Issue with Added Companies using In Game Editor

So I used the in-game editor to add some new companies (I had gotten to a point where I drove a lot of the competition out of business and absorbed them into my empire; I wanted a few new competators. So I used the ... I thinks it's called Auto-Fill-In option to add in five new companies with random opening dates, sizes, etc.

 

The first one came in fine.

 

The second one, however, has existed for a year, but has no owner, Booker, Wrestlers, etc. 

 

Is there any way to force the game to assign an Owner/Booker so this and potentially the other three companies waiting to open can become a functional company?

The best solution I can think of is adding new players, assigning them to the companies you wish for them to run then leaving the game as those players and see if they start signing new workers.
