My intention was to use him to win squashes on TV but work more or less as a jobber to the stars on our live events. In my 85-2018 game, Jack Victory worked for both WWF and WCW's developmental promotion. He was basically the gatekeeper. Always the World Champion, always feuding with people I planned on bringing up. He would drop the title to the next big thing, then win it back (and I would bring the former champion back).
