How do I do this? Moved to the correct forum. As far as I remember, TEW2016 doesn't have the option of closing down development territories, I don't think that was introduced until 2020. Adam Ryland Posted March 28, 2023 Share Posted March 28, 2023 I don't think you do have any options in 2016; it's been a long time since I've played it, but I think that once you have a development territory you're stuck with it. How do I do this? You can't close it, but from the relationship screen you can end the relationship with the developement promotion (which will turn it into a AI indy promotion).
