It's annoying that if you are owned by a media group that does NOT have a ppv company under it's umbrella, you simply can't negotiate a ppv deal. This is not reflected in real life at all of course as ppv in the USA is distributed by a small handful of companies including one that was jointly owned by many media groups for most of the 90s and early 2000s. As WCW for example, if you are owned by TBS or TimeWarner, you can't get on Viewer's Choice (or DirecTV) which means you can never air on PPV.
