assume the role of a coach/gm of a sports team, maintain a roster, sign players, defenses, substitutions, etc. This game is the port of an at-home game that can be played by itself vs. the computer. Some context: I currently play a multiplayer TEW 2016 game with a few guys. We had a draft of a modern mod over 2 years ago, and we trade the games back and forth through discord depending on whose game it is. Trading the files through discord works because it's a small group of guys. We used to have 6 guys in the game, now we're down to 3. I'm thinking, what if TEW could be ported, mostly text-wise (no photos needed) to the web? A day would process say every day at 2pm. In the meantime, people could cut, sign, and plan cards. If someone doesn't play their turn, that would be their loss. Alliances could be formed, rivalries, etc. My current sports game even has an incentive to write "press releases" which gives money or prestige based on the sport being played. What do you guys think?
