JWideman
Get Daz|Studio, it's free. Get the M3 and V3 models, they too are free. http://www.daz3d.com/index.php?refid=335530812 Then visit http://renderosity.com/ , and grab free clothes/hair for them. Only avoid "dynamic" clothing and hair. Some of the best free hair objects are at http://digitalbabes2.com/ Feel free to ask me for help. :D
Guest .SVA
Is it hard to use? I myself have also toyed around with the idea of making my own verse, like the CornellVerse. With original characters and the like. EDIT: Are the M3 and V3, Victoria 3.0 and Micheal 3.0 Base models?

You can find free textures (skin) for both of them, as well (also on renderosity), so you never have to spend money at all. If you have the patience to learn, there's free templatels you can use to make your own textures (like say you want to put masks on people) It's such a waste to spend hundreds on Poser just to make character pics for fictional people. Tip: If you want to use an existing background like Kyky's, when you render, use 150x150 for pixel dimensions, render to file, and use png. They'll be already cut. Of course, you can render with whatever you use for a background in the scene, but a 150x150 picture is NOT going to work.
Guest .SVA
Thank you. I'll go an play around with DAZ|Studio now. ;)
machinesxe
Basically if you have want to make some made up characters for the world we are working on it would help out as I am sure the three people that are working on it now are starting to run dry of ideas, also if you learn how to make original character with one of those programs whatever kind of pictures you can make would be great. Either way thanks.
