I tried reaching out to Scott and waiting to see if we are able to reset my product key. Any advice on anyone else to reach out to? Would prefer not to have to drop the $35 again. If you haven't heard from him within three days then your mail likely didn't reach him and you should resend, CCing me in to help it get through any spam filters. Dagnaldinho Posted February 14 Share Posted February 14 Hello i am in the same situation, im on Elicense as i bought the game 4 years ago, no longer got access to the old computer to deactivate the license. Havent heard back yet, ive double checked the emails and stuff to make sure i sent it to the correct email, is there any alternate emails i could send it to. Thanks in advance!
