Additional Narrative Triggers

1.) Could we get a couple of trigger likelihoods that are lower than 1%? For some events, even a 1%-per-day likelihood is a little too common.

2.) Could we get some "any" options that would allow a narrative to trigger for any one eligible worker or promotion in the database? "Any announcer," "Any retired worker," etc.

3.) Could we get a promotion-level narrative effect that allows us to set a specific product? I'm envisioning this as a way for owners or bookers to put their own spin on a company.

4.) Is there any way to set two narratives as mutually exclusive?

5.) Can we get a narrative that adds or removes a specific attribute from a worker?

We also need a trigger for a promotion reaching a particular size. This is especially important because it allows us to have a "regional" promotion change its name as it grows.
